I think they sold the biz as it's a new couple there now but they are just as friendly and pricing still best around . Just replaced 4 tires for X5 (+brakes + whl alignment) ... I had checked with many others around and their pricing still the best. I will be coming back for replacing my Q7 tires next month! Keep up the good work!!

<Today 03/02/24> Yesterday morning, on my way to work, my 2018 Volvo XC90 T6 rear driver tire had a flat. Swapped to the spare donut and hoped that damaged tire could be plug+patched professionally. I live a few blocks from here so it was my first thought to ask this establishment if they can patch it correctly. EDDIE is the one who said it should and mechanic will remove the tire to verify. JOSE the mechanic was taking lunch but after, took the tire off the rim to confirm and was able to patch it properly. Worth the price paid and done within the hour. See photos. Also, scroll down for my first review done back on 04/08/17.<04/08/17> It is MY second time here. I know my parents bring their cars here. For me, the first time was to drop off mother's 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee for repair: water pump and belt. They do quality work at great price. Second time is for my 2007 Volvo XC90 V8 for a simple oil change. While they're draining the used oil, they check and fill my tires AND even the spare tire in the undercarriage. They inspect and fill up all fluids.

I am a car enthusiast and I have been coming here for 20+ years for tires for every type of vehicle. They have excellent pricing - period. Costco, Mavis are all typically 10-25% more. Last week I called with a rare size blown-out tire, 245-30zr20, and they got a replacement same-day. In fact, they told me on the phone if I could wait 1 or 2 days that the price would be less because they could get the tire from a cheaper, more distant warehouse. In the end they installed the same-day more-expensive tire at a better price than TireRack delivered-only. That story is just the most recent of my 20 years' worth of similar.With that said, I must say I was genuinely surprised to read some of the other reviews on here. I have had tires put on some pretty mediocre, (think "beater" Integra), as well as some nicer ones, (Evo 9, Type R), and I never felt like I was treated any differently for either. Every set of tires I had put on came out perfectly balanced and road like a brand-new vehicle.Some possible explanations / consolation to the reviewers that weren't happy... If you have a damaged rim, trust me, no amount of balancing or mounting will fix that... Tire models and names change more frequently than you'd think; do a quick cross-check if you're recommended something different than what you have, but these folks never steered me wrong... OEM-spec tires always cost more because that's what the car came with, but there's no reason to replace with the same...Listen, we all have tough days at work, and not that it gives anyone a "pass," but you never know what's it's like in the other person's shoes.

My tires weren't at a point to get replaced just yet and I had slow leaks in 2 of my tires. I came in to see what they can do and they were able to quickly plug the leaks. They resolved a problem of mine in a quick, efficient manner. I'll be sure to consider them for future services.

Had a very bad experience recently, brought the car to the repair shop for a check up and the owner told me to leave my vehicle there and pick up the day after also he told me how much I will need to pay also what needs to be fixed, since they did a check up.The second they evening time the owner is telling me to pay 400 dollars more than what he told me yesterday saying that there was actually some more problems to fix. WTH?What is this?1. They checked the vehicle the first day and told me what needs to fix and told me the total price that I need to pay2. On the second day I went there in the noon time to see if is ready to pick up and it was not. *over here* he had chance to tell me about the EXTRA FIX AND EXTRA CHARGE3. He has my phone number he did call me when it was ready to pickup in the evening but still didn t mention about the extra charge!4. Overall he had SOSOSOSO many chance and ways to tell me ahead but he DIDN T! DIDN T!Why are you deciding for me? Why you don t ask if I want to pay that extra money or not? Why???They are basically MAKING me to pay that money BECAUSE they already fixed it.

My mother had a car emergency while driving in Pal Park last week and called the nearest repair shop in a panic. I'm grateful that these guys took the time to calm and guide her to their shop and explain everything to her in a non-condescending way. Once they realized the repair would take a while longer than expected, they were gracious enough to offer a loaner car that they had on hand. On top of that they stayed open an extra 15 mins at closing time to make sure she was handed the keys when she couldn't make it there on time due to Turnpike traffic. Wonderful, classy guys who did great and speedy work on the actual repair once the parts came in.Would recommend. 10/10

Super friendly and accommodating folks here. Fair pricing and great quality of work to go with it. Nice waiting room to pass the time.**5 Year Review**Again, fantastic place to get your car serviced. Mom and Pop prices along with Mom and Pop honesty. That's why I keep coming here. Super friendly, honest, and very transparent in all of the work they do. Very difficult to find a place with all those attributes.My father owns a car shop, and I have worked there for years so I know the pricing very well. Unfortunately, I moved away and can no longer take advantage of the family perk. That being said, I never once felt like I was over charged or have unnecessary work done. Always drove away feeling I got my repairs done in the most honest way possible. Piece of mind, that is priceless.

