Ok so I have not been there yet but my car is there I gave two stars because Mrs Shirley seems to be nice over the phone charge me 1700 for trans I pray they do right with my car I will give updates as the process goes wish me luck but I have a feeling Mrs Shirley won't let me down

They were negligent with my car. Never took car for test drive to see there was a problem after trans switch, car shaking from them breaking mounts in switch, pieces of engine was put back wrong.They btoke my power steering line during & picked up car with leaking oil. Brought it to then only needing trans swap & it has cost me extensively to repair after pick to fix their corrections. Negligent & horrible. Do not go here. Find a more reputible facility even if it costs you a little more extra it will be well worth it

The thing is that they call themselves as a transmissions store however instead of repearing the peace of part that does not work in transmission ,they prefer to replace whole transmission even without opening the hood and asking 3k.Please at least open the hood or lift up the car and check something before you ask people to pay over 3k

Place is shadey and a rip off. I should have known better when recommended by someone who is cheap. Save your money, go to a real professional and if you have to pay more do so if you love yourself and your car.

If I could give it a zero star, they would give it to the worst workshop I have ever seen, they are too irresponsible and want to steal your money too.Si pudiera darle zero estrella se la dieran el peor taller que e visto demasiado irresponsables y te quieren robar tu dinero tambi�n
