Conning & Disrespectful, Not gonna say it s a race thing but check the reviews Old guy uses his Age and his Old computer as an excuse to give you a quote of the top of his head they made it sound so affordable that I agreed, ($1,400 qouted approx.)he had two points of contact being myself and my friend we ll call her LaLa he would only contact her as she knows very little to nothing about cars he said it would need some more money I went to the store personal had the conversation the new Qoute was about $2020 this was a structured quote including parts and labor and should be final as it was agreed to by both sides. I made the $700 deposit. The Old guy keeps calling Lala asking for more money but didn t call myself who made the deposit she reached told him to stop reaching out to here as he s confusing everybody went back there to have the conversation he says some of the parts are here and saying we need more money being totally vague .I said need more money for what? We already agreed on the quote and you re not doing anything extra outside of the quote, you can t keep raising the quote for the same repair when we already agreed on a price. He s saying well that s what he s doing and to get out his store Had a verbal battle to which he said he ll return the items and give me my refund ..he said it would take 2 weeks. Went there on Friday to ensure my moneys would be ready for pickup in Saturday , he now decides he s not giving me refund except he want to sell me the bumper for my deposit when the bumper clearly costs less than $500 via the qoute so I asked him if I took the bumper where is my rest money he responses that s my price so currently the service was never completed due to this conflict and he doesn t want to give me my money back .he says I ll be wasting my time reporting him and his company. One thing I m certain of I m gonna get my money back.

I am glad that I took my car to this auto body shop for they made me so happy when I looked at my car after the accident. The owner and his staff were helpful in more ways than just auto body repair. I highly recommend that you take your car to this shop if you need your car fixed. It looks like new. When you want kindness from a person you have to give it in order to receive it. I got nothing but respect and kindness from the staff and the owner even his family members were very nice when assisting me with my business in fixing my car. I can only say I wish I had known them for a previous accident because there work is exceptional and the work looks great. Respectfully Grace.

Great experience! Mr. Arty's prices are reasonable and his employees do awesome work. I plan on returning next year spring time to have a full paint job done.

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. The owner, Art, took his time with me, giving me his full attention. Art also refused to let me walk home in the cold and drove me to my home. His team was professional, my car looked better than when I bought it. His team walked me through all of the repairs they did and did not send me out until I gave my approval. Thanks guys, greatly appreciated!

After a car hit my parked car, a friend referred me to Du Rite. I experienced wonderful customer service. My car looks as if nothing ever happened. What a wonderful job. I would more then recommend this shop!

I am only giving them one star because I have to give it at least one in order to post this...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They charge $50 for a written estimate!!! When I asked the owner why this was the case, he told me that he won't have his policies questioned. The mechanic that referred me to this place was embarassed.

Don't go to them. They take short cuts especially if you're a woman. They will do the bare minimum to make your car look done with no shame. They don't care.Service: PaintingService: Painting

These people are old school crooks they will try to get extra money from you and they can t paint properly .no good customer service at all the owner is a real a hole. Do not take your car there.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I shouldn't even give this place a star this place is the worst place to fix ur car the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful all because he over charged us and the insurance had already paid him he is very Dis honest and poor poor service my advice to u don't waste ur time and money atDU RITE AUTO BODY at 43 CENTRAL ave

THIS SHOP IS A JOKE. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE THAT WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING THEY DO THE OWNER, ART, WILL CUSS YOU OUT, TELL YOU TO GO $#@%! YOURSELF AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IN ANY WAY. SAVE YOUR EFFORT AND TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REAL SHOP THAT VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS.
