Very good work I know Bobby for over 5 yrs now he s done work on my Nissan truck and now my Lexus very polite straight forward. Service and work. If you have a problem he s always willing to. See what they can do to fix it .

Thank you Park Ridge discount tire & Auto, you saved my night! It was an emergency and they took my car right in!! Amazing they were open and so convenient. I've really appreciated how professional they've been every time I needed to use this place. They've been both fast to take the car and fast to finish the work, and they've been responsive to issues as well as clear in explaining what has been done.

Got new tires and oil change will be last. Rims are all chewed up from when I got new tires. Been taking my car to Toyota for years never seen this damage. First and last time. Guess going back to Toyota. They need better tools or better people.

They are always very polite both on the phone and in person. They installed tires that I bought from somewhere else. Prices are the most reasonable in the area and they're fast too.Many places wont install tires unless you buy from them. Park ridge did. Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center is the best there is! You can t beat the prices or quality of work. I was recommended to come here for tires and I m so happy I did. Bobby the owner is so pleasant and honest. All of his staff is friendly and knows what they re doing. They re not trying to make $ off of you, but rather give you quality work. Your car is trusted in the right hands if you come here- you won t regret it!

Park Ridge Auto is a fair, honest shop run by a stand-up owner. They've done work on my "car" (being liberal calling it a car) several times and have gone above and beyond to keep it running up until and act of G-d could only intervene.

Honest and trustworthy. This local spot has always been my go to for any and all automotive needs, so when I decided to change from summer to all season tires on my 20k mile porsche 911 I trusted them more than the dealer. Unfortunately, mistakes happen and part of the powder coating on one of my rims was damaged during the process. I was worried, I thought for sure I was going to get the run around about it not being their fault but that was the furthest from what happened. Jessie right away stated that the shop will take care of it, no questions asked. I commend Bobby (the owner) for having honest, professional and courteous staff. I will certainly continue to give them my business and recommend them to owners of all types of vehicles in the area. I can assure you, this level of professionalism is rare, be it at a dealer or at a local shop.Service: Tires

Brought my car here last week for brakes and tires. After being over quoted by every auto service center in the area, finally Park Ridge Auto Service gave me a great respectable price. Good group of car guys, you can tell that they are vetted in auto repair - I came in on a Friday afternoon and they had me bring my 2013 Benz first thing in the morning on Saturday. Diagnostics to repair, my car was ready for pickup by Saturday afternoon. I am satisfied with their communication skills and same-day service. They answer all questions and readily answer the phone to keep you informed. This local business is a popular site, trustworthy, will go out of their way to do something without charge (such as patch a tire leak) and priced slightly higher than the average shop. Keep in mind that you may have a significantly different and potentially negative experience at a cheap shop that impresses you as affordable. Like going to any other competent professional, wouldn t you want a comprehensive assessment, plan and treatment?Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I am very picky about mechanics and this place gets my highest praise.They are NOT cheap, but they are very reasonable and competitive on pricing. I have been dealing with them for over a decade and they have always given me excellent service. The staff is friendly and helpful. They take the time to fully understand my needs and address them. I've found them to be honest, and that's my highest praise. I think that you can truly trust them to make the repairs you need and can be confident that they aren't doing anything to "inflate" your bill. I also feel they are skilled and competent mechanics. Their tire prices are pretty good too.You can find cheaper mechanics in the area, but I'm not sure it's worth it because I don't think you can find a more honest and skilled place. As far as I've been able to tell, they don't treat women differently either. Unlike the cliche, women can go here and expect to be treated fairly. Overall, you can feel confident bringing your vehicles to park ridge tire.

Been going to Park Ridge Discount Tire for over 15 years. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous all at a reasonable price. Have pick-up and drop-off service which makes it very convenient to get car service. Highly recommend.

I went twice (2 cars), and they did fix what I requested successfully and quickly. But both times, I was told I needed to replace a laundry list of other parts, which knowledgeable friends of mine have told me did not need replacement. Also, when I was sold a brake job over the phone while they were repairing what I requested originally, I asked how much the brake job would cost. On the phone, he only gave me the dollar amount for the parts. It was quite the rude awakening to go settle my bill and for it to be hundreds of dollars more than what he said on the phone due to including labor, which he conveniently forgot to include before. (And now I'm wondering how much I even needed the brake job, since I was experiencing no difficulties, and heard no noises.) If you really need to go here, keep your wallet closely guarded, make sure you get accurate estimates on things, and get a second opinion on "extra" repairs you are being sold before you say yes to anything.

