SCAMMERI m compelled to write scam by this shop owner because I m so anguished and cannot let it go! I had a major body repair on my Nissan. When I picked up the car the owner said I d need 2 REAR tires replaced. I brought the car to have 2 REAR tires installed and paid 2@ $140=$280. I was in a rush to get to my appointment and I left the shop without checking if 2 new REAR tires were installed. (It was my very big mistake, but I had trusted them completely!) When I got home I saw the 2 rear tires still had old MICHELIN tires. So I brought the car to the shop and confronted owner the 2 rear tires were never replaced! He insisted he replaced 2 front tires, so I told him those front tires were replaced only 3 months ago and I asked to have 2 REAR tires replaced (per his recommendation). He asked his staff if my rear tires were replaced but his staff could not answer with certainty. I demanded he installs 2 REAR tires I paid for. The owner and his staff said they will take care of it. But that evening the owner called me in a very agitated voice questioning when I came in to have the tires replaced. I feel sick to my stomach I let him talk to me so disrespectfully after he scammed me. To make it clear I texted him all of these details for his records. Today he had the audacity to tell me I m fabricating the truth after what he did!! I still did not get 2 REAR tires installed nor my money back! This is so outrageous that this big shop owner would take advantage of people s trust. Someone has to teach him a lesson!

I just popped in early in the day to get my rear tires fixed (no appointment). The owner was very nice and fixed my tire that kept deflating within 30 min. Very fast. But I could tell the place could get packed quick. Great price and would recommend!

I wish I could write a good review because the owner seemed to be nice. Unfortunately I cannot because they1. Charged me for changing my air filters without my permission (cost me $80)2. Fixed my brakes but problems still persisted after 2 visits.I would not recommend coming to this shop.Service: Transmission

Best Autobody Repair shop in the area!My son dented the left side fender.Other places quoted well over a thousand dollars minimun with a wk to wk and a half time to finish the job. Got a quote from Woori for less than a half of what others quoted on Tues. Dropped off the car on that Friday @ 9:10am. Got a call to pick it up @ 11:30am!Can't ask for a better service.Highly satisfied and recommended!!

Really good people and very good service, I had my front suspension done on my E350 Mercedes and they gave me a very good price and helped me fix the lights for FREE. Highly recommended! Thank you for the amazing service !

My car was making a sound and i got my break pads installed here. Afterwards the SOUND was still there. I went back to them the next day and they Told me to come back in 1 month and if the sound is still there. Then they would install new ones.GUESS WHAT?!?!I WENT back after 1 month and they tell me that Now that they Can't install new ones!!! Grimey way to run a business if you ask me.In other WORDS.. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.YOU WILL REGRET ITand yeah I'm HEATED. but this review is the truth. I could have bent my words to make it sounds worse.

The owner is knowledgeable and honest, and the price is very reasonable. But there is no appointment system, first come, first serve, and the place is REALLY busy...so speak to the owner as loud as you can.

I went there for 2 different cars to get wheel balance and adjustment but I always had to go back because the car would still shake at high speeds. One time I went there to get tires changed and axle replaced at 10am but he didn't start fixing until literaly 4pm because wrong parts came in and he was tending to other customers. The job got done but I left at 7pm which was ridiculous for a relatively simple fix. The owner and staff are nice but I will not go back there.

Full synthetic oil change is $75 which is super high. Recommended and used fully synthetic engine oil on a 2005 car when conventional oil should've been used. These guys are suspicious and underhandedService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Looks like many people got into the same trick from this shop. I went there for an oil change which was told to be $60. They very casually told me they can inspect filters at the same time.When I came back, the bill came at $150 because they changed two filters without my consent and telling me the price.I originally intended to get a cheap oil change for $20 but got sold to get synthetic oil for $60. This is fine as I gave my consent. However, placing new filters without asking me for $80 is very deceptive practice.Stay away from this.

