Found my favorite AutoZone store. If you meet someone like Christian (one of the staff here) to attend to you, it's already a good day for you. Patient, knowledgeable and ready to go high and above to make sure you get the correct part.

Cory B was very courteous and professional while his valuable help to us. Our car had a battery issue and we needed a new battery. Cory not only helped us find a new battery appropriate for our car, but also installed it for us. I want to thank AutoZone and Cory for their help.

I sent my son to get a refund for a disel fuel filter . Then the manager had given us store credit for $45 brought tot a year ago didn t fit.

While I was checking out one of the older male employees made fun of his coworkers in a misogynistic way. I told him it wasn t cool and he threatened to fight me in the parking lot. The other employees didn t try to stop him so I bet he was at least a manager

Always helpful staff! The manager helped me with finding what I needed to fix my dicer which has nothing to do with cars! I needed a pin and screws. He figured out what size I needed and he found me the pin I needed. Thank you for being so helpful and going above & beyond !

I went to buy new wipers for my vehicle. I also for assistance regarding my which wipers would be for my vehicle. After they recommended a specific brand I went to check out and they asked if i could have assistance installing them and because they were a nightmare to put on they refused to help me. I have never walked out of a store so furious in my life. I thought they were here to help? Doesn t seem like they want to do anything.

I went in the get transmission fluid for my car. I asked the girl at the counter what I need. She looks it up and tells me. I then tell her I don't see what I'm looking for. Well apparently nobody can help me find what I need. She just looked at me and walked away .

I went into this location to replace the windshield wipers and get some wiper fluid on my Mercedes. Umar was so nice. He came out and installed it on my vehicle, and took the time to explain everything to me. I ll deathly come back.

I have sent a BBB on your company to no avail. So my advice is to never ever use this store they do not honor their warranties and are not a stand company. I am one step away from a law suit. If someone orders all the time from you they should never ever fight for help within a warranty. You need better leadership in my opinion. I will continue and do my steps because it s important to be treated fairly.

I was in need of a new battery last Saturday. I came in 2 minutes before closing and was told it was too late for me to get one installed because the store was closing. When MR Mrudank overheard the conversation he said he'd be more than happy to do the install. He was extremely helpful and made sure my daughter and I were safe. Your kindness was really appreciated. See you again soon.

Extremely helpful!! Super sweet as well. I didn't understand anything about my car but they helped me out and made my day of battery failure- amazing. Didn't push for the expensive battery. Got what I needed and had a simple explanation of every step. Amazing people!!

I was there the other week to see whether I had a bad battery or alternator because I was having starting issues. A young female employee, who I deeply apologize for forgetting her name, was able to figure out what I needed. She was also kind enough to install the battery that we found out I needed to replace. I had excellent service and experience. I will definitely come back here for an future help or products I need.

Went it to purchase a new battery and have them install it. Their associate Dan Cruz could not have been more helpful and patient and pleasant. He took his time and made sure that every aspect of the change was working properly. Thank you Dan!!

Just stopped in to pick up some stuff. Why is it the cashier idea to pick how I get me receipt. He pushes the button just for the paper receipt. Did not give me a chance to pick what I wanted. Poor customer service. Then he tell me it s not working.

Wanted a fuse link for Harley they wanted 70.00 for it and had to be ordered. Got it off Amazon for 5.63 with shipping included. Good place for parts but watch the prices. The prices for almost everything they sell are fair and their staff can't be any nicer

Came into this autozone ab 2 days ago!!! Spoke w. The manager Bryan , told him the problem I was having w. My Sisters car , bryan didn't hesitate to just help me he went above n beyond w. His work , very professional, he even explained the warranty the battery has !!! Not alot of employees get in depth w. What the customer is purchasing , but i appreciate bryans help so much !!! Definately have to say he is an amazing asset to your company's team !! I will definately will be coming back to this Autozone !!!

We buy there oil for our car and other stuff as well. We go there all the time that we need because we like this store. You can find anything. Great experience always. People are nice. Recommend.

This is the autozone nearest to me. I usually go to Advanced which is actually a few minutes further up the road because this place is a joke and I'm fed up.I personally witnessed manager and employee throwing paper airplanes at eachother while there's a customer in line. That was it for me.* Everyone working here either hides in the back or has no idea what they're doing mechanically. You ask for something they're looking up something completely different, take forever, and then finally tell you yeah we don't have it.They literally let the line pile up before anyone takes action. Everything takes forever - Every. Single. Time.Recommendations:1. This place has 2 separate areas. One for parts lookup and the other for purchases. Have someone ONLY stand at the purchases area all day. This will greatly speed up things when someone simply needs radiator fluid and won't have to wait 15 minutes to buy it because the associate is so busy with the phone, conversations with colleagues and a parts lookup line that's constantly 3-5 people long.2. When a line is backed up, associates should stop shelving inventory and hiding in the back and come address the line. There should never be a line in an autoparts store because let's face it, there is much less traffic than say Walmart. (this particular phenomenon plagues this location more than others and is a problem MOSTLY absent from the east brunswick store).

Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, & courteous. I needed to borrow a tool and the associate actually came outside to help me with my situation. I would recommend this AutoZone over the other auto parts stores in town anyway of the week

Really Rude lie stuff lady name is Doshanay cBoy name is Tyrone S I ordered part I came to pick it up on time waiting for part they told me for 6pm after hour they told will be maybe tomorrow and then yelling to me and then call to cops give to lie information that customer yelling this is ridiculous when I ask the part how people work here in AUTOZONE like that

I needed a radiator hose for My 579 Peterbilt, and they didn't have it in stock, and I couldn't wait. So, another hose was suggested, and hopefully it works.
