First, I would like to thank Ahab for helping me with my vehicle. I am very happy with second I like to thank Adam the finance manager, thanking him for making me a good deal that I m very happy with Also the dealership in general everyone s kind courteous, very helpful. They were very nice to to deal with. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. They re AWESOME!!!!!

Don't come here I was sold a 2018 chrystler pacifica they over charged me then I found out they stole the Catalytic converter out of the car, they took it because the car never made noise or had a smell so it wasn't stolen it never had one. I was the idiot who only found out during a oil change when I was told you know both of your converters are gone and Sautered off. Smfh don't buy anything from there without it being thoroughly inspected!!! This is my car with the missing converter.

I love Dina Auto sales they work with you they are very polite, the customer service is at a 100! I m very satisfied this will be the second car I now Finance with them and both times I left very happy. Come take a look at them come talk to them this is the place for your new car

Run as far as you could. I was helped by Paula she is very sweet and nice. The owners of the dealers are rip offs. I m glad I stormed out of there when I had a chance too. I applied for a car that I was interested in and was denied, for pathetic reasons that the dealer made up. Then Paula tells me to come to the dealer to check out cars that I am approved for when I get there I was a shown a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 110,000 miles, Paula doesn t want to give me a price because they want to run my credit and my sisters credit. Who buys a car and doesn t know the price of the vehicle? Like it s ridiculous, I m sitting there in Dina s Auto Sales like a clown while the finance manager that has a arrogant pushover attitude and doesn t even greet his customers, is talking loud and with attitude. I said forget it and left. I went to another dealer with 3 grand down and was approved and now I m driving a 2019 Audi Q7. While they were trying to put me into a old Jeep with mad miles and not even give me a price of how much I am financing. If you are dumb enough to finance a car here make sure they tell you how much is the car don t let them run your credit cause whatever amount you get approved for is what they are going to sell you the car for. So if the car is 10k they won t tell you and when the bank approves you for 20k they re going to say the car is 20k when in reality it s 10k they re trying to get the most out of you. I ALSO FORGOT TO ADD THIS IS NOT A BUY HERE PAY HERE! They will advertise as if they have in house financing they will run your credit with banks that you could get from a big dealer! I almost got scammed and I went else where with low payments and a better car with way less miles! THIS DEALER DOESNT WORK WITH PEOPLE! VERY LOW SELECTION IN CARS! Didn t want to write a negative review but seeing I went else where and got a better deal showed me what Dina s Auto Sales is really about!

I don t have the best credit, shopped around multiple dealerships, was getting tired of the run arounds and other dealerships promising low down payment and not keeping their word. A friend recommended this establishment so I figured it was worth a final shot. Long story short, the staff welcomed me and made me feel comfortable, nothing was rushed and they truly made it their mission to help me leave with a car the same day. Within an hour they had me pre approved for 3 cars, that worked within my budget and wasn t killing my wallet. After driving the cars we finally settled on the one I wanted, didn t have insurance but they took care of it for me by finding me a low quote. I m telling y all, it s like Walmart in here, they take care of everything and it s such a smooth process. I ll definitely be sending my friends and families. If it ain t Dina auto sales than don t trust it.

OMG! Best best to come to for Quality barely used vehicles. I don't know if its the Car or the customer service that came with it, that I am so in love with. I met with Mr. Ahab, who was a delight. It was like talking to a good friend who had nothing on his mind but to help you drive out of there with your dream vehicle. Make sure to see Ahab for a great conversation, friendly customer service and complete knowledge of everything you wanted to know about financing. Then comes Mr. Cage. The financial person who approves of the downpayments and if you in fact qualify or not. He was on point, and very detailed about it all. He left no room for questioning, as he answered everything! This place was great. I left out of there within an hour with a super fire Nissan Altima! Payments are low and insurance was even lower!!! I love this place and have told all my coworkers. If I qualify, so will they!!! Thank Ahab, Cage, and the boss man in the office who told me he loved my Gold Watch. You all deserve an award for professionalism and Amazing service!!! Thanks for making this happen for me. My entire family is happy and its all thanks to you guys.

These people spam on Craigslist all day in the incorrect section instead of the "cars" section to avoid paying the $5 listing fee. They also put incorrect prices to make it seem cheap, but they are the "down payments" not the vehicle price. False advertising.

