Very Disappointed! A representative sent me a video message threw my google to come out and purchase a car. His Name is Paul Shaffer 'i thought that was a unique gesture. So me an my daughter wanted to purchase cars TODAY. Yes two sales. We came out and when we walked into the showroom floor we weren't even acknowledged by any salesman. So I walked over to the african American salesman and asked where Paul was he pointed us over. To him. He was with a customer , so after standing on a showroom Floor that the show car took all the space on it wasn't hard to see us waiting. Only after 20 min I decided to text only to find out we were gonna be pushed off on another salesman. Not good business when we are looking forward to working with you. At least someone could have acknowledged us no one did. Don't send salesman after I text YOU were leaving . Not professional. So disappointed....Not to mention we drove from Jersey!
