I have been using them for over 5 years to do both maintenance and emergency repairs on my 2014 BMW X5, I would not use any other repair services. They have always been spot on with diagnosing the problems and fixed them for a fair price. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. So glad I found them. THANKS AGAIN RICHIE

I smelled something burning. Come to find out this guy Richie had the wires for my battery not configured right. Car almost caught on fire. Then he tells me the the the piece missing for my car is in his shop . All I wanted was to program my key. Don t go there

These guys are electrical geniuses , had a problem that two other shops could not fix ! Richie took my car in & had me back on the road same day! very reasonable price especially after all the work that was done ! Thanks again !!

Great response to phone calls and overall communication. I took my car in the morning. Rich was kind enough to make sure I got a ride home while they serviced my car. I was given fair pricing and also I was called to make sure I wanted the work done and agreed with the pricing before proceeding. My car was fixed within one day as promised. I will be bringing my car here for servicing for now on. As a woman, it's always hard to know if you're being taken advantage of when it comes to choosing a mechanic. We just want some one honest and will not try to rob us because we may not know about cars. I don't feel like that with Richie's auto repair. I will definitely be back.

Amazing service! I will not have anyone else work on my BMW. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Used Richie to do an AC repair at our house. He showed up on time, and did exactly what he said! This location does great work. You can tell that all employees are extremely knowledgeable in reference to the in s & out s of cars. They are reasonably priced, quick with their service & more than accommodating. THE WORST SHOP EVER ! He is not professional and not as knowledgeable as he seems. I had power steering issues my car was leaking fluid. I took it to him at first he said it was the pump, so he replaced that, I went to pick my car up dayssss later drove it not even a half of mile turned right back around cause it was still barely any power steering, so he kept it again for a couple days and then I had to keep calling him for an update. He said it was the rac opinion, supposedly had fixed it. I picked it up and my power steering was STILL hard. He said I just needed a wheel alignment, took it back for a THIRDDDDD time. I paid 1,300+ in total just for it to STILL be broke, that was it i was NOT TAKING it back again. Literally a WASTE of time and money. I took it to someone else who had to fix all the problems he didn t I Do not recommend AT ALL. Will NEVET GO BACKService: Steering & suspension repair

Thank you for servicing my Audi. Mechanic had a mobile service to help with dead battery and serviced my repair for my Audi Q5. Services completed were water pump and hose. Mechanic provided timely updates and repairs agreed upon prior to labor being completed. Thank you.

This guy completely ripped me off charged me 650$ for an altanator w/o even lookn the car job should be no more than 490 when I tried to take it to a more reasonable mechanic he held it for a 250$ storage fee and threatened if I didnt pay in 39 days he would get an abandonment title sheesh do business with this guy if you WANT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MISOGYNISTIC AND MEANServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery
