Sad that we didn't even make it into the store today. I needed a few parts for my truck (a good chunk of money), we pulled in, parked and my significant other popped across the street to ask a question about a car he saw, when I got out of my truck, someone came out and started yelling at me that I couldn't park there, so instead of heading into the store we got back in my truck and left.

First, let me say I'm 46yrs old and I grew up in Maple Shade so I try to support local business. My car's air conditioning compressor broke and I was about to order the new part from an online store when a good friend told me about this establishment (TCR). I called today 7-27-2023 and asked if they carried the A/C compressor for import car (a 15sec convo), i immediately get disconnected. I call back and the same guy answers the phone and I say, "I'm sorry we must have been disconnected" and he replies "yeah, i know, what do you need". I tell him the car's info, he gives me the price, I then ask, "is the part in stock?" he says "yes". My last question to him was "what time does the store close?". He then replies "hey bud, I got 3 people on hold and hangs up".We might have been on the phone a total of 1-min, literally.And here I thought that the 20yrs that I've worked as a power systems Electrical Engineer was at times STRESSFUL!!!! I was wrong, looking up inventory for a person who wants to spend their money at the place that employs you is much more stressful.

I've been buying from TCR for close to 20 years. Always all business and nice ppl. Have what I need, get it to me quickly.Highly recommend them.

Recommend by a friend to take my vehicle to Tom Craig. Do not take your vehicle to this place. Dropped off car at 8AM on Monday 01-11 and sat of 36hrs before they called me and said they don t work on floor boards and to come pick up vehicle also told me they thought I would call them. When I dropped off vehicle the guy told me he had no one to service the vehicle. Should ve trusted gut and said forget it. Lesson learned.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I'm a dad just trying to keep my daughter's car running long enough for her to finish graduate school. TCR gave me good advice along with prompt and courteous service. Even hard to find parts can be gotten if you don't mind waiting for shipment.

Last night around 9:00 pm I was driving home from Pennsylvania and got a flat tire. Thankfully I was close to home at the Cinnaminson Wawa. While waiting for AAA to even figure out who I was, the owner of TCR came over to me asking if I was okay and if I needed help. He didn't hesitate to get down on the nasty ground to put my car up on a jack, and he started changing my tire for me. He was a huge help and one of the nicest guys I've met. My dad tried handing him money for the help and he refused it. Without him I would have been stranded there waiting for AAA to show up for a long time. He was an awesome guy and my family will definitely be using his store for anything we need. My dad was so happy and kept saying that he restored his faith in humanity and was happy to see there's still good people in the world. Thank you to the owner!

Very rude on the phone and when I looked up "used auto parts" his co. Came up so I called and a man answered that was very rude and quick to get off the phone as well as they told me they only carry "Newport so why are you tagging your business under used??? Beware!

First off the staff is Great prices are very fair the workmanship is impeccable , This place has that old school gas station garage feel to it you feel welcomed any vehicle issues I have I will always go to Tom Craig's service , Thanx for the great service

This place is going doun hill,I purchased a radiator &paid cash,it was the wrong radiator they told me this is the only listing.no problem return my money,they didnt have cash on hand at the time,I said then give me a check .they said no one is here to right a check,I could just wait till the check person comes.in.i left &will never go back.itold them send me my money&left,still never got it.
