Really good experience overall!! I was dealing with another Hyundai dealership About 45 minutes away from my house, and I dealt with them for almost 30 years. It was about time I gave my local Hyundai dealership my business, and Eduardo Rojas is a great sales rep! Thank you, Eduardo and your team for dealing with my challenging situation. I feel maybe the dealership may be changing a policy because of our situation? I love my new Tuscon!!

Horrible service. Do not come here. Do not buy cars from here and especially don't take the car for service here. I made the mistake of coming here to fulfill my extended warranty, only. And they refused. It's very obvious that because fixing what is covered by the extended warranty would be free, that they are lying and making up other things that don't need to be fixed to get money to cover the free service. Very bad practice. Untrustworthy and frankly illegal....

I had an engine replacement done at Paramus Hyundai service. Hyundai covered the new engine under the extended engine warranty. I did my part by having all previous engine recalls done and have service records. I have to say the whole process was handled perfectly and professionally by Constantinos and the service department. Diagnosis, engine approval and repair was done in a very timely manner. Thank you!

If I could give them a zero I would select 10 zeros. The definition of the word service is "the act of helpful activity". The staff at Paramus Hyundai Service Department is far from helpful.I brought my car in for service less than 30 days ago. A knock sensor was replaced. When I called to pick up the car, I was told that it was not ready because they were doing a drive cycle. Well 1800 miles later my car computer is still not ready for inspection.I brought my car back today, March 14th, and explained the situation and was told that I need a drive cycle. Of course I asked what that was and was told that a technician needed to drive my car for 3 hours. I reiterated I had driven my car more than 3 hours high speeds, low speeds and moderate speeds. I've done city and highway driving. So I was told no, that is not the way to do it, it must be specific to what the computer says. The service manager draws me a primitive graft, that looks like this WWWWWW and states the car must be driven x amount of miles slow, then fast then stop slow again medium speed etc, etc, etc.I then said, when you replaced the knock sensor, the computer had to be reset and obviously it wasn't as you returned my car to me not ready for inspection. So, the only name I have is the service advisor that I a speaking with (Sayat, I'll leave his last name out) and he says to me "NO the computer is not involved when you do the knock sensor".There was more conversation but I knew I was not going to get anywhere with this service advisor.So, I went home and did some research on replacing a knock sensor. This is what I found, once your knock sensor has been replaced, your computer has to be reset..... (and your car should be returned to the customer ready to pass inspection.One last thing, their labor rate is exorbitant, $215.00 per hour.

If I could give it a 0 star, I would. The service customer assistant whose name is Sayet (so he said) was very rude since the beginning of my appointment stating I had forced the appointment and had a very nasty attitude towards me. It would be best for Hyundai not to have someone like that assist customers in the future. I decided to not do my service there and went elsewhere without an appointment and paid for my oil change instead. He said it would not be free when I m the dealership I had leased my car I was told it would be for the first 3 oil changes. Worst experience ever and I will not return and end my lease with hyundai once it s due.

Horrible service twice at this location. Their so called "policies" are different with different people you talk to at the location. They denied service covered under warranty and when I called 3 DIFFERENT hyundai service centers around NJ and NY they all said they would take it in for the exact same service. Makes no sense whatsoever and horrible service. They make up policies unheard of at any other service center

I just got a brand new Palisade from a dealership out of state because Paramus didn t have the car I was looking for. My brand new car had the tire blow out 4 days from getting it. I called the tire company and was informed that the tire was under warranty and I could take it to any Hyundai dealership. I called this location and they said because it wasn t from them, they wouldn t be able to service it. I m incredibly disappointed and will not be using this service center again. Such poor customer service. This is my first time with a Hyundai vehicle and they have completely lost my business.

I live in Bayonne and came to this service center for my 48k miles servicing on my 2021 Hyundai Kona because of the good reviews. Just like many other Hyundai dealerships, this too was a complete rip off. I was charged $176 for an oil change and oil filter change. I waited 2 hours and 40min for this service when I was told it would be 1.5-2 hour wait time. While waiting I was quoted $860 for back wheel rotor and brake change and $350 fuel injection service which I obviously declined. Additionally, it was not explained to me what exactly was checked/done for the 48k servicing that I paid $64.50 for. Never coming here again. An external car wash did not even come complimentary for this ridiculously priced service.Since having this car from Nov2020, I have been to many Hyundai dealerships for my servicing all of whom besides Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala, FL have been complete rip offs who offer you services (some of which are unnecessary which the average person wouldn t know) at ridiculous prices. Very disappointed that so far north Jersey does not have any reliable Hyundai dealerships.

