Santana is a great guy. Prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Every time had a question he answered immediately. Took excellent care of my car. Now I bring my car and my wife s car there. Def recommend him to everyone I know.

I've been coming here for years. Very well known in the community, for fairness, honesty, and integrity. I live in Totowa; and, I drive all the way here to get my cars repaired.If more mechanics were like him, the industry wouldn't get such a bad reputation for being so shady. But, Santana is different; and, he passes that professionalism to those who work with him at the shop.

Brought my car to them today and was very happy with the results. The customer service was very professional and the entire time they cared about making my car safe for me to drive. They also made sure to get me affordable parts and saved me money.

Stay away! Very rude people who scam you and are especially dishonest to young woman who come to their shop & see that they can take advantage of them. I am always the first one to support local small businesses but the way they treated my younger sister shows me how money hungry and rude they are. They take any opportunity to say something else is wrong with the car so that they can charge more and give you faulty parts. If you have to deal with them I suggest being very attentive and making sure they don t scam you. But honestly if you can just go to the shop on Madison and they are way better. But personally, we will never go back!

GREAT place to take your car for service. I am women and have taken my truck there for service and they have been more then honest, quick service, and very polite. I would recommend this shop to all my friends. I have sat there to wait for my car and I have never seen the employees being rude to anyone. As a matter of fact I witness the employee that was fixing my tire stop to put in air on pool flote a person walked in with and the employee didn t even charge him. The person didn t evenTHANK the employee.. GREAT PEOPLE at Super Top Tire in my opinion .

I would never go to this mechanic ever again. I brought my car in for a tire change, first of all they over charged me with hidden fees, then they scratched my car, and said it wasn't them. Completely unprofessional, would definitely advise to go anywhere else other than them, risk fixing your car at home, but do not go to this shop. Disgusting behavior and very inappropriate with their customers.

We drove from VA. Noticed low pressure warning and saw a nail on tire. Just on the way stopped by Super Top Tire and they welcomed us. We saw that the problem was more than that. Juan explained the risk and suggested reasonable solutions. He fixed the problem quickly. They are kind, professional and prices are reasonable. Thanks.

0 stars!!! Horrible service, definitely shouldn t be in business!!! I wouldn t recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. Especially if your a female they will definitely over charge you. BE CAREFUL!

I came in multiple times to fill my air pressure and they were so nice to help. I also needed some help with my tire sensor and they checked it for me and solved my issue. They provide very good services at a competitive price as well as take their customers concerns seriously. They work in the hot heat of summer as well as the cold frozen winter. That is why I choose to do business with them always. I recommend this place to everyone to at least get an estimate for work or tires that need to be done and compare to everywhere else.

Mr Santana on multiple occasions has eased my worries of my car. From New tires, an alignment, oil change, windshield fluid & new brakes. Not to mention his prices are the best in town. Thank you for being amazing at what you do!!! Oh, and not to mention being so close by and the quickness of your work. I will recommend you to all my friends and family. See you for my next oil change :)

Beware of this tire shop.... they are dishonest & inflate prices if they're slow. Took my truck for brakes, needed rotors.... and 4 tires. Had them do the work. The truck wasn't right, took it back, then it needed an even bigger repair. Why they didn't notice that when they changed the tires? Who knows. Had that pricey job done too..... the vehicle still didn't drive right. Took it back 2 more times. For a tire shop, they're not too keen on checking the tire pressure.... 3 tires were all different. Didn't bother to take it back, with my luck, it would've been another costly repair. All I am sure of is that they've ruined my truck. It just doesn't run the same anymore.Update: my truck no longer runs smoothly & altho it may have needed repairs, my truck drove just fine. Now, it's like driving in a blender.

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it was the best. I'm beyond happy that i listen to my friend. I have a 2011 Nissan Juke and needed 4 new tires and was on a tight budget. I was able to get 4 new tires, do the wheel alignment and rotation all within my budget. I was researching tires online and super top tires was still cheaper then the online prices. I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good service, great people and great prices.

