I have only excellent reviews of my experience at Quality Chevrolet. The sales rep , along with the manager and the entire staff were knowledgeable, patient and took the time to individualize and pay close attention to my needs. In other words , a soft , not super pressured sell and experience ( as many other car deal ships really pushed). I highly recommend this particular location !

All the staff at Quality Chevrolet are so friendly and amazing people, they are all really great to work with! I loved working with Joe T he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to help make the best decision. I bought my first truck from him in 2009 and again in 2024. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car!

My son had a warning light come on that was a concern. I spoke to Mike Kellner the service Director and made an appointment. They brought the car in and ran diagnostic, cleared code (stabilitrac) and road tested. Code did not reappear. No issue found. When we went to pick up vehicle, there was no charge.We've been going to this location for years. Purchased 7 or 8 vehicles. Always a great experience.

I worked with Mike as soon as I got to the dealership. He answered all my questions I had. Thought the few hours I was at the dealership waiting for my car, Mike made sure to fill me in on everything that was going on so I wasn t sitting around wondering what was happening. He truly made the experience easier than most places that never come to check in with you.

I try to reach out them to have my car repaired as per General motor's request but Didn't got any service at this location due to very high attitude and ridiculous behavior or the Service manager Mr. Michael to the first time visiting customer. He never called me even i called the service department 5-7 times. Very rude person I have seeing in my journey.

First LET ME GET STARTED with the service manager mike .. he did nothing wrong to me other then when he didn t help me for 15+ min because he was busy arguing with a Elder for absolutely no reason so unprofessional. He was making faces rolling his eyes back where you couldn t even see the pupil any longer. I just went into the dealership for a while and hope because I need an oil change but they will never have me back there again I had to leave after the way this person got written TERRIBLE

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at Quality Chevrolet! I walked in with some pretty specific parameters regarding my expectations for trading in my old car for something newer on a very tight budget. Joseph Vivolo took my under his wing and was able to find me a beautiful new (to me at least) car within my strict limitations. He worked vigorously to find me a perfect match for my desired make and budget. Being a young woman who knows nothing about cars, Mr. Vivolo took the time to make sure everything on the car was up to date and as good as new before sending me out on the road. This type of attention to detail and care is very hard to find these days! The whole staff treated me like family and were very respectful and personable. 10/10 would recommend getting your next car from this wonderful team of people!

What a top QUALITY group of guys. Mike Ksepka was very informative and knowledgeable about my repair. I love all those guys. The Joes are one of a kind, Mike Ferullo and Mike Kellner are some stand up guys, and Vinny and Anthony are one of a kind. The whole group is fantastic. I always recommend Quality to my friends and family. Trust me when I say, go see them. You'll see what I mean.

The worst lemon i have ever bought in my 50 years of buying cars. there is constantly something going wrong with this car. i feel like there was no pre-owned inspection done on it before buying from the chevy dealer. the catalytic converter went and had to wait 6 months to get one which delayed my car being inspected . I would never buy a chevy ever again.

Bought a Chevy Trailblazer this week. Was very happy with my experience as a whole. Joe Vivolo was great throughout the process and got me a fantastic rate. Stepped outside to make several phone calls throughout the process to check numbers and he was only understanding the entire time. Very pleased with the experience. Will not be the last time I buy a car here.

I had a great experience was out in less than three hours. Vito is a great salesman we saw eye to eye what deal I was looking for I wish it was better but I'm so happy that I finally have a color that I like easy to find in parking lots. I would recommend Vito he should have been a comedian have had a good sense of humor.

I purchased a Chevrolet Impala 2020 LT from their Englewood location, and I had an issue with one of my tires constantly loosing air. After contacting the dealership in Englewood where I brought the car, they sent me to their Old Bridge location which was very close to my home. Where I was greeted by the service manager Mike. I was in and out. The car had a nail in the tire and they plugged it up. Not only do I appreciate the professionalism but I also appreciate the fact that there was effective communication and organization. Thank you again service manager Mike.

Mike was very unprofessional. He was making me feel very uncomfortable as a young girl when I was getting an oil change for my car. I am honestly very traumatized from this experience here and will never go back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Went in to Quality Chevy this past Saturday and had a great experience. Vito was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help my wife and I find the perfect car. He gave us all our options upfront, brought out every key for every car we showed interest in. Was patient while we made our decision. He sat with us while paper work was getting done and the car was being prepped. He stayed late to make sure everything was done the right way. The whole crew over at quality went above and beyond, we were in and out with our new car in under 2 hours. Will definitly be back when my wifes lease is up, and will recommend any friends and family to go see Vito when they need a new car