Very costly servicing. I was going there earlier for servicing as i bought my car from this dealership. I don't have problem with their service work. From now on i would rather go to local ones than pay a huge amount here. Not worthy doing servicing here unless it s complimentary.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever come across!!! I run the retention division of a LOCAL company with thousands of customers and for a worldwide company to have people working for them that treat their customer the way this place does is a disgrace! We normally get services at the Mahwah location but decided to try out Paramus since it's a lot closer to our home and work but what a mistake that was, never again!!! The 1 star is a joke! It would be negative if possible.

Paramus Hyundai explained the details of service and waiting time;offered excellent service and reduced the wait.===================================I'll NEVER go to Jersey City Hyundai, they lie cheat and steal your money. I regret buying my car from them. I wish I never stepped into their showroom and I tell everyone I know Don't go there. Jersey City Hyundai never tried to make amends on their crooked ways.

From NY, went to NJ to Paramus Hyundai to get my car serviced. Constantino was beyond helpful and courteous and went above and beyond to keep me updated with the status of my vehicle. He also made sure I was comfortable waiting in the waiting area. I would 1000% recommend ANYONE to go here and get your car serviced if you own a Hyundai, and go see Constantino!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Had an appointment for "Lube/Oil/Filter", and the tech also confirmed the same to my wife. And silently the receipt for some "X mile service" in the amount of $160+. What the heck? I guess openly asking for donation is better than overcharging the customers this way. Will be happy to post a copy of receipt.

Stated car service was going to take over 2 hours due to service and recall service. Took about 2 hours. Had no other way but to wait for car. I took a short walk and waited and very surprised car was ready. No issues everything was good. Car remained clean and ready for me. Paramus Hyundai service hasn't let me down in the past 1 year I've serviced my vehicle. Their shop and office area is clean with polite and responsive staff. I've received my vehicle within promised time frames and hasn't encountered any issues. Vivian was so nice and helpful! It was my first time getting my car serviced, she answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Also, the other customers that were also waiting were extremely kind and helped direct me where to go as I was very clearly lost. Great first experience!

This Hyudani location was honestly the best, I ve been trying to book an appointment with other locations that were closer to me to get my car serviced for the longest, but they were all either a month or two away availability. Not this one though, this one took me in quickly thankfully! Also Constantino (hopefully spelling It correctly) was very friendly and helpful. Which I appreciated a lot as I m a first time car owner & this whole experience was new to me. He took the time to explain everything from the service to pricing to me and was kind. So thank you :). Would definitely recommend & come back even though it s at a good distance from me.

Hyundai did a great job of fixing my original issue. The RPM needle fell off and they were able to fix that. I mentioned another issue I had where my car was going forward while in reverse. I was told they d run a diagnosis and if they could replicate the issue they d charge me 205. I said it was fine, my last conversation was that they couldn t replicate it but they were suggesting a fluid flush for the transmission. I declined it, I was still charged the fee even though I was told the issue was never replicated. When I asked all they said was that I was told it was replicated which is a lie. I paid, but it made me lose the trust I had for them.

My check engine light kept turning on so I called to make an appointment and out of all the Hyundai dealers that I called this location was the only one who could get me an appointment within the next couple of days and not 2 months from now. When I got there I was helped by Mike who was very nice, they had a complimentary coffee machine so i enjoyed a hot chocolate while i waited. I didn t wait too long, i was told my thermostat was faulty so they ordered the part and once it arrived they helped me schedule an appointment to bring in my vehicle. When i went in again I was on time crunch because I had to go to work so i left the guy know and he made the check in process super quick. About 3 hours later they called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. I wasn t able to come in because I was at work so I had my dad pick it up for me and he said the pick up process was nice and easy. Can t complain way better than Lynne s in Bloomfield.

The guy who did my paperwork has ridiculed me when i asked why the car needs wheel alignment. Also i told the person who picked up the car there is break squealing sound. It is not resolved when i picked it back. Again ridiculed. I saw your customers having arguments on cost of service. This isnt going to be my next service center for maintenance for sure. I saw seniors waiting or asking answers and felt awful that their time is wasted and tested.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Had an Engine problem with 110,000 miles on the car , I provided all oil change receipts, and my service advisor Annie did an amazing job helping me . Th car needed a new engine . But Annie was able to have Hyundai cover all but 3 things in my car . What could ve been thousands of dollars . It was a small amount out of pocket . Annie was so helpful and kept me informed . Thx again Annie !!
