Creekside took care of a window repair in a prompt and friendly fashion. Kevin was on time, knew his stuff and did a great job. Would use again for any other glass repairs we might have in the future.

Professional and experienced from beginning to end. Office staff: Melissa, couldn't have been more courteous and communicative.Bob and Kevin did a top notch, professional installation of mirrors in my basement. Great company to deal with. Fair prices and great workmanship. We had our van windshield replaced and they did a great job. Had a few bad experiences with mobile glass replacement companies so these guys are our go to now!

Sadly, I didn't have a good experience with them. I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance to get my car windshield replaced on 7/21/23.The female representative in the office was professional, quoted me a price, told me to drop my car off on the appt' date by 8am, and that it wouldn't be ready until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I also answered all of her questions including providing details about my vehicle during my scheduling phone call in mid-June for my 7/21/23 appt'.I dropped my car off on 7/21/23 at 8am and arranged for a ride home with a friend. As I was being taken home, they called me and notified me they don't have any mounts in stock for my vehicle and that they wouldn't be able to handle the job on this day. They told me due to my current mounts being glued down, they would require new ones. They've been in business a long time so why didn't they anticipate me possibly needing new mounts and order them so they'd be ready on the date of my install? (or follow-up with it and notify me of any related parts issues BEFORE the appt' date). Before I left their office, I inquired, and she informed me they ARE able to return unused parts to their supplier. I was told during a follow-up call that mounts were ordered, just not received.Luckily, I scheduled my appt' for a day I had off work and didn't take off just for this appt'. Head's up, she called me the day before my appt' and I confirmed it. No mention was made of parts at all so I'd recommend verifying that they check that everything necessary for your job is available and ready prior to your scheduled appointment.Self-servingly, they showed zero consideration for my schedule and for those assisting me with drop-off/pick-up. When I called later and spoke to a male employee who told me he was the one who checked my vehicle, he also told me that they frequently have trouble with their parts suppliers --- so again, wouldn't this be all the more reason to follow-up accordingly in time for an appointment booked a month in advance? They would benefit from checking appts' at the start of each week to ensure everything's squared away for them regardless of being booked 1 day or 1.5 months in advance.To make matters worse, I had no reason to check my car hood before driving it out of their lot, but when I was on the road, I discovered they'd failed to secure it back down, and I had to pull over and do this. 'Still not understanding why they needed to access anything under the hood for the windshield install since merely looking at my windshield clearly shows glued mounts, and when I inquired about it, the answer I received equated to no accountability on their end.I've had windshields installed in this vehicle twice before (and in other vehicles) at other glass businesses, but never experienced any issues like this. They left the impression the windshield job might not have been competently completed. As well, the inconveniences I experienced were preventable on their end and reflect unprofessional and negligent practices.I'm going elsewhere and hopefully, can get the job completed by a business without the negatives. Based on my experiences, no, I can't recommend them.

Bob did an amazing job on my driver s side window. My window had fallen off its track completely and we could not figure out what the problem was initially, but it became obvious once he looked at the window modulator. He made time for me and my emergency situation and was able to get my window fixed within 45 minutes. Definitely 5 stars and I m definitely a returning customer!Service: Auto power window repair

I cannot recommend them enough. I recently purchased a house and the seller received a quote from them to replace two windows. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind and pleasant when scheduling my installation. When that came, the guys were early arriving to my house and finished the work in record time. I was shocked by how quickly they were in and out. You could tell they knew what they were doing. On top of that, it was all very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

My 85 year old mother had a leak with one of her windows. She called Creekside, spoke to Melissa who was very nice, and they sent someone out about a day later. The guy's name was Kevin. He said all it needed was some caulking around the outside, and he took care of the problem. Its great to know that there are still honest companies and people out there that arent looking to take advantage of the elderly.Service: Window repair

I chose Creekside Glass last year (Oct. 2019) because of a referral and their reviews. They came to my condo and took measurements, however, every time the installer came out, the glass was the wrong size, it took four tries before he came with the correct glass and installed the palladium window. I was told over the phone the window has a 5 year warranty, however, 13 months after installation the same window began to get moisture inside the glass. I am selling my home so when I called them, I tried to be understanding of our world situation with COVID and storms in south Jersey, so I requested a letter that it be fixed within a reasonable time. I requested the letter five times, my realtor sent an email with the same request to no avail. I just sent the sixth letter, but had to cc my attorney.Service: Glass installation

Highly recommend Creekside to anyone who needs any type of glass work done. They replace 2 oversized plates panels on our sliding glass doors and were timely, professional and fairly priced.

If i could give them a zero star i would.. absolutely horrible quality glass.. and even worse customer service... DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE......Update: since i cant respond to their comment. Might as well add the chipped mirror they also sold. And wrote on the copy that there was a chip in mirror. Who sells a chipped mirror and only notes it on the paper work but doesnt tell customer?. Also the fact that we have glass 15 years old with no issues but both your pieces cracked in the same spot on each glass. Also your employee that showed up was very rude saying a hand did it when we went back and looked at our cameras nothing hit where it is cracked.. just because we installed the glass it lasted less then a year. Mind you we have 7 other cases not done by this company and are still strong as can be.. no where near these cracks is there any damage but yet both glass tops have cracks in the exact same spot...
