I called AAA, and Ortiz Towing came to retrieve my car because my brakes failed. Mikey was so quick to get there and get my car. I ve never had such quick service. He was professional and approachable. I hope AAA appreciates this type of company representing them, especially as the holidays approach and people get nasty. Top notch company!

Had a very bad experience with Ortiz towing who had come via AAA . I was standing on route 9 for 4 hrs. The driver did not even pick up the phone upon continua calling . The company manger was super rude.I would never recommend anyone to hire this towing company.

Called AAA for service on the side of a highway, was told highway would be given preference and it would be less than 30 mins, called AAA after 30 mins and was told another 45, long story short, they declined the service call (at what time I don t know because I didn t find that out until their later ETA). Called AAA back saying just want to check in, these guys have bad reviews, AAA person tried to call shop and got no answer. Gonna escalate hard to AAA about dropping these clowns.Oh, and their shop was three minutes down the road from where I was. Waited over three hours for someone who actually cared about their customers.

David came to tow my car for AAA, unfortunately the truck didn t fit in the parking garage so David pushed the car out to the street. I would definitely recommend Ortiz to anyone needing a tow in the area. Thank you David for the great service, I really appreciated it.

I was thankful for their assistance during this bad winter weather. I m sure they were swamped with calls but the driver was helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them!

Amazing. I wish I wasn t so frazzled when he showed up, because I never caught his name. I hit a massive pothole this afternoon and Ortiz Towing came to save the day. So much more damage could ve been done to my car just getting the suv on and off the flatbed but he was so patient with maneuvering it that he saved my brake line from severing and avoided damage to the fender. When we got to Firestone, his patience continued and he manually guided my vehicle off the flatbed with a rolling Jack. Not even a noise came from my car. I am so beyond grateful for his help, and I only wish I remembered this awesome magician s name to personally address him on this because his help and patience, professionalism and expertise played a very large part in keeping money in my pocket and saving Christmas for my children. The pic is what he prevented from being much worse if he hadn t been so helpful and caring to not only me but the vehicle itself. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!Service: Car towing

Definitely would recommend Ortiz Towing as all of the drivers are professional, courteous, and well knowledgeable about vehicles they treat your vehicle as if it s their very own the only Towing Company that I have used that did not rush. Did not cut corners as well as was on time on location and as well updated me throughout the whole process took the extra time needed to secure the vehicle, there was no bouncing around the tow trucks were actually clean and fully functional as well as the follow up call was very courteous and respectful.One other thing that I would like to add, would be the fact that the drivers do not complain when they are asked to go longer than around the corner Whether it s a five minute ride or an hour ride the drivers three each and every tow job as if it s their only one.And for us, that has larger toys, a.k.a. the Dooleys or extended cabs or longer wheel base. Ortiz is the one for the job, hands-down bar, none if it is a vehicle, Ortiz will get it, picked up and towed with professional professionalism.

BEWARE - Absolutely horrendous company , unprofessional, rude and damaged my vehicle. Hopefully AAA will drop them soon. Tow truck driver was irate and had no concern for damage he caused. Too expensive. it took more time to hook me up. then to drop me off it was like 30 seconds I was charged 80.00 dollars

Would highly recommend using this company. My car wouldn t turn on this morning so gave them a call and they sent some one out immediately! My tow driver was david, he was super professional and efficient with his work; highly motivated young man with a great personality. Would highly recommend asking for him if you ever need a tow and decide to use this company.Services: Battery service, Car towing

If I could put zero stars I totally would. AAA sent them and they wouldn't allow me to ride in the truck after I made it clear I needed to. When I expressed this the guy called me "ma" and told me he was not taking the car. He was rude and unprofessional, as I was walking away he started yelling back at me. I'm embarrassed for him.

After waiting for over an hour for AAA to find a company that would two me 35 miles, Ortiz Towing Services (the 5th call) agreed and was there within minutes.Unfortunately my car broke down again. Fortunately Ortiz Towing was called. After being towed of the NJ Turnpike (by another company for $150), Ortiz showed up and advised me that I should not have been charged; they should have honored the Card. I'm now being reimbursed.He also checked my car before towing it. He found it was the battery that was left loose by the previous tow company, he showed it to me, fixed it and confidently sent me on my way.Professional Service that I trust and would recommend.

WORST COMPANY EVER.!!! Took 3 hours for them to show up called at 10:22am they finally showed at 1:20pm .!! First driver cancelled a hour after being dispatched because his shift was over( Xavier) NOT CONTACTING ME AT ALL.!!! Only reason I found out is because I had to call them back .! 2nd tow truck took a hour and a half even tho they were suppose to be there at 12:29am showed up at 1:20pm.!! Which they he had brought his girlfriend or daughter with him in the tow truck which is EXTREMELY unprofessional & so when I called to complain the manager hung up the phone and blocked my number ...NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THEM OR ASK FOR HELP Anybody reading this should seek other places .!!!

After waiting for them for 3 hours for a tow through AAA, they decided last minute to not show up and left me stranded in a dark parking lot with no explanation . They are horrible.AAA has all the information on record, you can contact them.

After waiting 2.5 hours for tow truck the driver with a 4 way lug couldn t break lugs free to change tire. 7-11 wont let car stay or they have it towed so now I m being towed hime where there s nothing I can do.
