They were good when I bought the car but after no after sales service they want to take the money for a service I really don't want. I'll send it to the parent company to see what they do and the Finance manager he was so rude with me he wanna me be pay services I don t want very bad no one go there if u care about service after sell

I brought in my car for a recall and a check engine light service. The service manager Troy was a pro's pro. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt with all inquiries I had after dropping off the vehicle. Also, the people at car loaner service was great!It was my first time getting serviced at Paramus MB, and it was a very pleasant experience. I did the 2 years maintenance there, they were professional, got back my car on time. They gave me a loaner in the meantime.Highly recommend them if you are looking for new Mercedes buying or leasing

I purchased my car from this dealership and use them for service regularly. However, my recent service experience with Julio Sanchez was excellent. He kept me updated on the status of my repairs and was very responsive. I cannot say enough about his customer service, knowledge, and responsiveness.I look forward to working with him on future service visits.Services: Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Battery

Be carful when you do ANY service at this Mercedes location, they were not honest with us, also price changed significantly without permission, I recommend avoiding this service location

I got the worst service ever. I left my car for the service check up and also had an check engine light on. My service advisor, Cristopher Almanzar first told me it would be done by the next day, so I did not even bother to request a loaner's car. Following day, I did not hear anything from him although I was able to figure that the service had been already done through my Mercedes Me Connect app. I texted to the numbers he had provided, but no response. I called the receptionist and she said she would have him call me, but no call at all. On the third day, I texted again, of course, no response. I called the receptionist again, and told her it is third day, and she finally transferred me to Cris. He said it was ready to be picked up. Seriously?? He was telling me only when I followed up multiple times?? Not to mention loaner's car, he did not even offer Uber until I asked. I would have asked Loaner's car if I knew it would take a couple of days. Also, when I was finally there to pick up my car, it wasn't even washed although it was included in the invoice. For the engine light on, I did not receive any thorough explanation. I have brand new GLS 450 less than a year, and this was certainly concern, and he just told me it was just system error, and he shut it off. (after this horrible service, I doubt if he really performed through investigation) Such a horrible customer service all around given this is supposed to be one of the top luxury vehicle brand. I am an auto care Shop owner and I bought replacement parts from this place. The fraud department from my bank shot down my bank account because someone posted on line a picture of the check we issued to pay for the parts. It caused me a lot of trouble and expenses such as not been able to pay my vendors, not been able to buy parts, or pay for my rent etc. I went to this dealership hoping to speak to someone about starting an investigation to find out who is posting their clients checks on line and I was directed to the service director, he was super dismissive , and did absolutly nothing to try to clarify this issue. U Wonder if there are more of their clients going through a similar situation.

This place is horrible. I called four times with no answer and left a message for the service department to please return a call to set up an appointment for the check engine light on my brand new car. No one bothered to return my call. When I finally reached them, they told me to set up an Uber for the ride back since it would need to stay a few days. Really??? An Uber? I was not offered a loaner car until I asked and she said I guess we can do that but a couple weeks from now. Such terrible customer service all around after buying such an expensive luxury vehicle. Do not go here.

I was frustrated by my service experience here - it did not align with my expectations of a premium luxury brand like Mercedes. My vehicle was purchased from a MB dealer in NY because Paramus did not have what I wanted at the time and a NY dealer did, but we live in NJ, not too far from Paramus. This appointment was made for a routine service, our first for this vehicle, but the technicians found multiple rims were bent while they had the vehicle on the lift (that was no surprise, the roads have been rough this winter). Unfortunately, the service department informed me that they do not work with the tire and wheel insurance I purchased from the NY dealer. I called the insurer directly, who informed me that they work with MB of Paramus all the time - for tire replacement. The problem is that the Paramus dealer repairs the rims on their own and won t work within the parameters of the insurer for rim repairs. So, I did not complete these repairs and, instead, set up a separate appointment with the dealer in New York, which is over an hour away, where the repairs were completed at no charge under the insurance contract. I realize dealers are ultimately franchises, but I would not expect two dealers in this local market to not share or cross-accept services such as this. Perhaps that s an issue Mercedes should corporately work out amongst dealers, since as a customer I only see and care about the manufacturer over all and each dealer is representative of them. On top of this, once my repair was done I was told that I had to pick my vehicle up in person before the cashier closed at 5:30 PM. I had already paid the invoice online, so payment was not in question. Getting back to the dealer by that time was challenging and not something I expected to have to do. The dealerships I have worked with in the past have allowed you to make payment online or via phone and then pick up the keys from somebody else, often the concierge or somebody who is there until the sales department closes at 7 or 8 PM. I was genuinely surprised by how repeatedly frustrated I was by this experience from such a high-end brand. I had to trek to a different dealer to get part of the work completed, and I really still can t imagine why you would be unable to pick up your car at any point up until the entire dealership closes if you have already paid.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

This was the best service I ve ever experienced at this dealership thanks to my service advisor Tamar Mindiashvili. I ve used this dealership for 20+ years and have had little to no confidence in the service dept due to bad experiences every single time. They never get things right the first time and sometimes, not even the second time. This last visit was the best experience ever because of Tamar. She listened to my concerns and complaints, she diligently followed through to make sure everything was done and done properly and she even followed up afterward to check that I was satisfied. She should be the example and role model for ALL of service at this dealership. She provided professional and excellent service!!

