I went to change the tire and balance the wheel. They couldn't adjust the wheel alignment. They lost the valve caps on my wheels. They did extra work and got paid more. They dropped pieces between the discs of my car and caused damage. When I said these, they shouted at me and did not solve my problem. I made my complaint to the necessary places. Don't go, this is a scammer's nest.

No one can call me a liar, including you. My car's pads and rotors are new. The piece I removed from the back of the rotor is the piece that gets attached to the tire while adjusting the wheel alignment. She couldn't have gotten there by chance after you adjusted the wheel alignment of my car, right?You constantly make excuses and do not offer solutions. You still blame me. I work for 2 days for the money I gave you, but you take the money, do not do your job properly and damage my vehicle. When you gave my car back to me, the tires were not even filled with proper air, I repaired it. What is your occupation? Either do your job properly or don't work at all and don't victimize people. On top of that, you're commenting on my manners. But don't worry, I objected to the necessary places and I will not let it go. It's a shame you sold yourself for money..

Use to come here all the time because of their great price's, not anymore. Price s are too high and service isn t all that great. They talk more than they work honestly.

Excellent and quick service. They are friendly. After getting to the place, they take the car tire and check it and start working on it. I ask some questions, and they answered all questions. I am happy with their service. They have enough workers to work for each car. They are open on Sunday, which is a good thing. Most of the place is closed on Sunday. So, I recommend you to go to this place.

Brought my Porsche 2018 for a wheel alignment and it was done within 2 hours and perfect. Not to mention the price it's excellent

This place is sketchy, also the office smells like weed, that's not good, and this was a last resort to change some tires, it wasn't my idea to come here, but some of these tires are not what they seem, and also one of the guys there who does a test drive is not a very good driver, he almost ran over someone, not good, I personally would've ordered my new tires and have it installed at a different location, but oh well..

They are liars, please do not come here! They actually went as far as making up a story about what was wrong with my car while not test driving it and hiking up a price for fake repairs. The Holy spirit led me to another Mechanic that is way more honest than Duran. They also can ruin your car through a bad oil change. Go there at your own risk and prepare to be in peril, there are way too many mechanics in Paterson for you to feel like you must go to the worse in town!

I came to this auto shop to get my tires change, oil change & bearing issue.They were excellent and was able to fix my car as soon as possible unlike other mechanics I ve gone to, Duran Auto service only took them a day to fix it which was very convenient for me and now my car is running smoothly with no worries!Prices were manageable and people were accommodating, very good customer service especially to Jose Cruceta who took care of my car and put priority. I will definitely come back and get my maintenance done with them again!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I took my son s car here to get his brakes fixed in April 2023. In July, we noticed squeaking brakes and Black dust in the front brakes. My son also mentioned that it was getting more difficult to stop the car while he was driving. I called this shop and advised them that they had replaced the brakes in April and should be under warranty. When my son got there, they told us his brakes were no longer under warranty and that the caliper needed replacing and I would have to pay Another $300 for the brakes and they would see what they could do for the caliper. So I towed the car to my usual mechanic in NY. He told me that not only were there NO BRAKE PADS AT ALL in the front, but that the caliper FELL OUT completely. I m truly disappointed in this business and would never do business or recommend this shady business ever again. They charged my son $50 to seal his tire (I was there the month prior with a TRUCK and it was $25) such a scam. BUYER BEWAREServices: Tires, Brakes

They made a mistake with my breaks and refused to fix it. I got my breaks and rotors replaces here. A few days after it was still making a horrible noise. They made a mistake putting in the pads and my brand new rotors got damaged. I went back to fix this problem and they tried charging me 300 dollars for their mistake! Be warned, these people do not practice good business.Service: Brakes

I went here to get 2 used tires and a wheel alignment since my steering wheel shakes while on the highway after I changed my flat tire. So I know I needed a wheel alignment. Good price for the tires! They noticed something was loose so they fixed it for a good price. I came back 2 days later because there was some squeaking so they checked it out. Fixed the issue and didn t charge. Really appreciate it! Coming back soon for brake work. Thank you for your service and kindness! I love how they called me the next day to make sure the service was good and I was happy! I was hoping to find a place for an oil change on Memorial Day and this place happen to be open. I unfortunately was unable to get to my regular spot due to it being a holiday. I really needed an oil change. So I went here. I paid 114 for a full synthetic and tire rotation. Service was very quick I left and realized a noise coming from underneath my vehicle. It was the cover from where they did the oil change. The employee that worked on my car used ties instead of the screws that was originally there. And when I told this to the guy he said no screws were there and he had to believe his worker over me. I said I watched the previous person who did my oil change put screws and bolts back in the cover. He basically called me a liar. Then he said he don t want to argue. I said I came here with no noise I want to leave without noise. It s ridiculous the back and forth that happened. Poor customer service for sure. I have not found a reliable mechanic yet. They did fix the issue but the disrespect on how this guy handled the situation was very obvious. I said thank you for fixing the problem they created and will never go back again.Your tone was very disrespectful. The way you approached the situation was very disrespectful. I have served this country and moved back home. I did not have a pleasant experience with your company and for you to justify your employees actions is disrespectful. Next time apologize for the inconvenience and just fixed what your employee obviously did not secure in the proper way. End of story. Thank you for your time. Have a great day.

