The website doesn't allow you to book a tire rotation so I called and the phone rang for 10 minutes. This store only has one employee work the desk for the auto center and she was the only nice part about coming to Walmart. I drove 20 minutes to find out they don't do walk ins and I have to make an appointment for the next week for a rotation. If the website just allowed me to book it myself or if the store had enough people to work the auto desk I wouldn't have had to waste my time driving only to find out I can't get anything done today.

I had 4 tires installed in Dec 2023, they put hubcap installed wrong in 3 tires, in one tire air valve was totally covered with hub cap.

Got smart and made an appointment for 9am Sunday on the Wednesday before. Tires ordered, everything confirmed... I arrived, checked-in and was told "it'll be about an hour." Great. Good. I'll walk around. 1 hour later, the car isn't even in the bay yet. 2 hours later, still sitting in the lot. Hour 2�, after tracking down the manager, it finally gets pulled in. Hour 3 and I'm finally done getting TWO TIRES INSTALLED. On a Sunday morning, they have one person from 7am, another from 9am and then NO ONE ELSE until 11am when two more arrive, and that's hoping no one calls out. There's zero chance to catch-up when you have 2 people at the busiest time. WHAT'S THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT THEN?!

Bought tires online and scheduled an install here. Came early for my appointment and was told they refuse to do the install since the tires are 'to low profile' [245 40 18] on my stock audi. This was after I called the store, confirmed the installation and asked if the warranty I bought was paid for online or the store. The so called manager that came to talk to me was completely useless and couldn't care less. Go to a real tire spot. Cheaper isn't betterService: Tires

I purchased 4 new tires to get installed, but he didn't want to do the job on my older nissan, so he said my lug studs are bad. FYI had new hubs & wheel bearings installed 7 months ago. The next day, I got them installed somewhere else, no problem. I felt like ripping his lip ring out for not doing his job at Walmart.

Theee worst open until 7 its 545 calling to see if they have a tire i need for tmo, nobody answers the phone. Great job you non union garbage

Decent crew helping out with installation of new tires . I would strongly recommend to get there at the earliest possible time of the day as it gets busy quickly

I had to change some headlight bulbs and taillight bulbs and decided to take my car to Walmart and have them do it. The price is very reasonable. Everyone was so nice, from the people at the register to the mechanics. They were quick and got the job done. I'll definitely be back.

Based on the reviews of this and other Walmart tire sales, I m going to buy my tires here and have them installed by a real tire shop. Down south they actually are professionals and tend to a customer. I guess it s the Jersey ignorant irresponsible lazy thing. Pretty lame for such an enormous retailer. Thank You to all who posted reviews. You saved me having to deal with incompetent folk.

I came to Walmart this weekend because I ordered tired and thought I mistakenly canceled my order. I spoke with Christian and Alex in Auto Service department. Christian checked my order and was able to confirm I still had my order. Alex went to check if my tires had arrived and confirmed they were there. He also helped me reschedule my appointment for next available day. I really do appreciate them for helping me very helpful and professional.

I wish I could give Walmart auto care zero stars. They ruined the covering on my emergency break lines of my car. I took them to install new tires and they weights they used were too big. The weights rubbed up against the covering and wore them down to nothing while I was driving. They then proceeded to tell me this could have happened from anything. Don t bring your car to Walmart. They hire people who don t know what they re doing.

This is the most disorganized and ghetto place to bring your car. My mechanics on vacation so I had to come here last minute and it was awful, no one was assisting the one worker with his long line, a person walked in and literally stood right in front of me after I was waiting for a half hour and I'm not about to argue in a Walmart that's beneath me so I let it be. And I specifically asked them to fill my tires with the oil change which they did not do. I feel bad for my car, I feel they did it a disservice.

Called to book an appointment. Guy picked up the phone and started mumbling. Made me wait for 20 minutes and hung up on me. Nice hire, Walmart!

So ordered for tires to arrive Wed for a Thurs installation. Showed up Thursday one of my tires was still not delivered. A courtesy call would have been nice. I had to drive 40 mins from work to get here for my appointment. Upside, they worked with me and fitted my car with what they had in stocks which was not preferred brand , but was comparable. Ok service.

