I am giving this place a five star, because it truly deserves it!I had to bring my car here yesterday last minute because I needed two front tires desperately.Both front tires had to be replaced as soon as possible in order Call for me to be able to drive my car safely.Not only when I made the phone call did Diego make me feel very comfortable, but expressed to please bring my car over and they will do whatever they can to help me.When I got there, Joseph greeted me with a very friendly attitude and kind words.Diego then came out and explained everything to me in detail and said he would take care of my car, to not worry about anything and that when I left, I would feel safe.I did have to wait, a little while, as there were some people in front of me.All I can say is that I was so grateful to Mavis, but more grateful to Diego and Joseph, for the kindness that they show to me when I was so concerned.I just want to say that I truly believe this place is not only honest, but also very caring and thoughtful and I would highly recommend anyone who needs a place to go for tires to pick this place as their number one choice.Thank you again from the bottom of my heart to Diego and Joseph for all the hard work and time they put into making my car safe.Renee

I went in to have a tire leak checked out and had the best experience. Joseph and his team were all kind, professional, and easy to talk to. They had me in and out quickly and explained what they found with my tire, but also some other impending trouble areas with my car. I will come back to them exclusively for my tire and other automotive needs while I'm in New Jersey.

I had an incredibly pleasant interaction with the Mavis folks in Pennington today. I suddenly had an issue with my tire and they were able to squeeze me in to take a look before closing. Joseph and Anthony were extremely down-to-earth and honest professionals. They immediately spotted the issue with my tire and they showed me what needed to be fixed. Five stars are not enough for these gentlemen. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Diego was very helpful with finding what worked with my budget. I was also in a rush, but my car was in and out! The workers were also willing to explain the mechanics behind what was causing wear and tear on my tires so I could prevent it. I ll be going back soon!

The friendly staff immediately started to fix my slow leak tire and do a needed oil change. They volunteered a coupon and finished very quickly. I was impressed with the customer service and affordable cost. I am going to praise this Mavis to all my friends.

My experience with Mavis Discount Tires at Pennington was outstanding. Manager was really good. Service was very quick. People here are so helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Got a flat tire last week. Instead of trying to sell me a set of new tires they tried their best to fix my tire and only cost me 30 bucks. Very honest business. Definitely will come back if I need any service in the future!

Had a flat tire. Whereas other places in the area couldn t take me til next day they took me immediately. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and FAST. Took half the time I expected. Will definitely go back to them for future repairs!

Diego was in excellent form today. I had an important meeting at work this morning. On the way I suddenly had a flat tire. I just had my tires replaced at the Pennington Mavis, including getting the warranty. I was towed to Pennington, where Jeremiah quickly discovered a nail in the tire. I had to replace the tire, but the warranty worked out. Always great service here.

As usual, the Mavis team was in top form today. Diego had given me excellent advice last week about tires and alignment. The tires I ordered were delivered promptly, and I came in this morning to have them put on my car. Diego and Joseph were friendly and professional. Everything went according to plan the work was done efficiently by the excellent crew. No surprise that I m a long-time, satisfied customer of the Pennington Mavis.

Had a great experience at this Mavis. Very helpful staff who are patient and take the time to explain what they are doing. I came in for a last minute oil change and they managed to squeeze me in. While I waited I could see how courteous, kind, and professional they were with all the people they were helping. I will definitely be back!

Great and timely service. I came in an hour before closing for wheel alignment. Front desk was happy to take the work and they finished it within 45 mins, though there were other tasks ahead of me. Everyone at this place were courteous and friendly. Will definitely come back here for my car repair/ maintenance needs.

Took my Honda Civic to Mavis in Pennington today for some tire issues. Once again, an amazing experience! I trust them more than my car dealer and am always impressed by their good attitude and the prompt and efficient service they provide!

I am from local Pennington. Mavis tire Pennington is one of the best shop in local area. The are very professional and good price. Manager Joseph are very professional, patient and helpful, he never cheat and always patient and try best to help. I have been with this shop for 10+ years, I always like to bring my car to this shop.

