I got all my cars serviced by European Plus, Nick and his entire staff were very professional and got my repairs done in time and at reasonable cost. They also serviced my Jaguar IPace which is an electric vehicle. They went above and beyond to get things fixed.

Highly recommended. They identified my Mercedes' engine problem and informed me of a maintenance bulletin about the issue that eventually led to the dealership fixing my engine for free. They could have charged me a ton to do the fix themselves, but they did the right thing, only charging for the diagnosis.

Highly recommend them. Brought in my Jetta with an engine light after visiting a couple shops. Dealer told me that they ll replace the timing chain first and that might not be it but the won t know until later (~3k). Another highly reputed store told me they need to change my rear main seal because of an oil leak, timing chain and camshaft although through my own knowledge, I knew these aren t the underlying problems (~8k). European plus had me out on the road in a day with roughly $700 in repairs and they nailed the issues spot on. Driven about 4k miles since then and the car s running as good as ever.

They fixed the suspension problem of my BMW 740Li. Nick was able to diagnose and fix the issue when another shop could not. He was also very pleasant and professional throughout. Will go to him again and recommend him highly.

Nick and his crew are great. They've been taking great care of my aging Audi A7 for the past 1.5 years. They may not be the cheapest option around, but their work is excellent and they stand behind it. Also love the fact they have loaner cars. I had the AC system on my VW recharged, which worked out fine. The price for the job was a shocker. I had the exact same work performed on same car 4 years ago in same town for exactly 1/2 the cost of the European Plus charge in July 2023. I asked Nick about the much higher cost, which included a $25 surcharge for "environmental recovery" and received a reply that the surcharge helps him defray costs related to environmental charges. Huh? Bad on me for not calling around other shops first to check out the TOTAL cost for the job.

EUROPEAN PLUS in Pennington, NJ deserves a 10+ for outstanding EXCELLENT CAR DIAGNOSTICS & SERVICE! I am delighted with my great vehicle performance and their fair pricing! I came to them from Union Line Garage who had not been as honest at all, with crazy 60% inflated pricing for the same repair. Hats off to European Plus for their easygoing, friendly staff, their expert mechanics and for exhibiting the INTEGRITY we all seek as customers. I took my 2012 Mercedes GLK350 to the dealer after the check engine light came on and was told the engine had incorrect timing between the camshaft and crankshaft, and the intake manifold was malfunctioning. Additionally, my car s rear brake lines were rusted and needed replacement. Dealer diagnosed that the engine required new timing chain and possibly camshaft replacement at minimum. The dealer's engine repair cost was open ended as the problem and cost would not be known until the engine was disassembled. I decided to take my car to European Plus based on their good reviews. Nick, the owner and his mechanic were able to repair the intake manifold instead of replacing with a new one (which dealer quoted for $1700). It took weeks for the engine work to be done as many parts were replaced in addition to the timing chain and balance shaft. The brake lines replacement cost was 3 times less than the dealer's quote. An initial problem was encountered while addressing the engine issue but Nick persisted and was able to fix the engine problem in the end. The car is now running better than before the engine problem. I am very happy with the final result. I couldn t be happier with my recent service. My 2008 V70 wagon had several inexplicable mechanical issues that were hard to diagnose. I am appreciative for the skilled European Plus mechanics who persisted and solved the puzzling problems. I found that Nick, owner, and his skilled team express a high level of patience, friendliness and integrity that can be hard to come by in the automotive repair industry. Gratefully, I had a wonderful experience as my car operates and handles as if it just rolled off the assembly line in Sweden. Detailed, expert repair of vehicle. The car dealership of our vehicle stated we needed a new engine. But European Plus repaired the vehicle, preventing taking it to a junk yard. And the car passes all testing required. European Plus provides quality auto service, and does the work in securing parts, investigating problems with a cost that is more than acceptableService: Engine repair

Another great experience having my 2011 GTI repaired by European Plus! They know their Volkswagens and were able to repair the oil leaks in both of my timing chair covers for a more than reasonable price. They also spotted previous work to my engine that I wasn't aware of. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic with my repairs.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

This was my first time using European Plus for my VW GTI. They are very professional and easy to work with. My sister has been taking her cars to European Plus for fifteen years and assured me that if it could be fixed, they would fix it. I finally have been able to take my old Cadillac SRX there - not European. I'm very happy they are good at fixing old cars and like to fix old cars as my previous garage denied service based on the age of my car (2006). Even though my car can be a challenge, they have always been professional and do their best to give me what I need at the best price for that service. First time using European Plus. Nick and Madison were both great to work with. I had a small oil leak on my Audi Q5 2.0T that they repaired, also found the water pump leaking. Which explains why the coolant was low (i wasn't seeing water in the driveway). They clearly know Audi/VW well and where to look when inspecting your car.