I needed new tires for my car was recommended by a good friend. I was a little weary at first but for the price i couldn't resist.The service i received was out of this world. i'm talking about polite, respectful, kind and most importantly "Time". They told me to be there at 10am when i got there i didn't have to wait they were ready and waiting. It took less time then what i was originally told.I would recommend Super Top Tires to anyone of my friends and family.Job well done...thank you for your service

Gentlemen was nice and customer service was okay. The gentleman wanted to charge me $45 for a used tire but I only had $40 cash so I asked do they take credit/debit cards and he said yes but the lady before me tired to paid was a credit/debit card he just lowered the price for her so she could pay in cash...... I wasn't going to go to the ATM for $5 and if I use my card they charge 7% tax which is ridiculous!!! This shop needs better prices I paid $40 for a used tire! I could of went somewhere else and paid $20. Now I know to go to my usual tire shop on Lafayette.

Ive been coming to Super Top Tires for 3 years now. The owner is super personable and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond and is super fast. His coworker is always there early, and they are very reasonably priced!

This place is the worse tire shop you can do business with. They sold me two used tires and one of the two was losing air right from the start. I went back so he can check and fix the tire ( I was willing to pay) he refused to fix the tire because he was busy allegedly.Very bad customer service and experience, don't go there unless you have no other choice. that plaxr is legitimately the worse tire shop in Paterson. One other thing, he only accepts cash or venmo....

Very bad place not recommended at all I bought all my new tires from there.I visited them more than three times because i have a noise while I'm driving and the owner start give a excuses. the problems not from the tires. also not professional wheel alignment three times and he keeps saying the problem from the car. i sent the car to Mavis Discount Tire to fix itNot even deserve one star

I have nothing but praise for this place. The owner always give me a fair price. He even go so far as fixing little things and not charging you, he s the best . I ve seen some of these other reviews that paint him and his establishment as a bad place to go, I totally disagree i ve been going here for years and never had any trouble . I wish everybody ran their establishments the way super top tires does . *****

I went in for 2 used tires and the man there tried to sell me tires that weren't the size I was looking for. After I told him I wanted the same exact size tires that I had, telling him that I was worried about how it would perform on the highway/rainy days if they were different from my original tires, he started giving me an attitude, saying that I know more than him and all that. Alright cool. When I asked him to just put my old tires back on he went to the back and as if by magic found the exact tires that I was looking for. I got the tires in the end, but thats such an unprofessional way to do business. I would not recommend buying tires from here, used or otherwise.

I ve had my vehicle serviced here on a few occasions and every time the work is done properly with no issues whatsoever. If you re looking for a location to service your vehicle and one that won t charge nearly as much as a dealership service department does, I highly recommend this location.

They sold me a brand new tire a few months later tire got buble I went back 4-5 times they told me they are going to pay tire cost which is 75$ I ordered the same tire for 50$ from amazon which is I bought from that store 110$. When I went back to get my money back they lied me and didint give my money back. These guys cheater and lier. DO NOT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE AND OWNER WHO IS SANTANA. Go buy the tire from amazon with half of price. These guys ridiculous and worst tire shop. Don t waste your money and your time with them.

Ive been coming here for 3 years and i must say its the best tire shop in the area! ! Everytime i have a problem they are here to help me. If you have any problems , come see them. They are THE BEST! & very friendly also. If i can give 20 stars i would!!!!

Avoid!!! Took my $100 for a tire, told me that the Tire Pressure Monitor in the tire was previously broken, and the proceeded to tell me the linkage was bad. Took the car to Pep Boys and discovered what he had told me was was not true. Linkage was fine, and the tire I had purchased from Super Top was patched and unsafe.

Drove in with no appointment, they did wheel balancing and front end alignment with no wait, Mechanic explained problem with alignment ,and I was on my way in no time!! Great staff Great price!!!

I DON'T RECOMMEND anyone to go to this shop, there is someone who works in it, he is tall guy . He is a LAIR and DISINGENUOUS GUY.The evaluation is one star and it is too much for the shop and for this guy, if it is less than one star(negative) i would give it to him pay attention

Cheap used tires(usually in decent shape). We usually pay under 20$ per tire. They change or rotate your tires while you wait. Bilingual friendly staff, fast service.

I'm a first time driver, my uncle tell me about super top tires after bunch of different places trying to make my problem bigger Santana (owner) been such an awesome guy and solve my wheel alignment problems without instal new parts saving me a lot of money... thanks super top tires

Great Service !!! Better than my uncle's Shop in Passaic gotta admit. Very friendly staff and Nicely done in a matter of time . I was affraid I was gonna leave my car overnight but G did a very outstanding job . Highly Recommended
