These people not only charged double the initial price given...they threatened to shoot me because they didn't want to give me a receipt for the "Extra Work" they did. Would not recommend going to them and definitely make sure to have in writing diagnostics and costs before someone like these people try to rip you off.

At first I would always only service my car at the BMW dealership, after a good friend referred me to J&J, took my car there and got the job done with all OEM parts at an affordable price. My daughter was at William Patterson and the car wouldn't start, AAA said it needed a new starter. Had it towed to Ed's. He diagnosed it differently as the battery fixed it much cheaper than expected and got her out the same day.