I had a great experience with the service advisor Ashley James. She really went above and beyond to meet my needs. She made sure she answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely had a great experience in Mercedes Benz of Paramus. I m also Thankful for Joshua who always helps me with my tires and getting my beautiful car washed.I highly recommend this dealership for all your Mercedes Benz vehicles.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

They do care about their customers. I had a bad experience with service. I got a follow up with a customer service rep that was a hero to me. Fixed my issues and offered me a detailing for the dirty car I got back in return. Happy again. Thank you!

This is the second time I take my Sprinter for Service.the first time they had to change a part in the engine and kept it for about 3 weeks. When I pocked up the van and arri ed to my shop I noticed the DEF was more than half empty. They expected me to take the van again even though they had it for 3 weeks. The second time They had the van for a week, since there were a few recallls and I was going to be out of town I told them I will leave the Van for a week. Yet when I pick it up the dash display said it had excess oil. Called them and they decided that I should bring the Van back so they can remove it. This is my only van for the business so it is inconvinient to have to stop by the dealer again. David The specialist assigned for my van seems to always have a negative attitude. I asked him why my brakes were making a different sound from when I dropped the van and he claimed it was because I had left the Van there for a week and it was just sitting there. Paid almost $1,200.00 for a service and they cannot take the van around the block to make sure everything they did is ok and not have the customes have to frive back to dealer. I gotta say im quite disappointed, expected more from this luxury brand.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was very disappointed with my service this time, when they give you an estimate they come up with the highest quotes possible just to see if you agree and get more money from you! When I ask to speak to the manager about discussing the price of the estimate they told me that the manager can give me a discount, I really don t know if David Ingersoll (the service advisor) spoke to the manager or he just told me that for me to believe he did, then he called me to tell me they approved a 15% discount on my service price!! After the everything was going well until the last call he did to tell me the car was ready!! When I texted him back about when and what time I can go pick up my car, he never replied, until I decided to just go and pick up the car!! When I get there to pay for the service, the cashier was not courteous neither friendly, she was like nobody was there and barely talked to me, just to tell me insert your card for the payment and sign here and there!! Did not even greet me! Her name is Rebecca Grater! Finally when I returned the loaner car, in the same conditions it was given to me: full in fuel and car washed, I see that my car was not even washed, it s all dirty! I was soo upset, after the car had been there for more then 2 weeks,David told me the car was washed when it wasn t and that if I wanted to wash it today I needed to wait about 45 minutes because the car wash service was backup with a lot of other cars! Which I found so unfair, that I needed to go back on the next day to wash my car when they were supposed to have it ready for me the same day the car was picked up!! This does not only dissatisfy the customers but also ruins the paramus Mercedes Benz reputation. I think the managers should make sure their employees are more professional and own the client services from beginning to end, that is call been responsible and professional!! I was serviced by Jeffrey Cicero before and none of this happened, he was excellent! Next time im going to Englewood!!Service: Electrical

Service not consistent. Sometimes you get a good person and sometimes you don't. On the weekends, they don't answer the phone. The service advisor I have not rarely follows up. Loaner car they gave me has no way to charge my iPhone. Yes..no usb connection! No service reminders, no nothing. Inconsistent all the way around. As soon as you drop your car off, the sales department is calling you to sell you a new car. I simply do not like this place.

It's great!! Sales associates and vehicle service are one of the best in all northern NJ. Friendly and safe environment, following covid-19 code registrations as far as I noticed. Serious and dedicated to the customer as it should.

Best MB dealer and parts service around. Always help me out and answer my questions about any issue. Jason is great from the parts department. Highly recommend them for anybody who needs work on their car. Very knowledgeable in maintaining and repairing vehicles. Very polite and helpful at all times. Stop by them now!!!!

Recently I had dissatisfactory experience in this dealership service department. Service advisor David wasn t helpful, suggested to perform some work that didn t need to. So be aware of what they suggesting u to perform for your car. Also I do understand tires are not covered by warranty but at least brand new Continental tires should have warranty from the factory or it s just taking money from customers who trusted Mercedes-Benz. Last thing it was really hard to communicate, never pick up the phone and never respond to voice msgs.Before I had a better experience with ms Ragini, she was very professional follow up with us even after service was done, the next day she called my wife to make sure everything is good. We thought Paramus Benz the best dealership, but this experience ruined the whole reputation.Next time i m going to Englewood Mercedes as everyone recommended.

I just called for an oil change the receptionist was rude and a a hurry to over only service when I called for an oil change.. after not listening to my oil change question. She said that it s $345.00 ??? I ask for an oil change? No for the Service maintenance not oil change.... ?? Again i asked for an oil change then she said NO! We don t don oil changes anymore?? So A Mercedes Benz dealer don t change oils on there cars??

Awful experience, car was supposed to be there for hour and a hallf , took 2 days ,the rep dissappeared, left another ones name to take his place ,and that one was m.i.a. ,also.Could not get through on automated system, had to drive there to see service manager, to retrieve my car.

Very restrictive in their service. Only approve work for customers if their dealership. A million excuses if you are coming from anywhere else!
