This place is good. The associates are quick and helpful. It takes time, and u have to wait. 2 times i went, they said they have to place an order and keep the car. If they need to do that, they have to provide a loaner as not everyone has a second car. Other than that place is clean and they also there were breakfast bagles for visitors which was nice as it was 730am. I dont know if they do that every day thou. But overall, it's good except for the overnight situation.

My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the way it is running now. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. An added surprise was the fresh bagels and multiple cheese spreads that were available to customers who were having their vehicles serviced.

A+ Experience. Arrived on a Saturday, without an appointment, was greeted courteously and promptly. My service advisor listened intently to my concerns and my vehicle was handled in a timely manner. This is why I am a long time customer of DCH Honda with repair and purchases.

It s been 5+ years I have been going to DCH Honda, Old Bridge service center and their work has been overall satisfactory. Their prices have been gone up exponentially in last two years for regular oil change other than that their customer s service and quality of work remains the same.

My service advisor, George, was very helpful in answering all of my questions. When I left messages he promptly called me back or messaged me. He kept me well informed on the status of my car.

I was scolded by the rep that I needed to better take care of my car when I always do that they recommend. On top of that, he was stating that my car needed $5300 worth of repairs on a 10 year old car with 110k miles. That is ridiculous. The reps there are normally very nice but this time around I had a really poor experience.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. The service was fast with updates on progress occasionally. This is my second leased CRV and intend on having DCH handle the maintenance just like the previous vehicle. That's about it. Happy New Year.

I would neither recommend nor say against the service. Time to service is high when pre booked. I gave my car at 9:00 am for safety recall as pre-booked appointment. I was given eta of 2 pm. Got my car back at 4:00 pm. It should not have been this long. No body explained what was done. Previous experience were also sub optimal when turning in for maintenance.

I had a good experience at DCH Academy Honda service department, my service advisor Jordan was very friendly and attentive, he keep me informed through out the whole time that my Passport was at the shop. Will definitely bring my car back to DCH Academy Honda.

The best customer service and qualitative advises by Mr. Slywester Brulinski in service department at DCH Honda Rt 9. Flawless process and accurate information to take care by him resulting my 2016 Honda Accord is like brand new. Respecting Mr. Sylwester Brulinski for his deep knowledge of the process. Really appreciated his process and I would surely recommending people to visit him because of my honest 5 star rating and 10/10 ranking for him and his processes.

My recent service visit and three previous service visits @ DCH Academy Honda have been very satisfactory. My service advisor George has been very professional, customer friendly, very informative and is actively engaged with me the customer and the mechanic(s) performing the work. His recommendations have been spot on without any deceptions.I've been to several Honda service centers in this area and rate DCH Academy the best service center of them all and highly recommend them to anyone needed auto service.

Took my car for an 8:30a APPOINTMENT for an oil change and tire rotation. Car was ready at 3:30 p. I called at 12:30 to inquire about status and was told they were on lunch and it would be done in an hour or an hour and twenty minutes. Poor communication for something that should be done quickly especially having an appointment, meanwhile whoever comes in for express oil change without an appointment come in and out.

Been going to DCH Academy Honda since Dec of 2014 when I brought my Accord. Always had great service and it is certainly the best car I have ever owned.All the service personal are great, but think Jenna is the best. Always nice. Always professional. Always doing her best to see the customer is satisfied with the automotive work performed.She deserves a raise.My next car......a Honda.My place I'm buying it...DCH Academy Honda.Jenna gets my business.

Great service from Sylwester. He was very knowledgable. Everything was simple and quick. The dealership provided coffee, bagels, pastries and plenty of space to sit and wait for the oil change and inspection to be done.

I had the wiper inserts installed on my '08 Civic, drove away, & the wipers fell apart. Now, I have to replace the wipers, obviously not good. A simple repair not performed correctly.

Only go here because my oil changes were included with the purchase of my 19 CRV. After the last oil change a code came up almost immediately after leaving that I needed an oil change as well as for a tire rotation. I just had new tires put in a few months back with Freehold Honda which I had told them. Not sure what is going on but will go back to Freehold dealer.

After servicing for oil change (cost over $90), tires were not inflated properly and my wipers (front and rear) were damaged.I will not be going to this place in the future.