I was leaving work and realized I had a screw in my tire. I googled the closest tire shop and found tire outlet. I drove over there after putting air in my tire and withing 15 minutes I had a plug in the hole and the tech even topped off the air in my other tires and it only cost $15. Professional, quick, and easy.

Tire Outlet went above and beyond for me in an emergency situation. Ran over some debris on River Road (of course) and my tire light goes on 5 minutes into my drive onto rt 46. We went to the closest tire place on Google Maps and are so thankful we did!My car uses low profile tires that are NEVER readily available. I had told them not to order a tire because I thought my mom had a spare, and that I would bring it in the morning. When I found out that we didn t have it, they had already closed and I had promised I d bring the tire there 8am that morning.Despite having many customers on a busy Saturday, they ordered the tire for my car and personally drove to get it. From phone call to completion, it took TWO HOURS. I ve never gotten a tire for my car that quickly. And the price was extremely fair, especially for the hassle I gave them.Extremely friendly people, very clean and comfortable waiting room, and amazing service. Couldn t have been luckier to find this place when I was down on my luck!

This place is a hidden gem! I got really bad pothole and my tire was badly damaged. I was very limited in time, cause I had to leave to Boston that day. So I called them around 11am. They found same exact tire (which is not common size), ordered it and replaced it in few hours, so I was on my way to Boston again around 1pm. Very happy with their job

I have been going to Tire outlet many years not only to replace some bad tires, but also to take care of all my cars trouble. Tire outlet always charges very reasonable price, and provides precise and quick service. Today, I went in Tire Outlet to replace my old MDX s battery and I was able to drive out in 20minute. I noticed that the management has been changed, but it only got better.Office staffs and technicians are very friendly, and the waiting area has been upgraded. :) I was able to stay comfortably. I strongly recommend Tire outlet.

Great customer service and very good price. I came in with issues with brakes and ended up needing to replace the whole system and they gave me a very good price. Before starting the job, I got quotes from other places and Tire Outlet s price was much cheaper. Now I know who to trust with my vehicle above all else. I will be going there for all future needs for my vehicles.They were very helpful in explaining what needs to be done to fix the issue. I appreciate your quality of service and will look forward to doing business with you in the future.

We stopped here at the Tire Oulet to replace a tire because it had a large nail in it. The stafg informed us there was no need to spend money on a new tire they could repair it. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to notice that we also needed a sensor replaced. The cost was very reasonable and the service was quick. We had such a great experience and highly recommend.

I had a great experience with tire outlet yesterday! Needed a tire patched as they were closing but they waited for me to get there and were extremely efficient and honest. They had a nice little waiting room and gave my kids the remote to put on a show they wanted to watch, but to their disappointment we were out of there 10 minutes later Would definitely recommend them for your tire needs.

There's a reason there's rarely a wait. Owners don't know much about cars and will treat you differently based on the price of your car. They pretend to know what you're talking about until they realize you know more than they do. That's when they'll refer you to their mechanic who seems to know more but will not keep you informed. You need to hunt him down to find out what was done on your car because the owners will outright lie to your face that everything was done, then tell you to speak with the mechanic if you ask for details, only to hear brand new information.Prices not competitive. If it seems this place is giving good prices, it's because they're using overly cheap materials and fluids.They do all maintenance, not just tire related. I'd recommended Costco for tires or the auto shop next door to this place--Woori Auto--though. Better service, more experienced and knowledgeable mechanics at Woori.In the end, this place favors (preys on?) people with luxury brand cars that don't speak English and don't know much about their own cars. I have seen the owner get up out of his seat to greet such a man and shake his hand--he did not do this with the other people that walked in.

My car is a 2019 BMW 530e XDr and I have only received dealer service but this time I have replaced two tires, straighten rims, and even aligned them. The new owner fixed the waiting room well, and the partition was well installed to prevent covid, and the wifi was good, so I could wait comfortably. I've got about a thousand miles now and it's as smooth as it used to be. thanks! Tire outlet!