I ve been here 3 times. Twice for my vehicle and once for my mother In laws. I ll start with her experience. She came here for a tune up as she was traveling all over New Jersey for work. 3 weeks later she was broken down on the side of the road 70 miles from home. She had to be towed because they broke a coil pack and never fixed it while changing the spark plugs. This 500 dollar tune up ended up costing 3-4K to fix. Which they charged her for.I came here to replace my struts on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. 6 months later while on route 80 the new struts failed while I was going 70 mph and I almost lost control of the truck as it fishtailed across 2 lanes. Of course this was the last draw for me. I took my truck to a new place to have them replaced and tried to collect the warranty on the ones that failed from this garage. It s been almost a year since they told me I ll have them for you tomorrow. I ve probably reached out 5-6 times over that span and get the same run around.I ve learned over the years living here this shop was involved in faking wheel alignment services too.Remember....anywhere but here when looking for a auto service.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

My experience at Park Ridge is perhaps the best automotive experience I've ever had. My girlfriend got a flat tire while we were out of town for a wedding. Not having a trusted mechanic was a bit daunting, until I found Park Ridge Auto Services online. The reviews are stellar and the service encounter was perhaps even better than I could've ever imagined. Ben took great care of us from beginning to end. Fair and efficient service is hard to come by in the automotive world, and I think Park Ridge might have perfected it. If there was a Park Ridge in Maine, I wouldn't choose anywhere else. Kudos to the entire team and a special thanks to Ben.

Fast service, very professional, friendly!I had a flat tire last week. I replaced a doughnut and took the flat to this shop. They fixed it in 10 min. He didn't even charge me anything. I insisted to pay but he wouldn't take it and he said in times like these everyone can use a little help ! Amazing !!

I brought my car up today for a wheel balance. They took my car in quickly, balanced the wheels, rotated the tires and did I think four or five checks on the car for fluids, belts, etc. Bob, the manager? was very nice, very professional, and the car is riding beautifully. I plan on coming here from Englewood when I need tires or that kind of servicing.

Outstanding, Outstanding, Outstanding Car Service! High quality service, high quality work! My car is up and running! Thank you to Robert(Owner), Mike(Billing and Classic Excellent Customer Service), Teddy(Auto Mechanic Wizard and Barber) and Mitch (Driver and Guitarist)! As a mom of two young kids, my car was in the garage and dead, the started didn't even turn over. They drove to our home in a flash, replaced the leaking battery, fixed the car, and was done in 30 minutes! I will always use them for any car service, oil changes, tire replacements, and battery stuff, etc. They have made my life better. I am so grateful! Thank you!

I am aware of corporate repair shop customer service and their constant attempt to sell you something, that is why I chose Park Ridge Discount Tire & Auto Center @ 95 Berthoud St, Park Ridge, NJ 07656. You get the service of a small privately owned repair shop which it is and you are treated like family and actually cared for! I was planning to just drop my wheel off and pick up later but instead they dropped everything they were doing and did my tire first. I was in and out in 30 minutes and since I am new to the area they also put the charge on the house. Thanks Ron!

My daughter was having what she thought was an issue with her axle while driving from Delaware to NH on the Garden State Parkway. I called several shops and Ben was by far the nicest on the phone. She went over to Park Ridge and he diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes as an issue with the strut mount. He did not charge us a dime, and they were closing on a Friday in 10 minutes. It is great to know that there are nice and honest people out there to help when you need them! Thank you Ben!!

TPS valve snapped off on a Saturday morning. Could not get my tire off. Road side refused to help because I already started to take the tire off. I was in a bind!! Then Big Ed came to the rescue. He got my tire off, put on the spare!!! Then I drove to the shop where they fixed my tire!!! Did I mention I just had ankle surgery and was pretty much useless. Park Ridge Tire went ABOVE & BEYOND and Saved my Day!!! Thanks guys!!!

I was very impressed by the manners of the young man (groomed nicely with a thin line if hair around his chin) who took a look at the brakes, telling me they looked thin and asked me to park and go to the front office.I am also impressed by the professionalism of Rich at the counter and another man of similar age who wore a white shirt, I don't know his name, he was an expert mechanic, who was able to get the BRAKE light off on my dashboard and turned around my wind shield wipers that I had put in incorrectly. The service was done within three hours, which I consider to be quite fast since the parts had to be ordered and delivered, take off the old and put on the new.I commend you for assembling a professional, knowledgeable crew that were personable as well as being ecperts in your business. I will return when I need new tires and for any other mechanical work for my BMW.

Incredibly poor customer service, was told an hour and a half for an oil change when I called. So i drop the car off and was told they would call me. Several hours later still no phone call. I called them and they said come in 20 minutes. I arrive in 20 minutes and they still did not even start service on my car. After another 40 mins my car was finally done. DON'T RECOMMEND.

I have used this place a few times now and each experience has been positive. I called them last minute today when I found out that I had a slow leak in my tire. They squeezed me in before closing and fixed the problem in no time. This place is trustworthy and from my experiences they provide great customer service.

Good place. Got a fair price when it was all said and done and was happy that they had my tire in stock. I dont appreciate the guy telling me "itll take 15 minutes" when it actually took closer to an hour though. I always heard bad things about this place but was surprised to find that their tire service was far far superior to EDT down the street. Ill come back but not when im tight on time or cant leave the vehicle overnight.
