The service at this location is abysmal. I went in for an oil change at 12PM on a Friday and was given an estimate of roughly and hour and 10 minutes. I also instructed my service representative to have the technician to do a visual inspection of areas that I thought were problematic. I sat in their lobby area for over 2 hours without an update on the status of my service. The service representative area is mere footsteps from the waiting area, and one would think that it would be easy to deliver a simple update, but I digress. After seeking an update, I was told that the technician was compiling a quote for the issues that had been diagnosed and that it should be wrapped up in 15 minutes. I waited an additional 35 minutes only to be told by Nuno that things were taking longer than expected and that it would be best to get me on my way, which likely could've been done much further in advance and saved me some waiting time. I went to pay my bill for the oil change and was assisted by Dahiana and Alexander, both of whom moved at their own pace and showed no urgency in helping me complete my transaction. Alexander, in particular, was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, mere days after leaving the facility, the following Monday to be exact, my power steering began to malfunction, and I received multiple warning lights to service my Stabilitrak and ABS. This is not the first time that I left the facility for one issue only for another to arise shortly thereafter, and the timing of these malfunctions was both oddly coincidental and somewhat troubling to me. My first instinct was to immediately arrange a follow-up visit. However, after deliberating and considering the poor service that I previously received as well as the odd timing of the malfunctions, I decided to cancel my service. I simply had no faith in this location. I received a generic e-mail from the inbox of Kaycee Jaquez that was formatted to appear as if it was from Rick Carbia, the Service Manager. Though I know these generic e-mails are common, I found it both odd, unprofessional and lazy that this message wasn't generated directly from Rick's e-mail address. The message urged me to "reach out with any questions or concerns", and I proceeded to draft a polite e-mail summarizing my dissatisfaction with my visit. I also followed up with a phone call and voicemail directly to Rick. My e-mail, phone call and voicemail have all gone unanswered. I wasn't seeking any specific remedy, but simply an outlet to express my dissatisfaction. One would think that replying to an issue like this would be the within the responsibilities of the Service Manager but replying to my issue has clearly been considered an afterthought. Funnily enough, while I was waiting during my initial visit, I witnessed Rick in a dispute with a female customer over a seemingly misquoted repair cost. The woman was adamant that she was now paying far more than she was originally quoted, and during the interaction, when discussing the price Rick could be heard saying "Why would I agree to that?" and "There's nothing I can do". These are two phrases that someone in his position should never utter to a customer, in my humble opinion. Quite frankly, this conversation should have taken place in private and not in view of other customers. This is a clear example of the lack of professionalism that is displayed at this location. Please use caution when visiting this location as the efficiency and professionalism are both lacking. In hindsight, I am appreciative of their delivery of the detailed summary of my vehicle so that I could utilize the facts when taking my vehicle to a more trustworthy location.

Came in for a new tire at 9AM. 1PM still waiting. No one came to explain why it was taking so long. Then Marc tells my tire wasn t covered which it was. Then he said there wasn t a mechanic at the time to fix it. All the mechanics in there no one could change a tire. In the end a sales person and someone from customer service came to apologize.Service: Tires

Worst customer service ever and we will never bring our Tahoe back here. They kept our car for two nights after promising repairs would be done after one night, never even called to say they were keeping it the 2nd night! Service person (Marc) was unapologetic and didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience. I strongly suggest finding a different service center!!

The worst service I have ever received, they kept my truck for 8 days because of a transmission problem and the only thing they did in those 8 days was reset the computer and tell me it was just something with the computer. I went to another Chevy dealer and in 5 minutes they told me the real problem, which is a mechanical problem. Thanks for wasting my time. P.S.: Marc please don't keep giving your card to clients if you're not going to answer the phone, in the 8 days you never took my calls.

I called Paramus Chevrolet to inquired about a vehicle I saw on Carfax.... The front desk was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle.I came in the next day and was greeted by Leslie Taveras the person I spoke to on the phone. Leslie was friendly and immediately connected me with a Sales person Conny Thomas. Conny was friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was very transparent with him about my situation. Conny worked with the Finance department manager John Quientero to seal the deal on my 2021 Chevy Traverse RS.... Conny and John worked diligently to help secure a loan that was affordable as well secure a 6 year Bumper to Bumper Warranty and Gap Insurance. I would recommend Paramus Chevrolet to all my family, friends and co worker....I can't stop raving about the customer service and support I received.....