These used car places always suck but this one is terrible. So u professional and they lie. They told me that legitimate paystubs were not accepted for absolutely NO reason. Like most places , you need perfect credit and 100k annual income to walk off with a 13 year old car lmao

Ask for Sal. He s one of the few honest car salesman. My car is still running good. He gave me a good deal. I went back with a minor problem and he fixed it immediately with no charge. Easy to deal with and you don t leave felling like you got ripped off, like the other places.

I highly recommend Dina Auto Sales for your next or first car or suv purchase. The Salesman Uzi and Management Staff went above and beyond to make sure my Daughter was approved for a very nice car. And also helped me with Trading in my SUV for another nice SUV. It was not a hassle. God Bless the Staff at Dina Auto Sales. We are very happy Customers...You made our Day!

Since there was no option for a zero stars, I had to choose one. The inventory on the website reflects 277 vehicles. The actual lot had less than 15. Salesperson stated they hadn t updated their website in a while . Believing based on the website that they had multiple vehicles in my price range, reality proved that they had just two, none of which I had expressed interest in when speaking to the person on the phone. The financing terms were also misrepresented in order to get me to come into their place of business which was an hour and a half drive for me.The prices are inflated and they are not upfront about financing terms. In addition, The offices were filthy and freezing cold with the doors wide-open in 50� temperatures.Buyer beware. Shopper beware.

Honest Review. Do not waste your time in this dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and looked up there site and saw they had Honda Civics. I contacted them thru facebook and called . They assured me they have about 7 different civics at there location. I called the night before to make sure. They told me yes we have them. So i drove an hour and a half to the dealership to find out they had none and were sold out for over a week. Then when I spoke with the gentleman he told me oh I'm sorry we sold them over a week ago, but you can get this vehicle instead. The whole point of driving to this dealership was for a specific vehicle not to lie so you can get me there and purchase any old vehicles. Very unprofessional.

Best service ask for Sal and he will go out of his way to help you. There are a lot of dealers out there but you cannot find genuine people who actually care about their customers and their interest. I have owned 3 BMW Z4's in my life but have sold them all after i got tired of them. I was there physically on 05/05/20 because i expressed interest in the S#378204. Got there, filled an application, my credit score is around 700 in Equifax & Transunion, i also e-mailed my bank statements, pay-stubs. and told them I had already another loan which is about to be paid soon, I was told it wasn't a problem... 22 hours later, I was told by Alex that i did not qualify at all because i already had a loan, Yes i have a loan! which has a payoff amount of around $800 out of 16k. (which i had also sent a screenshot of (knowing banks strictly discourage this). Long story short, and after thoroughly reviewing their company & their customer reviews, i noticed several google/Facebook reviewers actually work there (which is not a negative thing) and the rest are reviewers that traveled between different states in a matter of minutes.. or were new google accounts, and what not... What amused me was the guy with 3 repossessions and left with a $500 deposit, starting to think i should start selling reviews rather than working in the medical field. Let me know if you're interested. I can spam a few hundred per day... jokes a side. makes me want to think what their company was called before DINA AUTOSALES, and 500 BUY HERE PAY HERE.?

I give this dealership 1 star. Cause the dealer Name Ray that I was conducting business with. Was quoting me a $800 insurance on cars. What he doesn't know is that I knew exactly what he was doing. He was putting cars for 2020 on newer cars under the insurances for 2014 cars. I know insurances especially when it comes to cars and I knew what he was doing. He wanted to over charge me insurances so that way I have a change of mind from getting 2014 honda accord on the car I wanted. But he was trying to sell me a 2008 jeep Cherokee and the seat belt wasn't even working. I test drive it. #poorcustomerservice

False advertising. Set up an appointment to buy a vehicle and when i got to the place the vehicle from the ad wasn t there. instead they tried to sell me an older version of the car from the ad with multiple warnings lights. Very sketchy place. Potential Customers be aware.

Disaster service! Very unethical and unprofessional. Made us drive 2hrs just to say they forgot to finish their task... Absolutely terrible staff and customer service. Didnt even apologize for the troubles, whilst being very rude toward us. I wouldn t recommend this auto shop for no one.
