I purchased a 2018 Camry XSE fully loaded. Other than a few scratches on the bumper the car was impeccable. The transaction was very transparent with all the fees. Overall I really had a great experience and will be looking for an Acura MDX in the future with them. Very professional and courteous guys.

They are very punctual, friendly, they do their work very well. It's a reliable auto shop. I love coming here. Professional and informative. I got all 4 wheels aligned here for my Challenger R/T before as well. Great people and they communicate well. Reasonable costs, as well. It is also secure in there. They work on many different types of cars from classics to new.

I highly recommend this place if you ever need a reliable car or any mechanical repair/consults. Mike is very honest. I purchased a 2009 Nissan from him and he treated me like his own family. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He's very well known around the neighborhood and everyone speaks highly of him. You will be satisfied with his business and quality of work. I'm grateful to have met him and will be returning in future for any car maintenance.

I bought my present vehicle from Royal Auto Sales, and I could not be happier. Mike is extremely honest, reasonable, and capable, so I knew I was getting a car that going to be sound and reliable. In the 16 months that I ve had it, I ve had no issues. It s great to know a great source for a used car, and a great and honest mechanic! I highly recommend them.

I brought my Chevy Venture to fix the tire and they noticed my belt was torn. He changed it for me and I didn t even have any money on me for me to give him. He just told me to come back any time. He said he only needed 40 dollars. What an Honest guy. I can t believe how bad my old belt was. He changed it in front of me. If I drove it for another few days I would have been stuck. He told me that one of the crankshaft pulley needs to be changed it wobbles that s why the belt was wearing out. I went around and shopped for the price to change it. I called him after and he told me about the same as others but he also told me he would change my air filter and cabin filter for the same price and do an antifreeze flush for only 40 dollars more. When I came back to pick it up. He told me my battery terminals were bad he changed them and didn t even charge me for them either. I have to say I would recommend this shop and mr Ali for anything. I will be buying a car with him as well as soon as Get my other car sold. He was really concerned about my safety and I had to change my battery a few times now I know why the terminals was bad and wasn t making good charge.

A little over 2 months ago, I went in & inquired about my 2007 Honda Accord that I purchased from my brother. I thought it needed a simple job of being raised and new wheels and a simple alignment. It turns out that my brother was driving with FRONT BLOWN SUSPENSIONS. That s the problems with lowering cars when you have no idea what you re doing and using cheap parts. MIKE is the gentlemen s name that runs the garage & he has awesome help from another gentleman named RICK. Both are very polite, & professional. Mike told me that I needed whole new shocks and struts and to preferably just go to a junkyard and get the stock ones. I did just that, however lowering a car does damage to other components so I also needed new ball joints. I got an oil change & I needed my new tires balanced and a wheel alignment. Mike is a very reasonable guy and very honest & also very punctual & hardworking. He doesn t procrastinate or jerk you around and keep your car for days or even weeks like other mechanics making excuses. When you arrive at his garage there are zero distractions & they are focused & dedicated hard at work. As I ve stated, these men are professional & the fact that they are close to home gives me peace of mind. I would most definitely do business again with Mike & if you live locally & want a no nonsense professional mechanic then pay Royal Auto Sales a visit & support your local economy by leaving your vehicle in good hands. Very great service! Mike is an honest and great worker and offers reasonable prices. My family and I have been coming here for years with any of our car issues. Had an issue with my car and Mike was at his service and got my car running in no time. Highly recommend this place

0 stars! I went to this business today hoping to buy the 2011 Jeep compass they had for sale for $5000. I had to get a ride to travel an hour just to get there so I was serious about buying. I went to pay with my valid visa bank card since it says in multiple places that they took visa, Mastercard, etc. I was told to pay cash, who walks around with thousands in cash? So I tried to go to a nearby bank and withdraw money but the atm only let me withdraw $400.Mike, who was the guy helping me said that he could take the $400 then I can come back another day to pay the rest. I didn t think that was a good idea so I left. I know women are infurior in their culture but I m not dumb. The guy clearly didn t want to do business with me because he let me walk away.It doesn t make sense why I came a whole hour there to a business that doesn t take credit/debit cards when they advertise they do. I believe there was probably a lien on the vehicle or they just didn t want to do business under the books. Sorry, not at my expense. I will never do business there ever. I will take my business somewhere else. Do not buy from here!!!!

