Miguel, thank you so much. I think the gentleman's name was that. Normally, I don't write reviews, but I truly believe they deserve it. The service was excellent, in all honesty. The person who helped me had a little bit of a temper at first, but that is natural since you don't want your time to be wasted, which, thank God, wasn't the case. Instead, he was really helpful and helped me out much by helping me save money and by giving me suggestions on what to buy for my car. I would advise being patient and open-minded, but rest assured that everything will work out just fine. Thank you once more, Demi Auto Shop, for your assistance and excellent customer service.

Long story, happy ending. I visited New Jersey for the weekend arrived to Jersey on Friday night. Was planning to leave Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately when stopping at Wawa to get gas, my car would not start. I try to jumpstarting my vehicle Unfortunately, no luck. So I did my Google search to see which car shop is open Saturday 5 PM. Everyone was close except Demi auto care. I contacted Demi auto care, and instantly I felt a Seiyu relief. He asked me what was wrong with my vehicle. I explained to him what was going on. He told me to bring your car in and let me check on what s going on. I was told a tow truck will get to me in about 15 minutes. He arrived five minutes later the fastest tow truck arrival ever! He hooked up my car, took it to his shop, evaluated the situation from start to finish until he found a solution, it was my battery. Took his time to take me to Walmart to purchase my battery. Took his time to install my battery and make sure I made it home safe.. as I m 30 minutes on the road he even called me to see how my car was running. If you want to talk about phenomenal customer service, and someone that cares a Demi auto is a business I recommend you choose Demi auto care! And if you know me, I never leave Google reviews lol. Great person, and customer service!

Went for a flat tire & alignment, returned with both jobs done to my full satisfaction by Miguel & Mike, respectively. Will now be my go-to shop for all repairs.

Besides the fact that they are open on Sundays, I have to say that this is one of the best mechanics I have found in my area. The manager went out of his way to find a tire for me. Assisted me over the phone and gave me a quote in which he reduced upon arrival. Other mechanics I feel don t take the time to help you, they re in it for the money. My first time being here and I felt relieved, the manager was also nice with my toddler and the rest of the staff worked efficiently. They know what they re doing. I will be returning and referring my friends and family. Thank you for your service.

My first experience was great. Customer service was phenomenal and they made sure to explain every detail. I had to change my brakes and rotors which can be VERY costly. I called around, asked plenty of questions, and the owner helped me a lot. He explained how the parts are ordered and most importantly, he helped me SAVE money. He truly cares about his customers and I will definitely be back to fix my shocks. It took less than two hours to repair. If my brakes last, I will definitely be writing another tremendous review and remain a loyal customer. God bless!

Had an emergency a while back driving from NH down to NC with my 2-year old in the car and one of our tires exploded on the highway and had to get it fixed quick. Drove it to Demi on the spare and they were able to help us very quickly and get us back on the road in time. Excellent and friendly service, good pricing. Would highly recommend. Thank you!!!

This is the best place I have ever been to because they are 100% trust worthy. I went to another mechanic to have my car checked because my air Air conditioner was not working they said I needed a whole new electrical system. Costing 1,000 of dollars Mike said he would take a look he told me that was not the problem His mechanic fixed it right away cost me next to nothing. I would never take my car anywhere else. The service was great

I dont write reviews that often...this business deserves one! Mike the owner is running a 5 star operation here! If you need work on your car dont hesitate to stop by n give the place a try. I needed an alignment .... the place had a few customers so i waited in my car and called the shop. Mike answered the phone himself and assured me i would be taken in. He cares about people and knows how to run a first class operation! Tis is my new go to place for tires ad repairs! Thanks Mike!

My husband Ali get his all cars fix from here and i know the difference when I drive.Mic great guy,He became my husband friend always resolve issues,Mic have good mechanics always stay on top of them make sure costumers are always priority.Very straight forward person,talk to the point .Good Prices and amazing job

My twin sister and I went to Demi s tire and auto repair. While waiting for my tire to be changed, a really nice man began to talk to us. We had no idea, Mike was the owner. He told us quite a bit about how he runs his shop. We were quite impressed with his work ethic, honesty and customer service attitude. Mike clearly wants to make his customers happy and satisfied! Go see Mike, you will not be disappointed!

I had a steering issue with my 2006 f-150 where it was tight and not returning to center. Originally went to another mechanic who told me that I would need new ball joints. The other shops estimate was 500 dollars. I came to this shop for a second opinion because I heard from a friend that Demi was an honest reputable place. It turned out my ball joints were fine and not the issue at all. I'm fortunate that I didn't allow the original shop to replace the ball joints. Long story short I paid significantly less than what I had to address the issue. My steering feels like I just pulled the truck of the dealers lot and I couldn't be happier to for once walk out of a shop with extra money in my pocket. These guys are great and went above and beyond to address my car problems. I finally found a courteous, skilled mechanic that will go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. A++ to the guys at Demi!

