my mechanic handed me the bill for $2500 after this so called specialist sergioautotech went ahead and repaired the car without my approval and knowledge of what the cost would be - no communication here - no estimate - this is a sham shop - cannot recommend this jabroni - hearing his name is upsetting - PEOPLE ASK FOR ESTIMATE BEFORE WORK AUTHORIZATION -

They so called fixes valve cover gasket. Started leaking 1week later. We go back there to find out. They lie & stated it's the fuel gasket & tried to charge us again. We go let a specialist check it out & it's the same problem they claim to have fix. If your not Spanish, be prepare to OVER PAY & be LIED to about everything!!!! Really 0 's!!!

MY MOM BROUGHT HER TO SERGIO FOR HIM TO CHECK WHY THE ENGING LIGHT WAS ON AND THEY TOLD HER SHE NEED A NEW COMPUTER AND A THROTTLEBODY AND ITS COST OVER $900 FOR PARTS PLUS LABLE, SHE CALL ME CRAING SHE DONT HAVE MONEY ,I TOLD HER TO GET A 2ND OPINION ,WELL WELL WELL , ALL THE CAR NEED WAS A RESET COST HER NOTHING AND YES I WILL GIVE THE OTHER PLACE A 5 SATRT REVIEW ,JUST BE ALERT AND NEVER TURST PLACES LIKE THIS.AND THEY CHARGE HER $95 THEY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE HER THE CAR WITH OUT PAYING WILL NOT RECOMED THIS PLACE AT ALL MAYBE IF THEY DIDNT CHARGE HER THE $95 I WOULDNT PUT THIS REVIEW BUT CUSTOMER NEED TO KNOW. Went there three times and it feels like the more I went prices got more expensive. Quality work is good but to charge 1200 for putting a alternator that you already have in a 2009 Audi A5 Quattro is un heard of.Services: General repairs & maintenance, BrakesServices: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

The service was great and quick. Try to make a reservation before going to the shop because it will minimize your wait significantly. The owner is hands on and the they have a nice waiting area with coffee and water available to you. They take care of an array of services for your car, so I recommend stopping by and see what they can do for you. And finally, their prices are reasonable, just make sure to ask ahead of time for an approximate price range and they will honor that. Great shop, check it out.

Sergio and his son Eric resolved my 17 Toyota Prius radar calibration very quickly and at a fair price. Comfortable waiting room and you can tell that the owners are hands on and know what they re doing! I ll for sure be backService: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I was referred by Autohaus on straight street, to bring my Vw here for the electrical issues I was having. In terms of experiences with mechanics, this was THE BEST I've ever had!! They changed out and reprogrammed my ECU/PCM in record time, I brought it back so they could continue to diagnose the full harness and change some wiring. Eric and Sergio are great guys who took care of the issues and even gave me a rundown of what I may want to focus on next! And THEY'RE PRICED ECONOMICALLY AND DO CASH DEALS!

I had a collapsed lifter which my mechanic gave me a large estimate for. Sergio and Helen came in cheaper, faster, and my silverado runs great. They also mounted 3 tires to match 1 Mavis over charged me for when I had a blowout, and they have confirmed my decision to no longer use franchise auto service's services. All sergio's guys seem happy, and there is no yelling or screaming from the shop floor.

Take forever , always have to go check up on you car at the shop and it may be parked on the street 3 days later untouched after you dropped it off ! Can t get a transmission replacement right after 3 try s still many problems I had some else go over ... only descent for minor work

I had a coolant leak that nobody else could find. These guys found it. They re great at what they do! They have great customer service, they re quick, and the pricing is very reasonable.