Took my car there with a tire that had been slowly leaking some air. They performed a free evaluation and quickly determined and showed me that my rim had a slight crack in it that was allowing air to escape. Rather than just tell me I was SOL and would have to buy a new multi-hundred dollar rim, they told me that I could easily and quickly get it welded for much much cheaper, and gave me the name and number of where to get it done. I got that done, brought the wheel back to them, and they put the tire back on... all for ~$20.Huge thanks to the new Assistant Manager, Anthony, who helped me every step of the way and was able to get me in and out as quick and smoothly as possible.

Sunday morning, Pathfinder 2022, right rear passenger tire had slow leak. It is my wife s primary care. Drove in, told manager, situation, next in line. Fixed within 30 minutes with plug. No charge. Excellent service, and really appreciated it. Did not try to sell me a tire, straight forward and efficient. Give them a try if need tire help.

I had a a tire that got punctured and the wall also got pierced. The next day I took the car to Mavis and met Joseph. He was kind, generous and transparent in the transaction. They got me a tire and completed the job in a couple hours. I didn't expect such a positive experience from Mavis but thanks to Joseph, it was great!

Stopped by Pennington Mavis today in hopes they had replacement windshield wipers. They did! Diego measured and then replaced mine immediately, showed me how to do it if I ever need to, and even applied a $20 coupon that I didn't know about. Nice fellow and great service.

I have to say I have never trusted auto shops before but after my last few experiences with Mavis in Pennington my mind is at ease when I drop my car off. They have literally told me the other day "no charge it was just a loose bolt and we tightened it for you" I went in with a noise that you would think my motor was going to fall off and they could of told me anything and I would not have known the difference. But Joseph the manger came up and smiled and said " you are all good just a loose bolt have a great day" I was so happy and relieved because times are tough and Joseph saved me BIGTIME!

I regularly use Mavis in Pennington/Hopewell for my repairs and oil changes. They re always accommodating and helpful. They never try to oversell and help you with other potential issues that arise. Wait times are reasonable and make dropping off your car and pick up easy.

i had an outstanding service experience today at this Mavis store. The manager Daniel who handled my tire repair was wonderful. He took my car in right away and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I have used this store to replace my tires in the past and have always had a positive experience. They will have my business as long as I live in the area.

I would give more stars if I could !! I had a leak in the left passenger tire and Diego was very accommodating. The team was quick to identify the problem. They fixed it and plugged it within 30 minutes without selling me a new tire. Diego is just awesome! Very kind and to my surprise he didn t even charge anything . This would be my goto place for any issues going forward. Definitely recommend!!!!

This is an "on average for two visits" 3 star. My current experience with the Mavis in Pennington was different than my previous ones. My previous ones had been great; no troubles. This one started out as a disaster but they did fix the issues for no charge and did throw in a free oil change. I will be continue doing business with this Mavis.

Unprofessional and they lie. Had 4 brand new tires installed by them on my pickup truck, all 4 tires were slowly leaking air, had to pump them every 2-3 weeks since installation. When I called and reported problem I was told to bring the vehicle and that it was an easy fix as installers didn t use sealer on the edge as they supposed to. Dropped off the vehicle and picked up the next day, was assured first over the phone then in person that everything was taken care of. 2 weeks later all tires were low on pressure again. Will never use this place again, spent extra $40 per wheel to get that fix, not mentioning my lost time!

There is nowhere better than Mavis in Pennington! Joseph is super helpful and the team is efficient. They have great prices. I would not take my care anywhere else! Thank you, Mavis.

I've had great experiences both times I've gone to Mavis to get my oil changed. The guys that work there are friendly, straight-forward, and easy to talk to. It seems to me that they know what they're doing and care about their customers.

I was driving home from work and my tire pressure alert went off. I could see a screw in my tire-- I went right to Mavis and they squeezed me in and removed the screw and patched the tire at no cost. This was a huge lifesaver! Will definitely use them again!
