Came here for an oil change about a month ago, my experience was great! Everyone is so nice and I love the transparency, even if I scheduled the appointment for a oil change they will not do the work until it has been approved the day of, I love that I can change my mind at any point! They did an entire inspection of my vehicle and let me know any work that may need to be done moving forward. I came in today for some more work, and after returning home I am just as happy as the first time I had work done! Maybe the prices are a bit more than the chain shops but the experience, attention to customer care, as well as supporting a family business makes it worth every penny! I will absolutely be returning for all future work, as well as recommending all of my family and friends here! This business sets the standard of what an auto shop should be!

So happy to have discovered this local gem! I found a screw in one of the tires on my Jeep and was bracing myself for a very expensive repair or replacement. I called in the afternoon and they fit me the very next morning. Not only did they successfully remove the screw without any damage the tire, they didn t charge me for the service. Moreover, I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and clear communications and updates along the way. I don t think of auto repair shops as having exceptional customer service, but these guys truly do!

By far the best place to take your vehicle for all your needs. The entire team is kind and helpful, but most importantly they are honest and trustworthy. My whole family have been customers for many years, Advantage has helped us with basic maintenance through larger issues. I am grateful to have a place like Advantage to take my car. I know they will always be fair and have the best interest of their customers at heart. I will definitely be a customer for life! Thank you, Advantage. You guys are the best!!

Let me first start by saying, I didn t think it was possible for me to be MORE obsessed with my truck. I. Was. Wrong. Took my 08 Tahoe here to get a 6 lift and some 35s. Not only did they absolutely KILL this build, I received a comprehensive detail of my vehicle. What is recommended, what can wait, wait will be coming at me in the near future. Rest assured your vehicle gets ALL of the attention. I look forward to bringing it back now that I ve gotten it good and broken in!The build itself feels exactly as if GM made it this way off the line. Sturdy, holding up to what is thrown at it, and bonus IT LOOKS SO INSANE. Look at this thing, really look at it. They DID that!! I giggle like a jerk everywhere I go!Lift your truck, get the giggles, these guys are not going to do you wrong.

Great honest work. Was well informed on the repairs I needed with electronic quote that included photos/supportive documentation that work needed to be done. Work was completed efficiently and was provided with a rental car to get to work during the repairs. I left a pair of sunglasses in the rental by accident and received a voicemail when they found them to return to me without me even calling to see if I left them in there. You don't see honesty like that much anymore. Will be a returning customer.

I recently bought a car from an independent seller. I wanted to make sure that the car was in good condition. This was my first time at Advantage Auto. They provided me with thorough detail about what the car needs done. They did what I initially asked at a fair price. I am very thankful for their service. Will definitely be coming back!

Couldn't recommend them more. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly. Work was completed in a timely manner, even with my specific scheduling needs. Their courtesy inspection was thorough and my car is driving much smoother now.

These guys are great. They are professional and friendly .They have fixed the most complicated problems and when I drop.off my car I can reassure myself that the problem will be fixed and go about my day. They also provide rental which is a game changer. they repair time is economical and have used done business with Steve for years.

I ve used this shop twice in the past couple months, but my mom always took her car here and loved the guys, service, and honesty. I find they always make time and space to get my car looked at quickly and thoroughly. Both times I ve gone, I get frequent calls and check ins with updates, and any pricing and recommendations. I do like the text link with the service recommendations and pictures attached to each.

Advantage Auto is outstanding! I had an issue that forced me to take the car in. Didn't have a drop off scheduled but was able to get my vehicle in the shop to be worked on. The repairs and service were excellent. My Jeep was back to me in about two days

It s a really wonderful thing to be able to trust a service provider. So many of us just don t have the skills to handle car repairs, so we hold our breath and hope we can trust the mechanic we ve chosen. Well right here in Palmyra we have a business that can help us with the repairs while providing the peace of mind that comes with an honest businessman. The BEST customer service I ve received while taking my car to be serviced. They were thorough and honest with their feedback of my vehicle. They were patient when my husband called about the car and they made us feel very well taken care of. They were friendly and even left a cute little thank you gift when I picked up my car! They also provided a rental because they would need my car for a few days to fix it. I 10/10 recommend and will be going back. It s also within walking distance to my house so that s a plus. Thank you, guys!

I was referred to this station and to say that it was the best experience at a station is an understatement! Where to begin: a) loaner car provided so I could go to work b) easy contact back and forth c) detailed report available by text d) thank you gift in car was a nice touch e) HONEST! There was something that could be fixed but they stated it wasn t necessary yet. Can you imagine not pushing to do a repair. I have found where I will be going for all my SUV needs. Great customer service! They provide photos /detailed notes of problem areas, which is great since it proves the issue does actually exist. Only focused on fixing parts that needed immediate repair and didn't pressure me to get all issues resolved just so they could make as much money as possible. Will be going back in the future and would definitely recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Very professional, super friendly. As a healthcare worker, Advantage offered free oil change to essential workers. I truly appreciated that . They did an excellent job not only in the servicing my truck, but When I picked the truck up, I could tell it was wiped cleaned to due the pandemic. My interior was spotless. They also checked over the car for any other maintenance that it might need. Great place to do business. Highly recommend Advantage.