Marc Bader is the man who I dealt with. He was not friendly and had a very dismissive attitude towards me. I was called by Chevy of Paramus to bring my corvette in with 1,600 miles for a service/ oil change. I thought nothing of this come to find out the car does not need to be serviced until 7,500 miles. Marc "asked" key word "asked" as to why I want my oil changed bc of the low mileage I said I received a call to bring the car in from your office so thats what I did. He should have said Miss i'm sorry there must be a mistake because your car does not need an oil change with only 1,600 miles on it, that is typically done at 7,500. But nope he almost let me pay for something I 100% did not need. It should have been explained to me in plain words that I did not need an oil change and there was a mixup on the departure end as I was just listening to what was told to me on the phone I have never owned a corvette before and thought maybe the oil needed changing sooner. I ended up leaving bc in fact I did not need an oil change. This is his area of expertise so I would have appreciated being told that I did not need it. I will never bring my car to this department again because I left there so annoyed at how this situation was handled.

Came in for my dad's Chevy Bolt recall on 6/26/2023. They scratched one of the tire and bumper around it. The tire started lose pressure whenever driving. I gave them a call to ask. They say "we did not write down any damages that was done. please come in and speak with the service department." Of course, they won't admit they did wrong. Also, the caller did not even ask my information. He simply said, we did not do anything to your car.

I came to do my first oil change. I had appointment scheduled a week before. I was advised that it will take around an hour. I was waiting for 1 hour in a half. I asked service guy how much longer it will take for a simple oil change. He said that the car not even in the shop. I asked for a manager and was advised he should be here in couple of minutes. The guy never showed up. Most terrible service ever, not including that I purchased my car at this dealership.Service: Oil change

After scheduling an appointment weeks in advance, it took 2.5 hours for them to change the oil and oil filter. Then once the vehicle was done I watched the mechanic bring the paper work in to the service writers, and it took them another 20-25 minutes to come out and tell me the car was ready.

They meet every cliche of a car service department. Slow, complete lack of communication, and oblivious to customer needs. Service itself is fine at best.

Set the online appointment request for brake clips to be replaced for grind noise. (Which occurred don OEM and aftermarket rotors and pads). Then after dropping off the vehicle, told clips only come with brake pads and the service would be $300+. Since I did not want to pay for unnecessary brake pads, when mine have life left (proof on state inspection) and plus their labor, they went ahead and charged me $160 diagnosis fee, for what I already diagnosed and asked to be fixed. I am contesting this now with the bank for goods/services not received. Will not return to this service center and do not recomend anyone take their vehicle there if they have a specific need to be fixed.

Took my 2019 Corvette due to a whining noise under the hood and they came to a conclusion that the belt tensioner went bad. so they ordered the part and called me 2 days later to tell me that the part came in so I scheduled it to be installed and they did it in an hour. Customer / Service dept. was great.

They lied to me about what was wrong with my truck and tried to charge me $650 to fix a problem that didn't exist. Very shady business. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO GET SERVICE HERE.I brought in my used Chevy Silverado because it had a Check Engine Light. My truck display also said to check the gas cap (I checked the gas cap and noticed it was old and needed to be replaced). After they inspected my vehicle they told me that the gas cap was bad and that the Evap Vent Valve needed to be replaced too (takes 20min to fix and part costs $30 on amazon). They said with labor it would cost $650. I told the service rep Marc Bader I was not willing to spend that and that Ill just buy the gas cap from them. He said okay it'll be $99 Diagnostic Fee and $41 for the gas cap. I agreed and when they handed me the bill it was $200.67. This confused me since I was expecting to pay around $140 for the diagnostic fee and gas cap, not $200.67.Then It gets way worse. I take the truck back home and decide to check the EVAP Vent Valve myself. When I go under my truck I realize that they unclipped the Valve to make it seem broken. I clipped it back and my check engine light turned off. The Evap Vent Valve was never broken to begin with. They were about to try and overcharge me $650 for this valve that didnt even need to be replaced. Then when I turn down there service I still end up leaving there spending $200 on a gas cap. The people at this dealership are crooks. Places like this need to be shut down.

Very poor service. "Fixed" one problem, when I picked up the car,it wouldn't start . The "original" problem that was 700-800 dollars now needed an additional 500.They couldn't explain and just said it's a coincidence!?!Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

They recently helped me resolved an issue I had after servicing my car. Most dealers wouldn't do that, so I appreciate that!

Asked to buy a lug key so I could remove the tires for rotation for my leased 2017 Bolt. Chevy does not sell them and I never got one when I got the car. Asked how they would get the tires off if they were going to rotate the tires. Was told they would cut the lug nuts off. Obvious that Chevy dealers don't want to sell electric cars.
