We found Sandrou s Auto repair shop quite a few years back when we needed a local repair shop. We were taking our cars all the way to Queens, which was an inconvenience to say the least. So we needed someplace nearby, which also made a convenient when we found Sandrou s Auto Repair on Englishtown road. They are very friendly and reasonable. I ve referred some of my friends to this shop and they were happy with the results. I highly recommend this place. You will not be sorry if you bring your vehicle here. He has worked on all three of our vehicles for a little over 9 years.

For the last several years Sandrou has worked on/repaired my vehicles. I appreciate his expert advice and patience in explaining the issues. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else to be serviced!

He diagnosed the problem and identified the issue, fixed it as promised on-time and went out of his way to accommodate. Very friendly and professional and most importantly, very honest. I have moved away from this area but still take my car too him when I have an issue. Thank you for your hard work and honesty.

The best service he provides me for my car jaguar. We know him for years. He did our before and now.He had the car for months in the garage from my insurance but he help me a lot through my all process and get done with great service like a family. Im so thankful to you buddy.

He s very respectful. He looks over my truck, gave me a price for labor and parts and stuck to it. He does exactly what you want and doesn t try to add more work to it to charge more money like other mechanics.

Rare gem, honest mechanics are hard to come by, doesn't try upsell you like big chains establishments. Did great work in good time.10/10 would recommend

I took my car to the Mercedes dealer for work. They quoted me a very high price and added repairs that they said were necessary. I was finally fed up with the price gouging at the dealer. I asked around and was referred to Sandrou. He did the work for less than half the price and was able to find out that the tacked on services that the dealer recommended were in fact not needed. The honesty was very much appreciated. The work was done promptly while at the dealer it takes forever to get basic things done. You actually get to speak to the knowledgeable mechanic rather than a sales person who is trying to sell you services. I decided I will no longer be taking my car to the dealer again when I have an honest and capable mechanic like Sandrou. I m so glad I was referred to him and I will be referring others.

Brought my vehicle to Sandrou's to get looked at. Turned out I needed to have my engine re-built. It wasn't going to be a cheap fix. I had a plan with a company that rhymes with Shmar-Shmield, who I thought would take care of the costs. Don't FALL FOR the Shmar-Shield commercials! They're horrible.While Shmar-Shmield took forever to process my claim and only gave me 15% of what they should have covered, Sandrou kept my vehicle stored and worked with me every step of the way in the process. I cancelled that plan.Sandrou is professional, courteous, and the best damned mechanic around.After beginning work on my vehicle, Sandrou called to let me know that not only did the engine need rebuilding, but that I needed a new cat-con. Even with that additional cost, Sandrou was more than fair with his pricing.Now that I have my vehicle back, it runs like a dream. From something as simple as changing a head-light to rebuilding an engine, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Sandrou's and get it fixed right.

Had an issue with my alternator and battery... repaired quickly and didnt try to sell me services i didnt need. Very honest and caring. Explained it was my only vehicle and went above and beyond to get it running quickly for me! Great work by Sandrou and his team. My Mazda now feels and drives like a new car. It was due for necessary major repairs and service. Didn't need breaker was told I did.Didn't need oil change. But he did.Was told rear breaks were shot. 1/4 pad left. Front was 1/2. Missing rear mud flap.

Sandrou is awesome. I'm incredibly used to men talking past me to my husband when I'm the mechanically inclined one - but when I told him this was my jeep, that I worked on myself, he directed everything to me and no 'honey' or condescension or any of that stuff. He was fair, knew what he was doing, rolled with the punches (Murphy's law plagued us on this one) and still didn't overcharge me. Every time I use Sandrou s I m happy. His prices are fair. I ve never had an issue with anything he s done. I have recommended so many people to my friends and others and they all love him. Went in for a flat tire to get repaired and was done within 20 minutes. Great people, got greeted once I entered and the repair guy even filled my spare tire which also was low on air that I didn t even know about. Didn t charge me extra for that and my tire was all good once done. Great guys, will always come here for any problems I have.Service: Tires

The best service and mechanic around! Every time I take my Rav4 in, whether for standard service or some issue, Sandrou provides excellent service and is thorough in checking over the car to diagnose, clearly explain the issue and how best to repair it, along with reasonable costs for it. Starter on my vehicle was replaced and repaired. I was called with a price quote before starting service. My vehicle was done the same day. I even recieved a ride back to their garage to make my payment and pickup my car.I've used them in the past and would like to recommend them to anyone in the area.