Went to purchase a tire I was attended to by Kalifa(spell check) I asked for a tire he indeed have in stock and I was on my way . it took me longer to get there than waiting for service .I had a great expirence and will return in the near future

Yes, you might have to wait over an hour to get your tires installed and they might not always pick up the phone when trying to call for an appointment. However, i felt like when they picked up and during the visit i got good professional service when changing two tires. Hai did a good job explaining warranty before service and afterwards mentioning what he has marked that was recommended.

I went in for a new battery and this is what they did to my car. I was told they would replace the piece, however they only glued it back together. I had to repair it myself, I contacted corporate and was told I would be reimbursed. When I went in to speak with the manager (Hector) I was laughed at and never reimbursed. Stay as far away from this place as you can! 0 stars if I could.

Reasonable for car battery..price includes installation. Wait time about an hour. Only drawback, I felt bad for the woman working behind the register..she was the only person handling the department & you could tell she was a little overwhelmed with all the customers & tasks she was handling. But she kept her cool & was professional.

I would give them 0 star if I could instead of 1 star because in the website it says they close at 7.00pm I m here at 5.12 pm I needed a service for my car it has a flat tire but the guy is like we closed now. I requested him so much but still he refused to do his job before he even closed. Very very very very worst service..I don t understand why people don t do their job in the given time

Very poor customer service. Inattentive and Impatient employees. You're trying to talk to them and they act like they're trying to get rid of you asap while having personal conversations with each other, as you are standing in front of them.Made a 10am appointment to get tires installed, got there at 9:40, car didn't get into the shop until 11:15. Was only supposed to take about an hr, I didn't get done until 1pm. Wasted half a day waiting.Their only saving grace is the techs I talked to were very nice and helpful

Will not take my car hear again. Friendly, but understaffed at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes to just speak with someone. They were able to take me in fairly quick and oil change took about 30 minutes (standard). However, the car was making an odd unusual noise and oil was dripping in my garage afterwards. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I just called the store three times. The first time the woman said "please hold" - then hung up. I called back and said I wanted to have my tire changed and asked for an appointment. She said it is first come first serve and HUNG UP. I called a third time and asked how I know if they have my tire in stock. She said give me the number and I'll check. Before I could even finish the number she said, no I don't have that in stock. I then tried to ask if I could have one ordered and have it installed when it arrives. She HUNG UP BEFORE I COULD EVEN FINISH MY SENTENCE. So rude! I wouldn't give this auto care center my business, I don't care how much it costs me to go somewhere else!

bad service they never answer the phone you call and call and they don't answer you it's not because they're busy working on a car it's because they're busy on their cell phones one has to go in person to make an appointment this is something that happened to me I went on a Friday to make an appointment appointment they tell me that saturday is already full but that on sunday or monday they have appointments available and i want to make an appointment on monday at 8 in the morning i go on monday at 8 in the morning the place is closed when the webside says it opens wings 7:00 a.m. and closes at 7:00 p.m. ok finally someone arrives and tells me that they cannot install my tires because they have a problem with the air compressor that has been damaged for 2 days with the air compressor damaged my question is why they did not call me to cancel my appointment a day before if it is not that they make me go when I arrive the place is closed and after they tell me that they can't install my tires what a waste of time I would recommend buying your tires and installing them somewhere or walmart change the people they have working

This is in no way shape or form reflective of he people that I am trying to schedule with to perform work. How do you have a store that has an auto center that is to book appointment ments and the phone rings for 5 minutes before it bounces you to someone who says they are very busy and then after itreings for another two minutes then they hang up on you. People who work on cars shouldn't also have the responsibility to answer the phone to book appointments....just saying simple business common sense

Very slow. Waited over 2 hrs to have one tire patched. They have five guys working and all they are doing is standing around talking to each other. No one apologizes to the customer about the length of time they are taking. Walmart needs to monitor the workers. Terrible customer service. Gave it 1 star because it wouldn t let me post without putting a star.
