The customer service here is outstanding! Shane & his crew takes care of the customer's need for a very reasonable price. I had my engine motor-mounts replaced, it's back riding smooth & brand new. i appreciate you guys, wonderful experience! keep up the great work. Ramos Auto is the way to go!

I highly recommend this auto shop! Everyone was nice, and Steve and Shane were very helpful and patient when answering my many questions. They are trustworthy and honest, and they did a great job taking care of me and my car. I'm glad to have found them and will be definitely going back there if needed. Thank you!

My second time getting my Jeep serviced here. Customer service is excellent and they listen to your complaints and don t try to sell you something you don t need. I complained twice about my brakes but I was told the meat on the pads were good but I had the dealer replace them last year. My brakes made noise, grind, and would skip coming down a hill. Took my Jeep back to the dealer 5 times but nothing was fixed. I feel the parts were probably defective and/or dealer didn t want to admit their wrong. Had Ramos replace the dealer brakes and I m very satisfied. Definitely feel a difference and now I know the dealer brakes were hindering my acceleration. I wish I found them a year ago and I will be bringing my other car here for oil changes too. Thank you for making my Jeep safe and making me feel safe driving her.

Awful experience with this place!!! I was referred here for my vehicles broken door handle. To summarize . I initially called and spoke to the front desk person who was incredibly nice and helpful. I immediately thought this place is great. I asked what was the latest time I could bring my vehicle for a consultation and he assured me 5. I advised that o was coming from far and asked was he sure? Did I need to call before coming he said no, just come and it would be fine. That day when I went to take my vehicle I couldn t open the door so I called him back and told him I wouldn t be coming. Next day, I was able to get in so called just to reconfirm that it was ok to still come. He, again, said it was no problem. I got off work, drove like a mad woman to get there by 5. Got there, asked for the person I spoke to. He took 10 mins to get outside and then I was told it was too late. I advised I asked not once but 3xs he said he knows and that he asked and they told him yes but we re now saying no and he apologized. I was FURIOUS but they were apologetic and said they would give me a discount and take care of me when I brought it back. I scheduled to bring it back Saturday am, 1st appt. He took my info and said he would just order all the parts and whatever was not needed would send back. Prior to Saturday he called me and told me parts were received and we were good to go. I got up at 6 to make sure I was first car in. I arrived Saturday, 10 mins shy of 8. First this same young man acted as if he was confused why I was there. I reminded him who I was, he then APOLOGIZED again and said they didn t bring the part and that I would have to come back. FURIOUS again, I demanded to speak to the manager because he told me he had the part and assured me to come yet again wasting, time, patience and gas! Manager comes and scolds the worker and advises that he should have followed up with me and made him get on the phone to find the part I thought ok, he is accountable and going to resolve the issue waited hourssssss, got some other work done while waiting costing an unexpected cost just shy of 1000, still no door handle at this point . Finally advised that the piece needed to be ordered and would be there until following week. They seem nice & the manager seems as if he is trying to fix the mistake so I continue to work with them, plus they have great reviews. The manager is now personally calling me to keep me informed about my parts arrival. Part arrives, I go back waste more hours only to be advised the wrong part was rcvd and he again will need to reorder!! At this point I m frustrated, aggravated but he seems sincerely apologetic and claims he ordered the correct part, they sent the wrong part(my issue here is why wasn t the part verified once rcvd? Part needed had a lock and this one had no lock?) I left my car to avoid back and forth, at this point now part was supposed to come 3xs and didn t. I had to hitch a ride home. I got the call that my car was ready. He told me cost would be 567. I get there and charged 667 which he took off 30 bucks like I was supposed to be thrilled when he told me my price was 567. I paid, left, got home to discover they must have switched my car front handle with the back door handle because my back door is now like the front door was and it wasn t like this when I left my car there because if it was I would have requested that be fixed as well!!!! OVER 1600 later and this place has truly gave me an experience I will never forget!!! I will be filing a claim!! BEWARE to all that use them!!!!!

Decided to try this place based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Very polite and friendly staff. I first came on a busy afternoon and asked if I could come back early the next day which I did and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. They are quite busy but they take the time to deal with each customer individually so... be patient! Btw, I had to get my tires rotated and balanced.

Great customer service and very fair pricing. They also work with extended warranty partners, which is really helpful. Ramos auto was recommended to me by another mechanic and they did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Mr. Roberto was very professional and they did an exceptional job. I went to get my brakes replaced ,they even checked my wiper and coolant levels, all of that done in less than two hours . Mr Roberto even buffed a scratch I recently saw on my fender. Everyone there is very pleasant as well.

I've gone several times to Ramos Auto body for various things. Most recent work was for bearings and a bushing on my 2009 Chevy Cobalt. They always do a very good job within the agreed upon timeframe. Roberto and his staff are patient, respectful and explain everything. Prices are reasonable and they maintain good communication with you. Highly recommended.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Was told about this auto shop by a family member. Gave them a shot once I purchased a used car for daily use. The quote came back same day, and the price was reasonable and the repair took no time at all. I highly recommend Ramos Auto Repair. They helped me when no one else would. They did a great job and and my car back to me in a timely manner. The staff was also very professional and polite. I will definitely work with them again if I'm ever having troubles.

An efficient and honest mechanic is hard to find, but I found one! As usual they were readily available. Roberto and George have exceptional people skills and didn t mind explaining mechanical issues and repair options to me in way I could understand! Was able to get my brakes done at a great price. Went to pep boys down the street asking too much for basic brakes. These guys went above and beyond for my brakes. That s the only service I received from them. So five stars for their service. I ll say this. The window wiper blades you sold me are terrible. So I took a star away cause my money was wasted on that. I would come back for the brake service again.

Roberto is a straight forward mechanic. No nonsense. Rare breed of a mechanic. He doesn t lie like most mechanics traditionally do.
