My first time taking my Toyota Camry 2018 to them. Their mechanics are very experienced and staff is very honest. I recently left my job to come care for my disabled brother and casually told their representative while test driving the car and making small talk. When I went to pay, Jonathan helped me with some percent off my total bill. I was very touched and thankful. Keeping all that aside their mechanic did a wonderful job fixing the problem. I had taken my car to two other local garages before them and I was being told to do 10 other things that Union line determined was not needed for another 6 months to a year. It is hard to find honest places that will do what's needed without adding extra work just to make a buck. I found them to be very honest in their recommendation's and even better with fixing the problem.

Awesome! Can't say enough good things about my experience here. Jonathan's professional demeanor and everyone I spoke with was first rate. I had a recurring problem with my Honda"s starter. Tried other places got screwed. Replaced a starter 3 times in 5 months. Finally contacted Union Line. Jonathan just said "bring it here, we WILL fix it! Damn they DID! Got my car back with some additional needed services, which the other shops overlooked. I used their shuttle service (free) and retrieved my vehicle looking like new as they washed and cleaned it, also (free). If you have a "foreign" car this is a must use local business. Thanks so much! 10 stars.

Great experience with my first visit to this garage after only taking my car to the dealership for years. Service was great from start to finish and they were absolutely thorough with explaining all of the issues they found in a way I could understand. Pricing was absolutely in line with what I have paid before - will only use them from now on!

I ve used Union Line for the past three years to maintain my Mercedes. The service techs always do an excellent job. Jonathan and Kyle, the service advisors, always explain everything clearly that my vehicle needs or might need. A clean and professional shop that I don t hesitate to recommend to others.

Highly recommend. Jonathan and Kyle were extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. They were very communicative, and definitely earned my trust. Five stars to shuttle service as well. Overall, amazing customer service I would give 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had an issue with my car which was due to improper repair by an autobody shop in the area. Because of faulty repairs, my car sustained water damage, which resulted in $5,000 in repairs. Jonathan and Kyle from Union Line Garage were so understanding and supportive as I underwent a 5 week fight against my insurance company for reimbursement. When I was ready to quit, they wouldn't let me. They were professional, supportive and always reachable to answer my many questions. I would recommend this shop without reservation if you are searching for a garage to establish a long term relationship with. I will be back for sure.

My wife's car displayed warning signals on the dashboard. The first thought is to find a good mechanic to solve a complicated problem. I found Union Line Garage. I left a message in the evening and the next morning I received a call. After delivering the car to the service center, I received a call back from the service advisor who explained to me the reasons and how to solve the problem. He also assured me of the warranty they provide for the work performed. I knew my problems were gone. I am obliged for professionalism and help in solving the problem. They can be trusted.

I am glad I found Union Line Garage. They are very straightforward and do not mind explaining things to me. They are thorough and professional. I always felt 'at the mercy' of the dealership, but now I feel that ULG looks out for me. I highly recommend Union Line Garage!

This place is really great. I just got some routine service on my Honda Accord (fluid changes, alignment, and new drive belt) and they gave me a practically brand new Accord as a loaner car. They also have a free shuttle service. They also allow after-hours drop off. Their prices are competitive and their staff is super-friendly. Basically, they've got everything you could ask for. My car runs noticeably better now. This may be the best mechanic I've ever dealt with.

These guys are true professionals that are focused on service and getting it right. I ve had ongoing problems with my Land Rover LR4 that 3 different Land Rover dealers could not get fixed. Union Line Garage got the job done and my LR4 is running perfectly.Quality and service is what they are all about.

Very professional and easy to work with. Phoned arranged drop off and pick up of the vehicle after hours which is extremely accommodating for working individuals!! The service provided was explained thoroughly as well. I would highly recommend.

We were lucky enough to have received a flyer for Union Line Garage a few years back for my father-in-law who was a customer of theirs before he passed and we have been so grateful that we did. They specialize in European and other imported vehicle auto repair and the work they perform is top-notch. Their employees are very accommodating and are extremely kind and considerate people. If that isn t enough for you to consider using them, they sweeten the pot by offering loaner cars and washing your vehicle after it has been serviced. If you are looking for an alternative to the dealership for your automobile repairs, definitely give Union Line a try!

The blower motor went out in my 2018 mini clubman. They were knowledgeable, helpful and communicated with me during repairs. I can't recommend them enough. Returned my car repaired and freshly washed.

Union Line Garage repaired my Land Rover. They are very detailed about what repairs were needed and also included pictures of what needs to be done. This was probably my best experience in dealing with a repair facility. I would highly recommend Union Line for any repairs to keep your vehicle safe and on the road.

Nice shop, good people. Did not gauge me with pricing. Slowly building trust. Skilled mechanics that know German cars, parts and engines. Helped me with honest advice regarding possible renewal of extended service agreement, i.e. extended warranty. Highly recommend them!

Great service and friendly staff. Kyle and Johnathan were very accommodating and able to squeeze me in for an oil change while I waited. It took exactly what they told me it would. They did a check of the vehicle and found two problems needing attention. I'll be back.

From the moment of hello on a call or on site, Union Line is first class at service. Polite, professional, welcoming Kyle always keeps me informed and follows through on what times, processes etc to expect. Jonathan gets me the result of the evaluation. Their location is super clean, well maintained. They provided me shuttle service to and from the garage. Even washed my car. As far as pricing Union Line is really fair priced. How you do anything is likely how you do everything and this is pretty much their model of operation. They take great pride in providing excellence and stand behind their work and their customer. . and it shows in every way . 100% would recommend. This team communicates well with me and each other. They tell you what is a must do and a should do complete with photos. They are accurate and reasonable on diagnostics, price, and timing. Most importantly the workmanship is always exceptional.

I had mega problems, having taken my car to the authorized dealership for years where I bought my car and also to another local mechanic. After two brake jobs that were never done right, and other issues that never seemed to REALLY get fixed properly, my 2012 manual transmission Jetta is now back and running like a champ. The service is prompt, I had a free loaner vehicle I was close enough that they even dropped it off for me, the people who call to talk about what they re finding as they open things up are intelligent and know what they are talking about, they are courteous, and fix things right.
