I have a commercial account with them. Their service sucks they never pick up the phone. They always have an attitude. The delivery comes a day or two days later manager and the manager manager I have a commercial account with them. Their service sucks they never pick up the phone they always have an attitude. Absolutely the greatest! The folks at this store really go out of their way to take care of their customers. I needed BMW wipers and they not only did they help me find the right ones but between one of the girls there who s name I didn t get and Jose who she called for help were able to even carefully install them for me. I couldn t ask for better help.

I have been going to this autozone for a few months now & i tell you every time i go i have such an amazing experience, the store manger Brenda is such a great helpful person , always understanding , she is well mannered , patient and always willing to help me if i need help with anything to do to my car and giving me great prices , we need more people like her in every auto zone in the town !!!!

Drove from Massachusetts to New Jersey few days ago. Made a stop at Autozone for some wipers fluid and battery check. The second I walked InMrs Brenda greeted me with such an amazing attitude. Helped ke on getting what I needed and fast. The amazing part was how she help me with putting the wipers and checking the battery.Thank you brenda.

Called to see if they had a specific battery for my younger brothers key fob. (Hybrid vehicle)I called the store to see if they have it because I needed to be sure they have it! (His car won t start without the key fob so you have to get lucky after 25-50 attempts)Lady who answered said please hold for a sec. Was on hold for 16 minutes so I decided to just go to the store since no one answered. GUESS WHAT. 3 employees just standing at the register talking. They were just gonna leave me on hold for god knows how long.Would ve gave one star but one employee actually made an effort to see if they had the battery I needed in the back which they didn t. So guess who had an adventure turning the car on again. This guy. Guess who s not gonna stop by that auto zone anymore. This guy.

Poor customer service. One thing I don t tolerate is disrespect or sarcasm especially coming from an employee. I arrive to this location to purchase seat covers and the box was torn. At the register I asked the representative to confirm that all the pieces were in the box before I purchased it. She said I don t know why the customers ripped it I told her I didn t ask her why I wanted to be sure that all the pieces were there before I buy it. She said if they were going to steal it they would have stolen the entire thing. I said well you don t know that but if you have something on the shelves it shouldn t be damaged. She said it s 13 dollars that s why I just walked out because I don t need the smart comments. I don t care how much it is. Why waste my money somewhere where they don t even care about their own products. All she said to say was no worries I can guarantee you that all the pieces are inside and if not you can return it

0 stars. I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere!I recently purchased wipers for my car at this location (Store #4792 in Paterson, NJ). Yazan Q ( customer service manager ) put the wipers on my car the same day of purchase. While applying the wipers on my car, he broke the left windshield wiper. He went inside the store and got something to put the wipers on. I believed it was brand new wipers. However, I learned it was a temporary fix because the next time it rained the left windshield wiper broke. I m extremely unsatisfied. I went to the store today to exchange my product because he sold me something that was broken and ineffective. He said there was nothing he could do for me. How is it possible that he had no issue charging me for something he broke but will not fix the issue? There is a lack of customer service at this establishment. I was sold something that was ineffective. This is a fraudulent business practice.I would like to speak to someone regarding this matter. Therefore I emailed customer service at AutoZone and called the district and regional managers. To date, I have not received any reply.According to there posted policy, a store credit can be issued on returns/exchanges of a purchase that does not meet the criteria at the discretion of the manager. Yazan Q ( customer service manager ) stated there is nothing he can do because of the policy . Today, he admitted to breaking the wiper during installation but is unwilling to take ownership of the situation, understand my needs as a customer and provide service the will satisfy that need.My issue has remained unresolved therefore my views of AutoZone remains unsatisfactory at this time.

Working here was horrible and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend not applying to this store!!!!!They constantly take advantage of good employee s, some of the managers would choose favorites, proceeding to talk down on those that weren t kissing up too them. Turning employees on each other by gossiping and lying, they be quick to cut your hours and treat you differently from the others. This store was ridiculous overall!P.SIf you stop by at this Autozone, ask for Josehe goes above and beyond for his customers. We need more managers and employees like Jose. He s the only manager that treats you with respect.

Today I went to 3 Autozone and in none of them did I receive the help that I received in the one on Getty Avenue. I m extremely satisfied with the attention that Bryan E. gave me. He was a very kind, helpful guy and helped me with what I was looking for. I highly recommend this store and I already know exactly where to go next time.

Last night was one of the worst mornings in my life. Notice I said last night but completed it with this morning. The bottom line is my battery died on rte. 80 and I had to get a jump but in the process my man left me. However I went to AUTO ZONE ON GETTY AVENUE AND I MUST HONESTLY SAY THAT EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE WAS OUTSTANDING. THE KNOWLEDGE PROFESSIONALISM, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT UPLIFTED MY SPIRITS. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST AUTO ZONE IN THE WORLD. THE CEO, and other BOSSES MUST BE VERY PROUD AND THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT THESE GUYS ARE UNIQUE AND SPECIAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THIS STORE. I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO!!!

Terrible experience, I brought in my car battery and they said it needed to be charged and come back in 3 hours, I came home and it didn't work, I tried calling but kept on putting on hold, I went back for the 3rd time and when they checked it was empty??? I had to buy a new one and didn't even get the warranty on the old one???Tried the new one and it worked!Slow service, rude management
