Wonderful experience with Andrew and Lazhon at SRT Motors where they really help the customer get what they want and negotiate fairly.4-star because upon first walk-in their office feels like a makeshift frat business with the uncleanliness and disorganization. Nevertheless they got stuff done and are also connected to their mechanic so things can get dirty.

Would like to give a good review like others but I can't.I contacted them after finding a van we wanted to purchase for our veteran based no -profit.At first they responded super quick to my inquiry from Autotrader.After I asked if they have ever worked with a non-profit they shut down and stopped talking to me.I mean they could have just said no and I would have thanked them for their time and moved on.I will never use these folks nor will I recommend them to anyone, especially a veteran.

First off would love to thank Androw and Greg for all the help. I was welcomed by Greg once I walked onto the lot. He showed me around and said he will go inside to get the boss. Androw then helped and answered all my concerns. First time buyer and I am terrified of used vehicles. I wasn t pushed into purchasing a specific car. They helped me with every car I was interested in until I made a decision on the 2011 Kia Forte. He offered me a test drive before purchasing to make sure I m comfortable. For a vehicle with 165k miles it drove phenomenal. Androw told his mechanic to change oil for me while we did the paperwork. Gave me a great price and also gave me a great deal on the warranty. I appreciate the help and most importantly the patience!!!!

Great customer service throughout the time I was there! I called and asked if the car that was posted was still available and it was. By the time I was there, I was able to test drive it. It ran very smoothly and the car was good as new. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for your service!

Excellent service! Ken was very helpful and easy to work with for my car purchase. He made the experience relatively smooth and easy and even delivered the car to a nearby mechanic I chose to look it over before purchasing it. I recommend checking out SRT Motors.

Very good service here. I needed a newer vehicle, and they had exactly what was listed online. I went to see the dealer in-person (Androw), the entire process was smooth. Androw was nice enough to pick me up from a car rental shop to drop me back off at SRT Motors to obtain my newer vehicle. I will most likely be doing business with these guys in the future, highly recommended dealership!

Spoke with Androw about a specific car I was looking for and he was able to find it in the exact spec I wanted. Thanks to his help and hard work I bought me BMW 335i M-sport sedan. Great price and great service!

I went to purchase my car from them ,good customer service, let me test dive it for about 15 20 minutes I called and asked if they still had the car ,by the time I got there,car was running hood popped up so I can check out the car ,gave me a little discount I would recommend this place good running cars they have no junk