Be Aware!!i went there for oil change, and they told me i need my air filter changed.i asked for the price, the mechanic just walked away saying "it's not that much"I've changed air filter multiple times around the town, and know for the fact it's about $20, maybe 5 ~ 10 more depends on the shop.i know there is my fault involved for not chasing him down and checking the price which i should've done no matter how busy he was acting.When i had to pay, air filter change came out to $80!!!! $40 per piece.I know my car has only 1 filter, and i also check with other auto shops and they confirmed it too.i knew this mechanic was doing this for a long time.There was another lady with her car needs to be towed, when she asked for the price, the same guy said "Don't even bother, it's not that much" and did not disclose the price after she asked it for multiple times.I should've realized I was falling into the same trap right at that moment.I am not going back to this place ever, even if i have to push my car miles to get to another shop, i would rather do that than paying this guys.

Good luck getting the job done at this place without getting ripped off, if you dont know about cars don't go there.Had Check engine light for evap code and couldn't get inspection, owner said cabin air filter is clogged with debris and messing with the computer for correct analysis, paid 80 bucks for cabin air filter replacement, even gave 10 tip and said thank youWhen to other garage right after and told what they did just to be laughed at, they told me it was the evap code and clear the code told me to come back later and corrected the problem and complete my inspection

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND PERFORM WORK WITHOUT YOU EVEN REQUESTING IT! I went there to ask them just to reset the computer which literally needs only a change with their little device. Then they just switch some lights around, which takes all of 15 minutes. After everything is done, the manager asks for $10 then immediately changes to $20. I told him do $10 since he said that at first, then charges my card $20 without even telling me! DO NOT GO, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I went because this is only close by auto shop open on saturday after 2pm.. Pretty fast at oil change and did not really offer any other service like other reviews are claiming, which is nice for me since I just wanted one thing only. Also they put the air to my tire which had a warning on for free which is nice.

I've totally disappointed by the service they rendered. I replaced 2 tires and changed the spare tire there and I was totally shocked. They didn't completely tighten the nug bolts and lock bolt on my front wheel tire and the tire was almost out of the wheel with only few bolts left on the tire. They put my whole family in danger. Furthermore, they put used tire back to the wheel instead of putring a new tire that I paid for. You know what the manager said?"We don't know."Don't go there. They are neither professional nor responsible.

I only visited to check the estimate of the power steering fluid leaking and they fixed my car on site at a reasonable price. The wait time was 1 hour and 2 hours were spent repairing, but I am satisfied with the result.

Very friendly, quick and knowledgeable staff. Love the fact that the employees get together for staff lunches. Their teamwork shows in the level of service that they provide. Will always come to Woori before anyone else.

I never write reviews, but this place is the worst. They are Money Driven and never fixed the main problem. It was a waste of hundreds of dollars and I will definitely be finding another mechanic.

I was very afraid to visit this place becase the reviews on online was very poor.However, I had emergency situation and I went to this autoshop to replace my tires.They opned exactly on time and the survice was very fast, it took them about 30 minutes to change 3 tires.If I were to go to other place, it probably takes a lot longer than that.I personally was satisfied with the survice.

I have been using this shop for over two years for my car's maintenance, such as oil change, tire rotation etc, just basic stuff but when I took my car for brake rotor replacement, they told me that two brake calipers were also bad, needs replacement, I had to pay them full amount of repair and waited for the parts to come in for TWO months. yes Mazda 6 parts, took TWO months to get delivered to this shop., that's AFTER paying them for the full repair amount.BUT the worst thing is, when my car finally had the parts replaced, I found that they scratched my front bumper ! ...over $1,000 worth of damage was done while my car was in the shop, then the owner just flat denies that it happened in their shop. They refused to show me their CCTV video recordings and just called police ! I am filing law suit against this shop for the damages.Really terrible business ethics... !!!

Mr. Shim and the people who work at Woori helped me with tire replacement, tire alignment, and brakes. The performed maintenance is durable and of excellent quality. The work was done in good turnaround time. The people who work at Woori are knowledgeable and nice.

Took care of my tints. I m glad I went here as they were friendly and are sometimes available as late as 8PM.
