The tow fee is $195 in this picture, and the storage car rate is $45; however, the guy told us that there is a late charge fee as well. Where is it written? No where, and then the guy I spoke with was very rude, which makes no sense considering I was planning to head to Antepli Baklava 2 after my coffee. They are simply making money. There was no receipt or nothing I told the guy to give me the Email and name of the owner he said it s too long i don t know. He just showed me the QR code and said $300. And it s Saturday night I just parked there to GET MY COFFEE for 5 minutes. VERY RUDE

I recently had the pleasure of using Superior Automotive Towing, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I called, their customer service was top-notch. The dispatcher was friendly and reassuring, and the tow truck arrived promptly. The driver was professional, courteous, and handled my vehicle with care. Despite the stressful situation of needing a tow, Superior Automotive Towing made the experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Scammer Alert - they along with their other cronies snoop around the Main Street and find a reason to tow cars because that s how they make money. Then they charge you extra despite the rate being 100-200 and make excuses about how it s late and the lot is closed . Be careful shopping around Main Street and watch out for these scammers.P.s all their reviews are either fake or from their own family members.

This is worse than mafia. They use any chance to tow your car. It s sad that they use the police to their advantage. I filed a complaint and the police said that they are super busy with homicide and narcotic which prevents them from focusing on this shady company. I called the owner to get my car back. He came driving while smoking weed and showing his muscle by trying to scare me that he gonna hit me with his car. They charged me 300$ in cash although the sign say it s only 195$. No documents or receipts. They are worse than parasite feeding on innocent people and dealing with cash to do tax evasion. The owner pretty much said people make mistakes and we use these mistakes to our advantage . I hope the city and police look into this shady company.

Scammer alert: Beware of getting towed by this company and, if possible, avoid parking/shopping at 1010 South Paterson Plaza. This company towed my car on Sunday 1/21/2024 at 2pm from 1010 South Paterson Plaza and charged me $300 (no receipts, no explanation of charges). I called them in less than 10 minutes after they had picked my car and I was told to pay $300 to get my car back. Imagine $300 for a parking violation (less than 10 minutes) even though the plaza clearly mentions 1-hour parking limit with no instructions for consumers regarding parking specification for in-plaza customers only (see attached photo). The charges as mentioned are $195 plus $45 storage fee but they will charge you an additional $60 saying that s an early pick up fee even though the instructions don t specify early pick up charges and absolutely no mention of closure on Sundays. They also damage your car in towing. My car is making some unexpected noises now. So if you are ever towed by this company, make sure you check your car before you leave the lot because that maybe an additional $ for the repair.

I had a terrible experience with them. I parked my car to get some Baklava and they towed my car less than an hour even if I was shopping inside the shopping area. They got my cash and no receipt was handed to me. Modern day Mafia in the middle of the New Jersey. I have been in the USA for 15 years and had never my car towed because was so vigilant but I trusted this area because owners were all from back home. I was wrong and I got my lesson. I think we should stop parking and stop eating in Paterson to protest this Mafia behavior.

Responding to their response:Safety could have been as simple as reading the car's sign to recognize it's AWD. Neglecting such basic details speaks volumes about your company's disregard for safety protocols. Take heed: ignorance is not an excuse when it comes to public safety and vehicle handling. Your excuse about illegal parking doesn't exempt you from basic due diligence. Ignoring safety protocols because of a parking violation is absurd. Your negligence jeopardizes not just vehicles but also public safety.------My experience with this company was nothing short of a disaster. Not only did they display gross incompetence in handling my EV, but they also posed a serious fire hazard due to their negligence. It's alarming how they lack even basic education on handling electric vehicles, putting both vehicles and customers at risk. Stay away unless you're willing to gamble with your safety and your car's well-being.

Horrible experience. Employee will treat you like garbage and scam you out of your money if you get a tow "after hours" even though they advertise themselves as 24/7. Do yourself a favor and call a different towing service.

All I can say is I m so ashamed by our Muslim society. It says 9-5pm for towing hours and we were towed after 5pm. This man goes around towing luxury cars knowing they will have the money to pay cash. He only will have us pay cash as there is no where that says cash only. I give it to him for being a really fast at towing the cars. He insisted it wasn t haram. He knew people were going for Iftar and plots around that time to start towing peoples cars astugfirallah.

This has been my Go-To mechanic shop for a couple years now! They ve worked on all of my cars, from an 03 Mercedes to a 2017 BMW. The prices are Unbeatable, and the turn around time is quick without sacrificing quality.
