Best of the best experiences, Kyle and Ethan were extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process which made everything so easy and smooth - scheduled service in the app first, then they called us to know more about what happened to our Tesla so they could get major parts ordered, dropped off our car on a Wednesday, the following Wednesday we were told the repair was complete! Picked it up on Thursday, oh man it looked as good as new! Can t imagine it only took a week!! They even buffed and detailed the entire car, look at it!!! Thank you!

It was a Collision service request. Victoria was very helpful, she communicated regular updates and also ensured that the process was very smooth. Took almost a month to get my car back due to delay in acquiring suspension parts but the car was well serviced and came back as new! Had very minor finishing issues but they helped fix that on the spot. They missed charging the car before handing over but thats fine!

Outstanding customer service!!! As soon as my fianc�e and I arrived at this center, the staff was super friendly, professional and the communication was just AMAZING. Our initial interaction was beyond excellent and the communication throughout the process was very impressive. We felt heard and understood throughout the process of getting repairs done to tesla door after accident. We are absolutely happy and grateful to be working with the amazing staff at this center. Highly recommend this center.

Incredible, friendly, professional, courteous staff, making the whole body shop experience pleasant and easy. Marlin, Valentina and Rachel were amazing, super helpful and efficient. Great impeccable facility.

Great service at this location! Can barely see my car was ever even at an accident and even though they don't have any loaners, they were willing to work with me and got me transportations during the time my car is getting fixed. Victoria and Christian was super helpful and very responsive. Really appreciate it

Marlo,Valentina and Rachel .. they provided an exceptional service . They go above and beyond their job, and made sure our need full filled . Tesla collision center great experience just because of this three people . My car is ready to go before holidays .. thank you Tesla for hiring such kind and humble people.

I got my Tesla model 3 2022 fixed by Mauro. I am very happy with the outcome. Mauro is a very responsible person, he keep me updated during the repair process and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy body repair shop.

Brand new Tesla involved in a hit and run you could only imagine our frustration. From the moment I called Dyana was awesome and very helpful! Was able to get us in right away and Marlon and team were able to get our car back to us within a week. Communication and customer service were always on point.
