great place to get your car fixed , Joe is a great man , friendly , respectful, and represents his company very nice . it's pretty much cut and dry. congrats to Betsey, on her new job, it's take a little bit to get use to Joe's ways , but you will be fine . Joe has a big heart , just don't mess up, and if you do , just let him know within enough time to correct it . other wise great business to visit, I'll post pics of my Truck finished .thanks Joe & Betsey.

They did and awesome job on my Honda. This shop was recommended by my insurance. I was told their work was also guaranteed. If I wasn't 100% satisfied, my insurance would of made sure I was.Staff is really friendly and they explain everything that needs to be done in detail. Glad they worked on my car.

My 2019 Equinox received extensive damage after a deer jumped on top of it on a highway. The entire process at G and C was seamless from beginning to end. Betty was in constant communication with my lease and insurance companies and most importantly, me, every step of the way. Joe met with me when the car was repaired and delivered it back to the lease company for me. I recommend their professional, efficient service without hesitation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my 2010 infiniti g37x fix here they used good quality paint this people here are great !!!I'm upset my insurance send me to a different location for her lexus that came out bad not like the way they did my car I will definitely come back here and tell people about this place and the owner is such a grew dudeServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car to G & C Auto Body after I ran over some debris on the highway (I felt fortunate to be okay!). The entire experience of working with them was a positive one. Betty at the front desk was warm, kind, patient, and helpful every time I called. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner a couple of times on the phone, and I met him when I came to pick up my car. What nice guy who truly takes so much pride in his business and his customers. My car was fixed perfectly; I was so relieved! Nobody likes having car trouble but there's such comfort in knowing there's a place you can take your car if and when the time comes. I feel fortunate to have G & C Auto Body.

I used this place three times for work on other vehicles I owned before, but this fourth time that I used this business services, it was such a disappointment, never will I ever give him my vehicle to work on. The owner Joe never inspects what his guys do. He gave me my vehicle after having it for 6 weeks, I drove it the next day, on my way to work my vehicle started to rattle in the high way so loud, it sound awful. My husband took it to someone else to check the car, it had a bend part, the place charged us $40.00 to fix the noise, we went on vacation for a week, when we return my husband noticed that the front camera of the vehicle wasn t connected, when he open the hood up, he noticed there was a cover missing under the hood.I called the next morning, took my car to the shop, I felt like the owner really didn t want to deal with us, but I stood there until he decided to check on us. The owner Joe was like you noticed this now, not when I gave you the vehicle? Very unprofessional. One of his staff guys brought my missing part out of the shop all dirty, at that point he was lost for words, and asked the dude to wash my missing part to my vehicle. In my opinion when you own a business you need to watch what your staff do, and inspect when returning a vehicle, not just give not caring. Don t bring your vehicle here, the owner is out to make money, and don t care to make a customer happy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

J was very honest and gave me a rundown of all the options after listening to my needs and plans for my car that needed repairs. After hearing my situation he recommended the lowest cost option. Super nice people that work with you. Also very accommodating to get the work done very quickly and properly on a Saturday as weekdays are impossible for working families to give up their car even for an hour. Thanks!

Super disappointed with the level of service that was provided to my mother. She brought in my car to have the bumper repainted and remounted on again. She was giver an estimate of $800 dollars and that it would be fixed in 2 days. I let her know that it was to expensive and to try somewhere else went down to R.Roberts Body shop down the street and they fixed it for $300 in one day! the bumper replacement and paint job looks better than my whole car all together lol . All in all be careful with this place over priced!!!

G&C has taken care of my vehicle twice and both times were a breeze. The owner Joe is very involved and makes sure to communicate with the insurance company (because that can get confusing) and help you understand what is going on. Fast, efficient and understanding. I highly recommend them for any body work you may need.

Used to love this place. Not sure what happened but called ahead and was told to come in for an estimate. Got there at 3pm. Wait for an hour and no one was there that can help. There were a couple mechanics working which spoke limited English. They tried to call for help. Was told owner went to the bank. Why were we told to come down if no one that can help would be there is beyond me. There were other people waiting that gave up and left. I wish we cut out losses earlier and did the same. All I can recommend is that if you arrive and someone can t help just walk away and go elsewhere.

Best auto body shop around they actually take care of their customers and make sure they're happy. They do excellent work have fast service and deal with insurance for you. They make it very easy to get your car fixed.

I was referred by my dealership. If you want an honest business person this is the place for you. Joe and I think his assistants name, Betty?, were terrific. They made me feel like I was a customer for years. Joe is a breath of fresh air. A friend and I needed exhaust work done. Two weeks with the vehicle and it still wasn t ready. When it was done it still was not right had to be brought back where it was fixed now imagine being in the middle of Va and guess what it s still broken. Have to find someone there to fix it. A temporary fix until the next big town to stop where they are appalled at the shoddy workmanship that had been done by the original garage. Awful experience poor quality poor service will NEVER go there for anything!!!Service: Exhaust

Had minor damage on my C5 02 corvette, Joe and his team knew just what to do and had my car back in 4 days looking like new.A big shout out to Betty in the office who keeps it all together.Highly recommend this auto body shop.

I would like to thank Jay and Mary for the outstanding work they have done. Jay looked at my rear ended Lexus and told me that they will take care of all aspects of the process: contact themselves the violator's insurance company and Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the repair will be done within approximately one week. Mary spent countless hours tracking down the claim's department of the out of state insurance company, getting (3) invoices approved and arranging Enterprise people to pick me up. Jay not only did impeccable rear bumper replacement with additional related work but also took care of my front bumper scratches absolutely free and in the time frame promised. In addition they will call me in one to two weeks to get my car waxed. G&C is the premier body shop authorized by many insurance carriers including my NJM and also by Lexus. I will definitely recommend G&C to all my friends.

Never ever go to this place worst service ever, at first they where nice and friendly but they will put the cheapest parts on your car they dont care for your safety at all. So dont be fooled always ask for your parts that they took off and ask if the parts that they replace is OEM - original. They replace the damage of my car for almost two months and it was a terrible job please dont ever go to this place your safety is at risk they dont care about people lives all they care is money.
