In September 2022, I had a lot of bad luck with my Blue Mazda 2007: I had a hit and run that damaged my left headlight, and then later, I had a deer collision that completely broke my right headlight. I never before had a car without lights, in the middle of the road in the dark, but let me tell you it is REALLY SCARY.The damage was extensive enough, that body shops kept quoting me crazy repairs like $5k (at the low end). They all wanted to do their "best work" on my really old and beat up car a waste of their talent and my money. I paid $4k for this car in 2018. Right now with the way things are, I can't afford a new car, I can't afford an old car, I can't afford a lease.The people at Suburban Wrench are the only ones that heard me, that saw how desperate I was, and that tried earnestly to help me within my price range. The wonderful Nadine looked up the parts number for the headlight, got a used one some place in just a few days, and the terrific Mike installed and fixed everything else he could fix the left lowbeam and he fixed the body in the best possible way without changing parts. After a month and half of looking for help, they took care of my troubles in FIVE days.I am so grateful for a good old fashion car shop that's not trying to pick and choose customers they can make the highest margins on, but to do right by the customers who are there. This is a great local mechanic option. Always fair pricing and they will give you honest assessment of your vehicles needs. I definitely recommend them for anyone in Hopewell Township or near by.

Very nice honest people. Bought 2005 lexus es 330 with only 24k miles which I have been looking for a year, fairly priced. Talking to Mike, the owner and dealing with him was just a pleasure. I had lower credit history still could get financing with low apr which I didnt understand in the beginning, then Mike explained it in details. Nadine, lady in the office prepaired all paperwork for me even though she was not working on saturdays and I could come on saturdays only. Thank you for all.

Visited for a simple oil change. From my initial phone call, to the service, all the way to the end, I had a pleasant experience with the respectable, knowledgeable staff. They were even kind enough to let me know about other issues they noticed with my car.

We had our 2004 Jeep towed to Suburban Wrench. It had not been driven in about 5 years, and they brought it back to life! We are so pleased with their service, their patience, and their professionalism. They kept us updated every step of the way of what they were doing, and how much it would cost. They brought the Jeep through the car wash and did some minor detailing, which was an amazing surprise when we went to go pick it up. I cannot say enough good things about them! I had a rusted exhaust connection which they were able to replace while keeping the catalytic converter intact, saving me a lot of money. High quality work at a reasonable price. Nice to have a trusted mechanic nearby.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Considering my car was not starting and no one else even were ready to take a look at my Prius hybrid and find out the problem, suburban wrench not only took in my Prius, they took care of it with in few hours.Also I was even more impressed when we noticed that the air pressure had come down and inspite of being close to their closing time, they accommodated and verified to make sure nothing wrong on the tires.In short if I could give extra stars beyond 5, I would give them and generally I am frugal with my compliments.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars. My mom traveling from North Jersey to South Jersey had an unexpected noise start on her Hyundai Sonata. She was unfamiliar with the area and not sure where to go. I found Suburban Wrench on the map and had her stop there with the hopes that someone could help. Mike and everyone else there dropped what they were doing and went above and beyond to help out my mom. Luckily the problem was not major and they were able to get her back on the road quickly.I wish I lived closer to Suburban Wrench so I could make it my go to shop. If you are in the area and need automotive work, don't hesitate to stop here!!

They came in with the best price for changing out the transmission in our CRV with a Honda replacement.They clearly stand behind their work.Subsequent conversation with others that have been using them for many years and great satisfaction.

Everything went smoothy from the initial diagnosis of the issue, to scheduling the repair, to the repair itself. The staff is very knowledge and personable. Additionally, they only charged for the actual time that the technician spent working on my car; no rounding up to the next hour. I highly recommend Suburban Wrench.

This is a fantastic mechanic shop. I had an issue with my air conditioner that three other mechanics were unable to fix, and it took this shop all of four days to completely restore my air conditioning to brand new (at an affordable rate).This auto shop gets the work done properly, honestly, and promptly. I couldn t recommend them enough.

I have been going to Suburban Wrench for maintenance of my 2001 Saab Viggen for about 10 years, and I have been very satisfied. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The work is done promptly and they get it right the first time.

I've relied on the automotive expertise of Suburban Wrench for over 25 years and because of that I have enjoyed over 25 years of absolute trust that my car is always safe and will not breakdown unexpectedly. Having this longterm peace-of-mind all these years was because Suburban Wrench (especially Mike and Nadine) put me on a schedule of preventative maintenance (which I followed assiduously); because they really are experts at what they do and what they know; and because they really care about each individual customer and each vehicle. They have never let me down.

I used to use Midas and A&B automotive for my car needs but not anymore. Staff was honest and on schedule. 10/10 on customer service. They do not try to rip you off and don't even push you to buy any services. Other car service places have to learn from this place. Definitely recommended to make this your go to car service place.

The service I receive from Suburban Wrench has always been excellent! I feel confidentthe mechanics have also checked for any problems that may need attention. Prices--very good! Turn around time is also excellent. I would highly recommend Suburban!

We were heading south on Rt 31, going home to DE. My husband hit what we thought was pothole. 2 miles after the thud, my husband got 2 blowouts on the driver's side. He pulled over as fast as he could into a lot. The lot turned out to be an auto repair shop!!! The mechanic took us right in patched 1 tire and had to use the spare on the other. Wonderful staff and owners

I've used Suburban Wrench many times, Michael Warner (the owner of the company) always provided me with excellent service and always gave me good prices. I still wish to continue services with him in the future (and with Auto repair). He's a very skilled technician. He repaired three of my cars, Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey and, Toyota Rav4. The assistants at Suburban wrench set us up to meet a limited schedule we had, performed all or the work we needed, and contacted us to let us know there were other minor complications. I would highly recommend there services as their performance was outstanding.

Mechanics are very knowledgeable, they can get you on the schedule quickly and their prices are fair. After many years taking our cars to their respective dealerships for service, this is a less expensive choice with great service.

Great auto shop. I have used may shops around Jersey this is the only place that always gets it right the first time. I would drive from JC just to use a mechanic I trust. A little more expense then some places but it's worth it to have the work done correctly the first time.

Office helper, Nadine, is courteous and efficient. Mike is an excellent mechanic who quotes a fair price. He has kept my 17 year old Ford Taurus running for over 3 years. You can't go wrong using the services at Suburban Wrench! Maryann Perkins 6/2015

I had to smile when Mike told me one of his technicians thought my car had 30,000 miles on it when he jumped in and started the oil change this past week. Suburban Wrench has kept it on the road, running well, and looking sharp for all of it's 250,000 MILES. Yes, true! Thanks Mike & Nadine

I cannot speak higher of owner/ mechanic Mike at Suburban Wrench. I was on my way home to NY when my car began to break down literally right near his shop. He stopped what he was doing and spent an hour diagnosing and fixing my engine problem (bad 4th coil) and spark plug cleaning. His calming demeanor helped me immensely as my nerves at the time my car broke down we re quite frazzled.A mere $58.00 (diagnosis and temporary coil fix-swap) later I was on my way and made it home the last 2 hrs drive safely. Tomorrow I will endeavor to get a brand new coil installed.Thank you Mike for being my rescuing angel today!Gratefully Yours,Kathleen McQuoid

We have been dealing with Mike and Suburban Wrench for nearly 30 years through many cars: Hondas and Acuras, a couple of Saabs, and I don't remember what else. They fix your car right at a reasonable price -- and also offer great service in finding used cars that are tailored for your needs. Loaners are available. Highly recommended. My current Acura Vigor is 22 years old. Mike has been working on it for nine of them. The rust will get it before the mechanical side of things.