Had a terrible experience, went to get a flat fixed was told they can't and then quoted me. Price of $50 for a used tire that costs $35 - $40. When I tried using a coupon from their website they refused to honor it. The guy "Mike" was very disrespectful and loud. Would not recommend this place, they don't know how to talk to customers.(Reply) You never told me tire was $60, from the time I called and when I came ypu said it $50, and when I showed you the online coupon yoi started getting loud. Please don't lie saying that you gave me something for reduced price. And yes because you didn't honor your coupon I told you I'll write a review about it, so don't think I am hiding any facts

They really went above and beyond! My front tire popped on a long drive. The tow truck got us to the shop 5 minutes after they closed. We called and they came back to help us out! Replaced the problem tire and helped prevent rusting from where the blown tire ate through some of the metal.They also educated me a lot on things I didn't know. I really appreciate the help and good service.

I had a flat tire, I luckily was driving in the area and saw the reviews for this place. I went and the service was not only superb but the prices you can not beat. I decided to change my other tire as well due to further expection from the mechanic, he was so friendly and very helpful. Danny, thank you for going above and beyond and sharing your gum with me as well! I will recommended this place to everyone I know.

This guys are the real deal. If you have a problem with your car. Take it to these guys. They will charge you the bottom best price ever. I wish there was a 10 star. They deserve it. Very experienced and professional. I just moved to Perth Amboy and I feel so blessed to have taken my car there. Mike the owner is a great guy. And Phillipe the mechanic is a pro at his skill set. Absolutely terrible. If you're looking for a tire make sure u call them and have them check for the tire 10x before going there. They told me they had a tire for me & to hurry up because they were closing, I drove fast to get all the way over to this business with a bald/ready to blow tire so I can purchase the tire I was quoted over the phone. I arrive & a worker there named Jimmy seemed to have an attitude tells me they dont have my tire and that the dude answering the phone inside has no idea what hes talking about. After waiting a few minutes they tell me all they have is a new tire for my car which costs 50$ more than they quoted me on the phone, they also wouldnt even attempt to bring the price down atleast 20$. Terrible way to run a business. If you're looking for anything for your car I suggest you DO NOT go to this place.

I called from work on 2/20/2016, after shopping around for tires, they said we are open until 6 please come right in. So I came in they took care of me really really quick the owber was really nice the staff was friendly and replaced my bad balling tires really quick. The owner was well spoken and gained my business so when I need more work done, I will return plus they are open 7 days.

Very good tire service, mike explained everything very well and throughly . I bought 4 brand new tires from the place and got a very good deal on all four. VERY respectful people and great service ! Will be back tomorrow for a wheel alignment :) ! Satisfied customer

By and far the greatest auto and tire shop in amboy, hands down. had the worst time getting a flat fixed due to locks in my rims and when three other tire places shut me down, Demi Tire had my back! the guys are great, funny, professional, and time goes by quick because they engage with you in friendly converstation, all the while explaining in crucial detail all the work they're doing for you. they have the best prices, and will turn a screwed up situation into a quick fix! special shoutout to the owner (im so sorry im blaning on the name), Neff (who outperformed above my expectations) and the other gentlemen (hot grandma, he knows what that means lol).

I have come to the shop with the problem in exhaust system. It was very strong noise underneath. Mechanic explained to me that he found crack in the muffler. He recommended muffler replacement but to prevent the same crack again he said that the catalytic convertor and manifold have to be replaced as well. I gave ti mechanic very good tips then he finished the work. After three days Check Engine Light got illuminated. I have opened the hood and found not tied two clamps on air tube. Also PCV hose wasn't connected to its slot. I have tied the clamps and connected PCV hose and Check engine light disappeared after few miles of driving. Likely most it was a tricks and they wanted to charge me again.After three months Check Engine Light appeared again with code P0420 and a couple of days later muffler noise appeared as well. I have lifted up my car on ramp, inspected and found the following. Catalytic converter was not secured at the center point. That's why it cracked. Bracket was cut by grinder and never supported the catalytic convertor. Leftover of bracket was attached to its place. I have turned out the nut and took the piece of bracket out. The mechanic never tried to use wrench. He simple cut the bracket using grinder. Instead of repair they broken my car.At the beginning only muffler was cracked but after their work I have got problems with catalytic convertor. I replaced it again. I have took pics of broken converter and half of bracket. It looks like those mechanics are not qualified and create more problems to charge more money. See on the picture what's happened three months later then Demi Auto Care mechanics worked on my car. I post here absolutely negative feedback.

Never got a chance to get the alignment done, went there so many times, the usual answer wait time is more than 2 hours even after you call and ask them if you can come in.

Filipe and Danny helped find and fix a problem with my vehicle that has been misdiagnosed by prior mechanics. I had a lot of vibration and noise that seemed to come from the front of my Ford Explorer. I had the front wheel bearings replaced at another auto repair place which did not fix the problem. These guys at Demi auto took a look and replaced a rear bearing and I was shocked that it fixed the problem and at a very reasonable price. If I need work done on my vehicle in the future this is the first place I will go.
