Victor is the best. I decided to give him a call about a repair job on my car and he encouraged me to buy the part myself and he gave me a very reasonable quote to do the installation. That was over six years ago, and I ve been a customer ever since. I travel almost an hour to come here, but it s more than worth it. The mechanics have done numerous jobs and I ve had no issues. It offers an unbeatable combination: highly skilled staff, extremely friendly customer service (you re treated like family), and great prices.

I can t say enough about Victor and the crew at H & A, they re the absolute best! I travel from North Arlington NJ because it s the only place I trust with my car. They have done everything I need from brakes to engine repair and haven t disappointed me. I don t know too much about cars so Victor pretty much explains everything to me which is a great relief. Thanks again for the stress free help!

Please be careful with this place. They rip you off. I took my car here to have it repair and the guy charged me so much money to supposedly fix it. It was working fine until a few months, the same thing happened that was supposed to be fixed. Took it to another dealership and they found the problem right away and told me that what they did was a bad job.

AMAZING!!!!! I hope people read this and choose this place because honestly there can't be a better Auto Repair shop in the state of New Jersey. I'm not local and I must have called 10 shops in this area and none of them paid any attention. I called H&A and spoke with Victor and he was so genuine and patient with me. He was HONEST and truly saved me thousands of dollars by putting his customer first. I truly can't recommend this place enough. Thanks H&A (Victor)!!!! Bryan Spears

Victor and his team are very polite. We found Victor after we bought a used car that ended up having some problems. We initially just went for a second opinion but we appreciated his demeanour and honesty so much that we decided to do all of the needed work with his business. He was extremely professional and honest in helping us fix our car.He also helps you find the best value for car parts whether it s used, third party, or even from the original manufacturer. He is also upfront about Labor costs and expected repair time.We still drive all the way from Brooklyn (an hour+) any time we have an issue and always appreciate his business. Victor is absolutely AMAZING! Victor worked on my car back in 2020 and was so honest about everything! I recently moved out of state and called him with my concerns with the mechanics in my new state. He took the time out of his busy schedule to help and reassure me. Absolutely outstanding!

I brought in a vehicle to inspect before buying, and he saved me from buying it, I was really very amazed of his honesty, even though he never saw me before ,I don't live in the area, but the seller does know him and I think the seller gives him business, he still was very open and truthful about every detail. He was also very patient and knowledgeable ,which is besides the great price he had. I Was very grateful to find such a mechanic.

There are many reasons this shop is busy and popular. Victor and his crew are great. My husband would hate to go anywhere else. Victor is honest, professional and fair and offers QUALITY work. We are so grateful to have found him.

I went to this shop for a pre purchase car inspection. Victor was great from start to finish. He saved us from buying a car that was overpriced and was going to be a money pit for my family. He pointed out all the things that were wrong with the car. Thank you for taking your time to look over the car for us and thank you for saving us from a money pit! If anyone is looking for a trustworthy, honest mechanic - look no further!

Victor is a helluva guy! Went here to get a check engine light checked out on my 07 corolla and the team worked as best as possible to resolve the problem for me. Victor's a great of a leader as one can be; carries himself well, dresses professionally and possesses humility too. Soon as I walked into the shop for the first time, I seen him mopping the floor. Mind you the owner of the shop was doing his own dirty work. Shows your the kind of person he is. Great place, great service and great owner. Big ups Victor!

Victor is very conscious business owner. He tells you if you need to fix the car right away or if the problem with your car could wait. Victor helps you save money by looking for either used parts or new parts from 3rd party vendors. Highly recommended

Amazing shop!!! The owner of the shop is so sweet and courteous. He is very honest and does not take advantage of you!! It's a very busy shop and he does his best to complete the job as soon as possible!!! I highly recommend this shop!!!