I went to get my tire fixed here because they gave me such a cheap price for it. After 20 minutes there, they told me that my rim needed to be fixed which would cost another $150. I left and got a second opinion about the rim. I was told that the rim was fine and that the damage was just cosmetic. Do not come here because they will try to tell you that there are things wrong with your car just to get more money out of you. Save yourself the trouble and go to an honest repair shop.

This place has the best tire service I have ever had in my life, at the best prices, and I've done it all.Tire outlet, gives you the best service, at the fastest time possible, and at the best price. I have deal with mechanic shops in New Jersey, Queens, Upstate NY, and I have also deal with those mechanics that stand in front of the Autozones soliciting business. All of them put together couldn't beat Tire outlet, on service, friendliness- too friendly, speed of repairs, and price. Only junk yard can beat their price. You can't go wrong with this shop.

I ve just gotten my tires changed at this shop. I called in, got a quote, then had my tires changed. Smooth transition, polite and professional service. Reasonable price as well.Sometimes bad reviews are unreliable bc people be crazy and angry about some unrelated issues.

unreliable!! I know oil change there is just cheap. And Their personality is also cheap. I brought the damaged car by accidnt and they didn't start the inspection. Not before the insurance company does it because they want to swallow the whole dumb insurance money. They gave me over $2500 charge after insurance inspection and I got $950 to fix everything.Funny thing is they offered me free rear bumper installation which was not involved in the accident. So~ cheap. well of course I said no they charge me over $350 for parking on the road and Misc. fee for $100. That was one of the worst choice that I myself made from the beginning and I learned with expensive cost. Do not go there. Not ever again this Cheap~people.

Went there. Installed 4 all new tires. and drove Rt 80 after they finished. My car was shake 70-75 miles. so, went again again again 5 times. They kept check tire balance. i asked them what about tires? something wrong? Finally i asked then new tires. they changed front 2 tires again. and fine....NOT 100%.spend too much time to there. :( not recommend here

Poor service unknowledgeable tech not being able to complete an alignment. The owner still want to charge for a full price because time was spent and he doesn't care if the job was done. Ask for $20 per tire ONLY TO UNMOUNTING tires from the rim which only took 1 minute per rim. What a rip off place nobody should go.

Owner thinks I dont know anything about car tire saying if u go to the dealership they will charge u more than what this place charges etc and he is trying to rip off for just cleaning the tire, I called the dealer on spot and asked since I have bumper to bumper service, everything included. He showed bad attitude and poor service!

I went to this place to replace my 2 front tires that were losing air. Tires were replaced.. but center caps on both tires went missingWhen confronted, the owner kept denying and claimed that those caps were probably stolen elsewhere...But I know it was in this store that the caps went missing because I put air into those 2 tires every other day for 2 weeks prior to the job as they were losing air. Plus, if someone stole the caps... why would they just steal 2 front ones?On top of that, he tried to convince me to do all these different jobs on my car as my car was about to 'fall apart'.... My car's fine....It could be that his employee who does the job was the one who stole my caps... but owner is just as guilty with his irresponsible and careless customer service.If I can, I would rate this place ZERO stars. Pathetic business practice

DONT FALL VICTIM. Dishonest business owner at front desk. Do not support this business. It doesn't deserve your money. Give your patronage to honest businesses who earn, not scam, their dollars.I called for a quote on 2 tires, he said $175. I confirmed twice by asking "is that the total cost for both wheels?" He responded "yes" TWICE.When I arrived, he casually said he will add $10 for mount and balance. Which by the way, their banner in the front says "Free mount, balance" (Really?).Then after I confirmed the price again in person, he charges my credit card for $370 + tax. When I looked at him in utter shock, He said he was quoting for one tire when he spoke with me 5 minutes ago.... I argued that he confirmed $185 for both twice on the phone and also in person. I asked him three times clearly in his native language, this is not a language issue. I have never felt so cheated.This was the business owner btw. Very dishonest and misleading. Do not support this business. It doesn't deserve your money.

I use this tire vendor often, they always have a tire for your budget. And the quality of the tires are great. It's a one stop shop, tires, mounted balanced and get a wheel alignment. I would recommend everyone try them out that have tire needs for their car.
