This has been one of the best auto repair shops I ve ever been to. They are knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I ve taken my all my vehicles to them and each time I ve not had a bad experience. I ve even recommended them to all my friends. See Kadir the manager. He will make sure you are taken care of. Ed is the best mechanic. He is the only one I ll let work on my custom Jeep.

I started coming to Midas to service ours vans from Stew Leonard's. Kedar and the crew here are great, polite and honest. I started to have my personal vehicles serviced. They always are accommodating and professional, so I started to recommend all my friends to Paramus Midas. You guys are the best and you have a customer for life.

Honest, efficient and fairly priced. I went in with no idea as to what was wrong with my car. Within minute I got a full diagnosis and my car feels stronger than ever. 10/10 service would recommend for other drivers

The employee at the front desk seemed to be honest and trust worthy but I was mistaken. He stated that it was IMPOSSIBLE to fix my flat tire because a nail punctured it and it had a slash on it. Having to drive 35 minutes on the George Washington Bridge, I was worry that it would be a safety issues to drive the car with a donut. As I was driving, the donut tire was losing air and I stopped at the delta gas station in Bergenfield for assistance. The attendant Ramon asked to see the flat tire prior to putting the air on the donut and in less than 15 minutes, the flat tire was fixed. If the Midas employee didn t know how to fix it or didn t want to do it, he should have been HONEST. The tire was fixed for $36 and we arrived safely to our residence. I will be buying 4 new tires but not at Midas but at Costco. If you need a emergency assistance, I recommend Pimentel auto service & Tires.

I am so grateful that I came to get a second opinion! The dealership quoted thousands of dollars of work needed to fix my car. Kedar assessed the car and explained what really needed to be fixed. He talked through why it was necessary and gave me a fair quote for the work. I felt informed and happy about getting my car serviced. Honest work , great experience.

I have been coming to Midas since 2010 they have worked on all of my old and newer vehicles and always provide TOP notch service and a very personable customer service experience. Kedar the new store manager and his team, Ed and Ray are very thorough and knowledgeable on the services my car needs . They work with you on the services you actually need without breaking the bank. Their entire staff all have over 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry which is what makes me trust them the most. The garage is also always very accommodating with my busy work schedule and being able to fit me in on short notice. I highly recommend servicing your vehicle here best in town!

Came in with a flat. Juan informed me I had 2 holes in my tire which could not repair. He was able to get the same tire brand right away so I could make my doctor's appointment on time. He was very helpful.

Kedar Hall helped us out with both of our cars and I ve never experienced such amazing service. Everything was thoroughly explained, fixed, and he went above and beyond to when we asked for advice and guidance on the issues. Extremely nice and likable guy, will come back for all car issues.

We drove for 5 hours having issues with one of the tires. After arriving in the hotel my husband went to Midas because it was the closest one to the hotel. Kedar the store manager was able to help him even without an appointment. Everyone was very nice and friendly I highly recommended. Thank you!

Had some major problems with 2 of our cars. Long story short, we had to choose which of the two we wanted to fix up and keep. Kedar, one of the mechanics, was extremely helpful in assisting us with making the right choice. Would recommend this location and Kedar in particular, we ll be coming back again in the future.

When i had a flat, i brought my car into midas and told the front staff to wait for insurance to come out to get a quote. After the insurance came, they negotiated rate of 6k to fix the damages and I was only responsible for my insurance deductible. After my car was fixed, the front staff tried to bill me another 2.5k. He was a dark skinned bigger guy and when I refused due to the negotiated insurance rate, he tried to threaten me. I was frightened so I gave him the payment and took off. Please be careful when coming here.

Great experience. Was able to get an appointment for the same day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to evaluate my car ahead of schedule and provide recommendations for future repair indicators. I appreciated they were looking out for me.