Stay away from this place. These people will cheat you.The guy told my 14 year old son $40 to put my two tires I bought there on the rims. Then once the job was done he told my son $80. So I talked to the owner and he was on his side, but I told them they should have explained all the details. This is the 2nd time going there and they tell you one price and then give you a different price once the job is done. There is no way I would agree to pay $80 to put two of my own tires on my rims. I usually come here for a wheel alignment for all my cars to get the early morning special price. Normally they aren t bad, but today has showed me the owners true colors. He said my car isn t available for the early morning special price because I have 4x4. I m a mechanic myself, and I know all cars have the same or similar adjusting rods. On top of the owner trying to hustle me, his mechanic only adjusted toe angle while my camber was also out of alignment. I will never go here again, horrible customer service.

Omg this place is such a life saver! I got a flat on Mothers Day Sunday and I was suprised they were Open, most places are closed. They fixed my tire good as new. Great prices and great service! I would definitely recommend this place!

I came to Duran Auto to get a wheel alignment done on my car. They were busy and took me in right away. My wheel alignment was done in less than 15 minutes and my car is driving the way it should. They do good work and are affordable. I would highly recommend Duran to locals and foreigners alike.

I purchased 4 used tires. Whenever you purchase used tires there's no guarantee, I get it, but to have 2 flats the following day because of the tire installer negligence is totally unacceptable!! I tip the workers before the work is complete, hoping they'll go above and beyond, well that didn't work out for me. LOLAll he had to do was make sure there's no air leaking and send me on my way.

I come primarily for tire repair/replacements. This visit was for two holes in my exhaust pipe. I was quoted a price lower than another place, the work that was going to be done was explained to me and my car was finished in less time than initially stated. I highly recommend Duran Auto Service and will continue to be a returning customer. Service: Exhaust

BEWARE!!This is one of the most unprofessional places to ever take your car.I believe the Duran brother has a Neapolitan complex. He feels the need to shout you down and talk on top of the customer if one says something he doesn't want to hear.Come on 3 different days and one will get three different quotes for work. I came here previously and although I paid cash, I didn't get a receipt. No taxes paid to the state therefore? Hmmmmm...Never mind if you get there before 8:00 a.m, because your car will just sit as workers stand idly around. I walked away to get coffee for over an hour only to return and see the car was not even moved.The waiting area is not even air conditioned in 90 weather. Employees don't wear face masks. And, it's not as if they can't professionally arrange a convenient time so a part can be ordered. They have no respect for your time as you endlessly sit. Who do they think they are with our time?Having enough of this "relaxed" work ethic I decided to leave and give my business to someone else locally who actually respects a customer and wants the income. But, I had to take my own key back after saying I had had enough.So, with this warning, if you're a glutton for disrespect this is the place to go!

My experience with this shop . Very nice staff until I had to leave my car . I called in advance to make sure they repaired AC s in cars , and was told yes to bring it in .I was met by Joel who advised me that he would first have to fill it to check if there was a leak I had to drive the car around and if the AC stops I had to bring it back and he then will check it total cost $65 dollars . AC stopped brought my car back in on a Wednesday my car was at shop all day . I get a phone call to be told that he ran out of liquid they use to check AC . Ok I said no problem . Thursday I get a phone call saying he still is working on car it should be done by 4pm . I let him know I will be at work and will not be able to pick up my car until Friday (did not get one phone call the rest of Thursday) . Friday I called in at 10 30am to be told my car is STILL NOT ready and this time he has /ordered the wrong part and blames the 3 party he uses and can not give me a time it will be ready . I m only writing this review because of the man that thinks it s ok to justify poor customer service . The total job cost my 395 . Plus 150 worth of Uber I had to take all the days his shop made a mistake I will not be doing buisness with this shop and would not recommend it . Just how unprofessional you are with your responses on Google towards your customers alone should tell customers not to go there. And my post was from two years ago thank you for replying today

We are seriously thankful for this place!! Driving from NY to California and only an hour into our drive when we got a piece of metal in our tire. We were slowly losing air. We found Duran online and headed there hoping we'd make it before it went flat. We did and we pulled in. They were at our car within 30 seconds. We were on the jack in less than a minute and we were patched and heading out in less than 5 MINUTES!! They were friendly and helpful and all of it cost us 5 minutes and under 10 dollars!! Give these guys your business!!

I came here to fix my tires, normally they charge me 20. But this random dude charged me 50! I was shook and kept telling him a used tire would ve costed me 40 bucks. Don t know why this guy tried playing me but last time doing business here again.Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys were terrific. I took my car there today and needed rear brakes done on a budget. I met with Jose who was very professional and personable. I was very pleased with the work they did. I would go back there for anything I need to do for my car. Thanks fellas
