Needed to have my front bumper repaired and they fixed it right on the spot, didn't have to wait days to have it repaired. Excellent service, excellent repair! Great price with friendly service. Terrible experience , another body shop dropped my car without telling and they had it for four-week- two weeks past the original estimate. Got it back with missing sensors and a broken door. Oh and they had taken the contents of my trunk. .they told me to file a complaint with my insurance adjuster.Never seen anything like it.Deciding if we should sue them before someone else does

Columbia Auto Body has been my go to for the past 10+ years. Whether it was insurance repairs or small fender benders, their service and value cannot be matched. Ive always been told make sure you these 3 things in life: a good doctor, a good lawyer, and a good mechanic/auto shop. Columbia Auto is mine for life!

the paint guy mixes the paint well and sprays the paint down well, the positives end there. the guys that do the prep are clueless, very bad at sanding, priming and taping off areas. trim pieces that should be removed from the vehicle before prep and paint, arent. overspray all over, paint peeling a few months later due to terrible prep, etc. and they get mad when you show them errors and mistakes and try to blame the customer. dont bring your car here for any elective work, you'll regret it. if your car isn't a luxury brand vehicle then they dont care about doing a good job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Very friendly staff. After going to two different shops to get my photo inspection done without success they were able to do it in a matter of 5 minutes. If i have an issue with my car i will take it here without a doubt.

Insurance fraud - Repair cost overpriced ~$1,000; this shop defrauded my repair bill for over ~$1,000 and did a sloppy job that the paint started to chip two months after repair. Filed a police report and reported to insurance company for insurance fraud. Reason why I chose this shop was I had a good conversation with the owner and trusted they will a good job on my car, later I realized not only I was overcharged ~$1,000 on my repair bill but the office manager completely lost her temper and shouted "get out" when I questioned them on the quality of their job and overpriced car repair. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!

They will make up prices as they go. Went in for an estimate, they come back with $1300. I asked them to itemize their charges on paper and they couldn't do it. They claimed to have "lost our file in the system" and wanted me to bring the car back in for what I guess is the "real" estimate. There's plenty of body shops around to get ripped-off in. Add these guys to that list.

If you want your car to look like orange peel, this is a perfect place. I complaint to the owner about this horrible job they did on my brand new car, and his comment was "dont get hit by cars if you dont want your car to look like this"I just walked out of his face.