Great staff and quick friendly service with low prices.These guys expertly patched up a rather large bolt that was unbelievably lodged almost flush between one of the treads of the back left tire on my Range Rover Sport V8. It had been causing a slow leak for days.I made an impromptu visit 30 minutes before closing and without blinking an eye or telling me to comeback in the morning, they took care of it right away in less than 10 minutes and I was out the door.Due to the size of the bolt I was (likely) conservatively told a 50/50 shot if it would hold and that I'd know by the next day. I just needed it to hold to at least get me to an important errand the next morning.Well, It's been a couple of months now and the repair has both held firm and cured forming a perfect seal. The staff at this Midas saved me both time, hassle and money. I was treated like a regular customer of a small town mom and pop gas station and not a major auto repair chain.Couldn't recommend this shop more and I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

What a life saver!! BIG thank you to Juan for helping me out this evening! I experienced a punctured tire while at an activity with my young girls, 7 mins away from the shop. I called, and he understood the panic in my voice and told me to bring in my truck for service. When I arrived, he greeted me with great hospitality and customer service. Despite the fact that he was closing in just 45mins and was alone, he took the time to check my tire and assist as best he could. His first priority was to ensure that me and my young girls made it home safely. I can not express enough what a wonderful representation of kindness and customer service he embodied; all locations should be as kind and understanding. Our safety was his number one priority and that is rare. A million times THANK YOU! Many blessings to you and your family today and always!

Terrible experience. Went Wednesday afternoon for an oil change and was told I d have to make an appointment for the next day. No problem! I told the worker that I drove in from out of state for work and realized that my car was super overdue. I requested Mobile 1 oil and agreed to pay the difference.Came in today 30 minutes before my appointment and waited in the lot because my car was literally acting up and I was scared to drive on it and damage it. Literally 5 guys working on one car inside the garage. I spoke with the guy at the desk and he told me it was going to be 220$ to change the oil with the mobile 1 I requested. I told him the price was no problem because my car desperately needs it. I asked if I can sit in the car while they change it, he said no. I asked if he could open the Mobile 1 I m paying 100$ extra for, he went to ask the guys in the garage and came back 5 minutes later and said absolutely not .This was a ridiculous experience. Took advantage of a solo female in a nicer vehicle.Instead, I went to Home Depot right next door and bought a quart of oil to top off my car and drive to the nearest Valvoline where they only charged me 60$ to change my oil, oil filter, air filter, and windshield wipers. I paid 95$ at autozone for a 5 quart of mobile 1, 2 1 quart bottles, an oil filter and an air filter. All together with the tip I gave the AMAZING worker at valvoline I paid 180$.SAVED 40$ NOT COMING HERE AND GOT WAY MORE DONE. LADIES, DONT COME HERE.

The service provided to us was excellent. Purang was the employee at the desk that took care of our car and he was very informative and knowledgeable on what was wrong with it. I had such a great experience getting my oil change done here. I needed a specific filter and Kedar was SO helpful and told me exactly what I needed. He really just made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend this location!! Thank you guys for all of your help :)

I had the pleasure of working in the auto business for over 15 years. I left that industry about a year ago and since then I periodically go back to the dealership I worked at to do my oil.Having said that I can safely say that I will go nowhere else but Midas here on route 17 specifically for one personKEDAR WALL.The guy is a total pro through and through helped me out tremendously when I ve never been there before and took the time to get me on the list right away because my wife and baby we re waiting. Customer service like this is very rare and I know that because I but now I have a new benchmark by which I compare myself & that person isKEDAR WALLThanks again for taking the time to help me.Tommy

Always go here for my oil changes. Fast and reliable. Kedar at the front desk was very helpful and you can tell he has a lot of patience as there was another customer there w a ton of questions but he remained professional and courteous the whole time.

They were so helpful when my car died as I was pulling in. I pulled into the wrong lot and they came and helped me jump it and move it to their area. Kedar was so helpful from when I called to when I showed up panicking because this has never happened before. Definitely recommend using them!

very easy experience making the appointment on the convenient app.a staff member called to confirm and actually offer me an earlier time.i came in for an oil change that required full synthetic oil and was presented with the higher price before my vehicle was serviced. before i squared up, Kedar kindly prepared a list of other services and their price estimates that were recommended after performing an all around courtesy check. he also provided me an explanation of why along with potential outcomes if each of these services were not completed. i truly appreciate this because otherwise i would not have known my vehicle s condition. overall excellent quality service that i would recommend.Service: Oil change