Brought my BMW over for a diagnostic after going to 3 other mechanics who could not diagnose the problem. I am so thankful that Mike has the expertise and knowledge and was capable of diagnosing the exact issue with my car and was very fair on the price! I will not be taking my car to anywhere else but Royal ! Mike is honest, trustworthy, reasonable and knows what the heck he is doing!!!

I stumbled on Royal Autosales and Service while looking for a great mechanic! And I m glad I did! All I can say is awesome customer service, honest and very knowledgeable. Prices are very fair. Mike takes the time to explain to you what is wrong with the car and what has to get done to get it fix. I would recommend to anyone!!

My 2009 Mazda 6i needed a lock actuator replacement. I received great service and the price was reasonable. I was also told about other issues I had with my car but I didn t get badgered to fix it! Very down to earth and very trustworthy. I found a new mechanic!

5 star Got there through an ad I saw online everything was so easy and accommodating went for the test drive loved the car and started paperwork and left with the vehicle 2 hours later have to say it was so easy and quick this will the place I actually recommend to all my friends in need of a vehicle, their prices are great cheaper than other spots I've been too and guys that run the place are the best .

0 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND all high mileage cars most need something fixed ad has misleading information guy will say you should have checked before coming but a real business would make sure they have the correct information posted listen to the most recent reviews don t waste your time !!!!!!

Great customer service, very honest and very detailed when explaining any issues so I understood. I will definitely be coming back for any issues and recommending Rick to anyone I know who is looking for car or any car services that he offers. I would have gave 10 stars but they only let me give 5. Almost forgot great prices you won t get ripped off.

I brought my Infinity to Royal Mechanic Mike the mechanic /owner is an excellent mechanic he is honest, quick and works with you to give you the best price . I highly recommend bringing your car to him . I will continue to bring my car to Mike for any future repairs .

I had bought my first car from royal Auto sales 4 years ago when I began going to college the car is still in great condition till this day Ive driven it everywhere and no issues were ever found. I couldn't find a better dealer than royal Auto sales & service Inc. Great quality cars and very reasonable pricing. If your looking for your first car I recommend this location.

I haven t been to this place before and I live right down the street from it but from all the reviews I ve seen I will be making a visit, my car is shaking real bad when I drive and when I take it to a tire place they keep telling me there s nothing wrong but I knw it is. Then my car was gonna for a whole month waiting for the mechanic to install a new a/c system which doesn t blow out the way it used to and of course I got the run around the whole time. So Mr Mike I ll be paying you a visit soon.

Very professional , honest and reliable staff .bought a car for my wife from them and it is in the middle of its 2nd year we only take it back for only oil change . The value of the car now is also more than what I paid a year and 7 months ago . I guess at this place peace of mind comes included in the deal .Mike is the guy that repairs my old vw passat he goes straight to the problem and he gets it fixed .no guessing and no wast of moneyI will recomand this place to those whom I care about no doubt .

I brought in my 2015 Mercedes and he put original Mercedes brakes and charged me half of what the dealer wanted to charge without even cutting the rotors. He also installed the original brake sensor as well. Not only that he pointed out an issue that the dealer was unable to fix. My remote starter was not working and he fixed that too the switch that turns it on and off was not working and the best part he didn't charge me for it since It was my first time coming. He is not about money at all and I am going to bring more of my family cars there. He also worked on my fathers van and he fixed the alignment on it so that the car goes straight. I had get my money back from the other place and they wouldn't give it to me so he helped me call them and tell them what they did wrong and why it was unfair they charged me. He ended up giving me half of the money back. Long story but man this place is a diamond in the ruff. Thank you Mike!

Mike is talented and trustworthy. Known for long time. Referred to friends for repairs and to buy or sell cars.He has diagnosed issues not found by others and has saved me and friends lots of $$$$ and trouble. Recommend him highly!!!

I am very satisfied with my 2006 Chrysler town and country I bought from Royal, all I did for it during 12 months, and put more than 20k miles since I bought it is oil change and front brakes, ****highly recommended****

Car had different mileage then what was posted said it was 140,000 it was just about to 150,000 couldn t take the car for a test drive when started up had a burning smell guy didn t even know how to check the oil was actually kind of rude all the cars have high mileage and some sort of defect guy says oh you can buy the part cheap from somewhere else do not recommend

This place is amazing. I went with an idea of a sport vehicle and Mike made it all possible. He was patient and showed us couple of sport vehicles. When it came time for financing He help me out TREMENDOUSLY!! I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
