She scaned my car and found the problem and sold me the problem cure and it worked and I'm very happy with the service the little girl gave me she was very helpful and nice this morning to a handicap person and was very sweet about telling what to do for the problem. She said to try the cleaner first then go to the shop and the engine light is out it resolved the problem for a reasonable price . She was very knowledgeable about my car and helpful to me I will go back again when I have a problem with my car I bought my battery there before when I needed one. I liked her very much .

I go in store yesterday to purchase a gas cap and while at register added 2 motor treatments. Girl with long nails asked if I had a number registered with them I say no and I'm good for now. She then says that I have to give a number if I want to be able to return or replace these items I say OK and give it. Then she asks for my first and last name...I'm like why do you need my first and last name? Says that she now needs my first and last name if I want to be able to return or replace these items for FREE! I'm like no thank you but that's why I have the receipt and will save the receipt so if i had issue I'd produce the receipt and get it replaced or return she said no it doesn't work like that and to be honest this was all with massive attitude towards me and my mom. I was speaking simply and direct. I received my receipt and myself as well as my mom tell her thank you and she just turns her back and walks away. If this is the treatment my neighbors and I will have to deal with from this auto zone that just moved in right across from advanced then the doors will close just as fast cause that was the worst experience I've ever had and I can say this never happened at advanced so I recommend everyone continue going to advanced auto and Napa.

Good selection and prices. The store is very clean and easy to navigate around. The employees were really helpful and were really nice.

A guy named Justin and a girl I forgot her name were so polite In Helping me find the proper things I needed for my license plate and the man also helped me put my license plate mount on and the girl was helping find the proper screws and everything I needed to do got done not to mention I went to advanced across the street and they didn't even have screws what a pleasant experience I had from auto zone and they said I can hook my car up to their tester when advanced doesn't do that anymore either thanks so much!!
