I would like to share my experience, so my tires developed bubbles or dimples on the side just after about 2k miles of driving which is not normal. I went to this service center, they told me I need to change them. So I did, I asked if there s a tire warranty from Tesla, they referred me to the manufacturer warranty and gave me back the old tires. Michelin proceeded with my warranty claim And the last step is the needed Tesla service center to give them info, that takes 2 mins, I will attach the info that they wanted. The front desk lady L.H. Denied responding to them or have any tech respond she gave no apparent reason why she does not want to do although it would not take 5 mins to provide a good customer service and give michelin the tire sizes and dot and she told them they tesla disposed of the tires which is also not true. Moreover, she told me that it was my fault because I took a pothole, which is not true and Michelin did not ask who s fault is it, they just needed the numbers. I went to a different tire shop and they were able to provide the appropriate info. My problem is that Tesla does not care about their customers. Michelin decided that the tires were defective and reimbursed me, but Tesla service center tried to make it look like it was my fault.

Always friendly, always on time.Service center entrance has moved to the right of the showroom. The key drop and parking is on that side as well.------ July 2023 update.Did the service I didn't ask them to. Left the car dirty, and possibly broke a panel.------ July 2023 updateThe service center reached back. They apologized for their lack of communication. Refunded the cost for services not approved. I gave them feedback as the need to hire more personnel and possibly open up a few new service centers in the area to accommodate the growing Tesla ownership.

Worst experience ever!They hold my car 5 days for very quick repair (the guy said will be ready in 1 hour) then when came to pick up my car, they bring the car dirtier than I dropped. There are kinda mud on my White driver seats, literally disgusting.They picked the car and said sorry but I lost 5 days, paid the double amount then I their estimated price, this is the result. A dirty, disgusting car. I will never upgrade my Tesla! Service is really worst

I can t stress this enough. If you need a car to do car things don t get a Tesla the service is horrendous and takes forever. Most other cars. You can drive it right to the Dealer service center. You can call them they will answer and you can take it to plenty of other mechanics and shops that can fix the issue, the big glass on the roof has a lot of stress on it from the flexing of the car and if any little rock hits it, it cracks it and starts spider webbing out. I think this is a big flaw in the design and should be covered by Tesla. It happened to me and I had to pay for it $3000 for a flawed design that I had to pay for and that many others will have to pay. I was extremely unhappy with this and wanted to speak to a service advisor when I went to pick it up. He had me wait around for over an hour to tell me that Tesla will not cover it. I have to pay for it and that that part of the roof does not see stress he told me only the tiny cross-section of the trunk sees stress, but the giant span of the whole roof doesn t see any stress or flex I think that is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and disingenuousNow I ve got another issue. My climate control isn t working at all and it s 26�F outside and I have to drive my kids in a car with heat that won t turn on and the greatest part is I tried scheduling an appointment and it s a month out and again you can t contact anyone by phone they won t answer , I can t stress this enough. Any other car doesn t have these issues and there is unlimited amount of places to fix them and if you notice every other car that has a panoramic glass roof has it sectioned to reduce the stress on the glass because every car chassis has flex, there is a reason why every other car sections the panoramic sunroof and doesn t have it in one big piece and a few other cars that do have one piece will probably run into the same issues. Please do yourself a favor and get a car that does car things and that all the mechanics and shops can fix them and the Dealer service department answers the phone and has availability all the time

Tesla service is outstanding. Best experience I ve ever had for a car.My most recent experience was where I needed a rim to replace one that cracked. I had brought my Model Y to a local tire place thinking it was a puncture and learned it was the rim. The tire place said if I got a rim myself they d install it. So I opened a case with Tesla and they got back to me super fast. A mobile tech called me and confirmed what I needed and processed an estimate. He ended up delivering it right to my house same day! Amazing experience.

Tesla service took 5 attempts to fix a common problem on my new Model Y. Their communication system is fundamentally flawed and if there is any small error on their part, they completely fall apart and have no way of tracing it. I have never left the dealership/service on a positive note.

I don't' want their complimentary coffee from the lounge area.Hope to find them working instead of wasting their clients' time.The service center put me on hold 30 minutes and then 1 hour on the line for simply scheduling a service for a warning sign from the car. However, the time spent on the phone was totally wasted and unable to make the appointment at the end.These people are so bad and don't find helpful at all.

Got low tire pressure warning on my way to work and visited the service center. The front lady was very nice and managed to squeeze me without an appointment. Found out it was a tiny nail puncture. The whole ordeal took roughly 2 hours, which is understandable since I didn t have an appointment. The bill was surprisingly high. $129 dollars to patch a tire. Not even luxury car dealerships charge this much for a nail puncture. Most shops charges 20-30 dollars. Not sure how people are affording repairs after warranty is over.

The whole process of getting a new car using an app and not being able to speak to someone is a horrible experience!! Tesla needs to train their employees better and change their whole system. I would never buy a Tesla or recommend anyone to prevent headaches and waste time!! By the way the people at the Tesla dealer DO NOT like to answer their phone so heads-up on that

It s a zoo. So busy. I got an earlier flight to collect a car and they would not even look at bumping me up the collection list. In my experience they have been impossible to communicate with. (I know that might not be a representation of this location but when I arrived 3 hours hourly with no notice it was not as if I did not try to call. Record as 20 minutes of ringing and no answer after that.

Didn t fix the problem on the first appointment. Created a new problem when they did service my car. Was told to bring the car back. Wasn t told a loaner would not be available. Drove 280 miles total and my car still requires additional service. Great concept, horrible execution of what it means to be a car company. Hope your car doesn t ever need to be serviced, being Tesla doesn t know the meaning. 2 months of ownership and I can easily say any Service Center visit is a game of Russian roulette.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent Customer Care and service! In fact I was able to have my tire replaced within 30 minutes my car was towed in! I completely recommend Tesla of Paramus

After reading all the horrible reviews I was a little concerned about bringing my Tesla in for service. As it turns out, the worst part of it was the traffic on Rt. 17. I was taken on time, checked in quickly by Nikolai, and went for a quick road test drive with technician Manny. I had been told there was a loaner car ready for me, but Manny thought he could address the problems when we got back, and gave me an estimate of how long it might take. Rather than take the loaner and have to return tomorrow, I chose to wait a bit and see how the service went. Work on my two car problems was completed in about 45 minutes, and I was on my way home! Many thanks to Manny and Nikolai for their professional and expedient help in getting me out so quickly. One more comment, I found the two gentlemen working the check-in desk to be helpful and efficient. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.Service: Body & Trim

They absolutely need to open larger service centers. They should have done it yesterday. This place is packed and reached its capacity long time ago.The service process is great tho.

They are in an $800 increase in the estimate. Two minutes before the service appointment. For some bogus Inspection. The person at the service desk couldn t care less

All in all, pretty pleasant experience. I came is to replace a tail light. Everyone was very courteous and had a small waiting room with a coffee machine.
