Love the place. I had my windows tinted. I did a walk in. They do great work, they take the time they need to get it done correctly. I ll be back to do a radio and a back up camera soon.Could not do a second review so I will update this one. I just went and got my dog lights installed and my headlights polished. Quick and great service as always.

The BEST auto sounds place to go!!!!!Jays auto sound and staff rock big KUDOS to Albert , owner and staff for perfection work on my Cadillac , kind , sincere , friendly Installed my new factory CUE system windows tinted and Overall the prices are great!!!!!!! Highly recommend place to go!

It was my first time visiting this store. I went to tint my car windows. Besides tinting the car windows, they are unique for car sound systems. They have a vast collection of sound systems. They also do an auto car start system. This store is popular in Paterson. When I arrived, they were working on three more cars. They are polite and friendly. If they can not do work, they give you another time to come back. They tint my car at a cheap cost. I like the price, and they work very nicely. I recommend to others for doing tint and sound systems at this place.*Sorry for not giving the store pictures. I forgot to take it.

Hello, just wanted to let you know my experience coming to Jay's came in for music on my Nissan versa daily. Came out perfect. Super neat. Exactly what I wanted. I didn't even have to explain it to him. Came next day to do a alarm. Price was right. Job came out amazing. I definitely would recommend these guys..

I am very disappointed not because they could not install my screen replacement but because they damaged my dashboard and claimed that it was damaged before they start working on it.

Very bad people they messsd up my car the sound is bad and doesn t work they took my money and new what was happening but they tried scamming me more bad place do NOT GO!!

I had the worst experience with jay's auto sound. I did a 35% tint all around. It was really bad. The tint bubbled up almost all the windows and edges were no aligned.They asked me to come back next day. I think they had to visited the place more than 20 times for a small. Finally they re did the tint and failed again. I ended up taking my business to another shop.I would simply avoid this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Got a tint service done here recently , it's held up pretty well. They got started on my car very quickly and took their time doing the job. Definitely talk to Albert for any question/advice, very welcoming guy.

I arrived at the shop on 7/30 to have some audio issues looked at. I was asked to come on 7/31 at 10 A.M. I promptly arrived at the shop at 9.45AM and was the first "Customer". Before 10AM another vehicle arrives and parks directly in front of the Garage Door. At 10:10AM, Albert arrives to the shop 10 minutes late. He immediately greets the customer who arrived after me, has a quick discussion and takes his keys and replies "Call you when the car is ready". He comes to me, greets and asks for a few minutes so he can get settled. I said ok and waited patiently.10:30AM arrives and the employees are moving around the 5th car in the garage to the street, cleaning up the recycling and garbage. etc. I said "hey, I just wanted to check how much longer till you took a look at my car" my intention was to leave the car and take an uber home. I was told "Come back when I had time, the guy who does audio isn't here yet" I said I just wanted a brief conversation to discuss my options. The lack of time management is very unprofessional. The customer service and poor attitude is a deterrent that will keep me away from ever visiting this shop again. Poor Customer Service, & badl time management are the reasons I am giving a subpar review.

Was very satisfied with the service and installation. I m usually very skeptical, but this was installed very well and the front two tinted windows as well.Pricing was also very accommodating and fair. Recommended.

Went here for speakers and amp. No gimmicks no scam,told me what I needed and did it! I'll take that over anything, honest repair ppl are hard to come by. I highly recommend this place!

DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Lovely guys! They did a great job and we had a wonderful time talking with the guys while we waited. They took the time to explain how to connect the app with the camera and were just awesome to deal with. Highly recommend them

I had my sound system installed they kept messing up my stuff I had go back three times and they didn t fix the problem they left a mess in the car I recommend going primo Peru sounds

Great place! Great, amicable employees! I went here to get the remote start on my car and it s so great being able to start my car with just a touch on my phone. Such a lifesaver, especially in these winter months. They also have the option to drop your car off and come back which is a good idea if it s a lengthy job :) Big thank you to everyone at Jay s!

Very satisfied on the service I have received on both my vehicles, 1.) my Dodge Ram 1500, installed 4 LED the light were the way I expected great job.. 2.) my Dodge Durango 4 LED and tinted windows were installed with no problems. Overall the service and price were at its highest expectation. Great job guys keep up the great work..

Great Place for tints took all three of my cars here. They also come with warranty if you you ever have a problem. Great prices for all your needs (Audio,tint, remote start) . Also they have excellent customer service.

They put an aftermarket stereo into my 2011 Toyota Tacoma, called them abt 20 minutes before and was out the door in less than an hour. Very timely, great quality, friendly people. Will definitely come here again in the future.

Brought 2 cars here (mustang, jetta) to get the windows tinted. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price, and got the job done quickly. Will definitely come back here again for my future needs...these guys are awesome! Highly recommend Jay s Auto Sound to everyone.

Tells me on the phone they can do what I need after hearing my make model. Tells me to come in so they can look at the car to give a quote. When I get there they don't even look at the car, but instead ask for the make and model, looks it up on their phone and tells me they can't do anything. Wasted an hour on a lie. Never go here.

Went and got my system done today. The staff was very helpful and honest. Overall I m beyond satisfied with the service

Do not go there. Very bad costumer service. They did my stereo system back in December of last year. I took it to them two times because you cannot hear the radio and they just said if it becomes a permanent issue bring it back.When you talk on the phone the other person can't hear you and you have to disconnect the Bluetooth and connect again. Shouldn't do it if it was done properly. The only thing that works is the Bluetooth for music. They don't like to refund you any money nor want to fix the issue. Never again will i take it to them considering i paid a good amount of money for it to not work properly.

Told me to be there by 4 PM. So that I can get my windows tinted.Got there by 3:30. Left at 6:15 without tinting my windows cause I couldn't wait any more and the kid that was doing the tinting was still the same car since I got there and the owner never came to me and said anything. Not good with appointments

10/10 !! best place for tints, remote starters, cameras etc. They have it all !! customer service is great. Everyone is very welcoming & friendly. would DEFINITELY recommend !!

Got installed 3 things at the shop on my 2015 Beetle: 1. New head unit (android radio) 2. Retrofitted a backup camera. 3. Xenon headlights. The guys took care of me. I know that the headlights took them some time as the car was originally equipped with halogens so thay had to add additional wiring through the fire wall. Good experience. Good pricing.

5 Star Work! Great customer service! Thank you guys taking care of my audio in my E90 BMW!! Well worth the wait. Will be coming back for more upgrades soon!!!
