I have been to auto repair shops across the country over the past 20+ years in the military and I can honestly say that Fante s is the very best. I have zero complaints. Reception area is immaculate and the employees were courteous and attentive. They did a flawless job blending the fender and I was kept up to date with text notifications from day 1. From the moment I walked in the facility I was impressed. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean and nice building. The constant text updates on the status of the vehicle. After working with Fante I can say I won't ever look for another body shop. Thank you

Had two repairs done here. One through insurance and one on my own dime. Both times flawless work. Will be the only place I bring cars so long as I live in the area.

I recently had my daughters car repaired at Fante s and was extremely impressed with this company. They helped me from start to finish. Even with handling the insurance company. My job is demanding and did not have the time to handle phone calls. Rental reservations etc. the ladies in the office were very helpful and took a lot of this off of me. This accident wasn t even my daughters fault. Catherine was extremely helpful and kept me informed through the entire repairs. I would recommend Fante s auto body to all who reads this. A 1 company.

I was traveling from PA when the motor splash guard came loose and was dragging on the ground. Visting nearby so I stopped in to ask for help. They promptly and graciously got under the car and removed the splash guard completely. Problem solved. They refused any payment and gave my grandson some great cookies while waiting.WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!

Great communication and work. I had a scary crash a month ago and the flow was seamless through my insurance, towing, and all the work done by Fante's. We got weekly or more calls, texts, and always felt informed. Received my car back today and it looks and rides great. Highly recommend.

After we got rear ended, Fantes took great care of our car. They worked with our car insurance (USAA) perfectly, and we didn t have to worry about anything during the process. They kept us updated throughout, and our car looked amazing at the end. We are very grateful! Hopefully we won t have another accident and need them again, but if we did, I d definitely go back.

I have had relationships with different body shops for years, and I have had the unfortunate luck of being in many accidents! This is the second time I have used Fante s and they are incredible. Catherine in the office is so professional, and kind. She goes above and beyond to update me and help me navigate the confusing insurance claim process. The men in the office who write the estimates and look at the damage are also very honest, and straightforward and pleasant. I am sure with my track record I will be using them again, but their services are excellent and the quality is too notch.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting

Where do I start. My wife ran into a curb on base and completely destroyed the front end suspension. I was deployed and they took it to Firestone on base. They didn't know what get were doing. A few weeks later and $1500 later I found Fante's and I couldn't have made a better move. They looked at my car for FREE and found the problems. They told me what had to be fixed and gave me a very good price. They fixed it in just over a day and the best part....it cost me $250 less than what they quoted me. That is integrity and honesty at its finest! The staff is great and friendly. Thank yall so much! Hopefully I don't ever have to come back but if I ever have something like this again, you can bet I'll be back!

Huge Thank You to Fantes Auto Body Shop! With my experience, I m still new to the area recently moved here, and so I used to drive by here all the time and then I needed work done to my car so I looked up online saw nothing but great things being said and decided to give them a shot, and so I called and they got me In so quick. I unfortunately was in a car accident and right after the holidays where money was tight and things were so hard in my life. (I had to take out moneh out of pocket for the car rental unfortunately as well. But they made the experience very personal and made sure they would help me in a hard time. I felt comfortable and happy and knew that they would do everything in their power to get me my car back ASAP. this was Monday I dropped it off. (Only took 5 days to get done) The lady said we will try and have it ready by Friday, And sure enough they did. And they kept me posted with all the details and were so sweet and kind and polite and truly professional. I m so grateful I came to them and the car looks AMAZING! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent customer service, my father referred me to this shop a few months back. Had some smash my head light. Every time I had to call in the receptionist was so sweet & when I got back my car it was unoticable that anything ever happen. Would recommend to anyone looking for 5 star work.

I ve unfortunately needed their services on three occasions in the last ten years, but they do excellent work and I wouldn t go anywhere else. The vehicle they repaired 10 years ago still looks new. Having the rental car facility right next door makes everything easy. If you need body work from any kind of accident this is the place to go. Great people and five star work and service!!!

I have gone to Fante s every time I have an issue with my automobile. The staff is friendly and well versed. They are a legitimate shop and explain every cost leaving no stone unturned. Their work is top notch and I would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their auto.

I have used fantes twice now after an auto accident, each time I bring the car in I know I will be taken care of Catherine, The wonderfuly courteous very kind and always helpful receptionist is a joy to work with.I was provided text updates on the vehcile which was very helpful, Catherine made sure my vehcile was finished before a major storm so I would not have to drive a rental. I am very happy to say I am a loyal Fantes client.

Ok, so I meant to write a review on this place after they did the work on my van back in March or April of 2017 and life just got busy. I was in a wreck in Maryland on my way back from a funeral in NC. Fantes came highly recommended by a friend that works with my husband on base. I called them and the staff was amazing on the phone. Got my van to them and they exceeded my expectations. I hope I never have to bring a vehicle in for body work again as accidents are not fun for anyone, but if I do have to it will be Fantes that I go to. Thanks to all of you for your great customer service, communication, and friendliness.

Being Asian-American female, I m pretty much weary of any business I walk into in the Pemberton/Browns Mills area. It s an actual mustering of all confidence to even walk into Wawa being that I ve already experienced lewd comments several times.A box truck bumped into my driver mirror and had what looked like an unfixable issue of mirror to frame. Completely prepared to get a whole new mirror, I wasn t expecting to have kindHumans helping me fix what had before seemed impossible. Equipped with a few tools and the absence of new attachments, I m delighted to say that my experience here was nothing short of refreshing, professional, and overall clean cut.Recommended here to all.

This family company is wonderful. I feel totally confident in there advise and workmanship. A high rating is earned because the attention to detail the staff at fantes exhibits. These guys are very good at what they do. They are very professional and made me feel very at home and welcome. When the owner Joel says he s going to take care of you, he means it!! Excellent staff and excellent work, I strongly recommend and if I ever need to will definitely come back.

Fante's took great care of both my husband's truck and daughter's car (hit within 2 days of each other ) excellent service and workmanship, really professional and they kept us updated through the entire process. Don't go anywhere else...you won't be disappointed.

Car accidents and malfunctions are some of the most stressful things that happen in life. Finding a trustworthy autobody is also hard. I m glad I went to Fantes, their pricing, work, and timing were all great! I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Did an OK job fixing the car, but took a long time to do it. It seems like they knew the insurance will only cover up to 30 days of car rental and they will get done 1 or 2 days later (on the 31st or 32nd). Enterprise car rental is right next door. How convenient right?
