D & M was on a short list of recommended body shops from my insurance company. After working with them I understand why. They were professional and polite to work with at all times. The work they did made my 5 year old car look brand new after they finished. They even cleaned the inside. I unhesitatingly recommend them and certainly would use them again.

Dennis was great to work with and very accommodating. Having to deal with getting my dads car repaired twice in two months and doing this remotely, Dennis made it real easy! And the most important part is my dad loved how the car came out both times!

This is the second time (for 2 different accidents my child has had - ugh) we have used them in about 18 months. Both times they were a pleasure to work with and had all of our insurance paperwork taken care of. Work done was excellent and the repairs made the car look like new. Fantastic customer service.

If you want to run a business and provide a service to the public it all stars with customer service D&M Auto Body shop!!!That s where this shop gets a 0 star if you asked me and for that,they did not earned my business. Now a days business starts with a simple phone call to get basic information (RIGHT)??? Well that phone call was the opposite of that!! The guy who answered the phone which I m going to call Grinch because he made me so mad I forgot his name sounded like he hates life,showing no empathy at all, specially to a potential new customer who was looking into bringing new business in and give them my hard earned Dollar. This person made me feel stupid/bad/angry for notknowing the process it will take to get my car fixed,but wait that s what I was calling for to get information Searched up, car paint less repairs shop s near me and this place came up. I thought to myself, I m gonna call them to get basic information. The Grinch picked up and made me feel really stupid/bad/angry just by asking general question, like this one for example, what are we looking at to get a little dent fix in my fender?? Grinch responded you would have to bring the car in! I followed up with,Can you guys come to me and fix it??? The Grinch responded very aggressive,What do you want me to take my whole shop to your House??? followed by , we are a body shop and I m not going to take my hole shop to your house!!! Supper unnecessary response!! Try this next time Grinch and you might not lose a new customer, sorry sir we re not mobile,plain and simple. But there known for treating customers like this based on other reviewsI wouldn t recommend this body shop to anyone just on the simple fact that they don t know how to treat their customers with respect. Hope this is helpful don t let anyone make you feel like the Grinch did to me and remember no question is a stupid question.Let s love one another more,and treat each other with respect

I came to the place because it has excellent reviews and is nearby. They didn t disappoint me at all. In fact, I am very happy with the work done with my car. The repair is quick and perfect. They also cleaned the whole car. My car looks like new again. The staff is very friendly and professional. Went here to get a rough estimate because when I called I was told to bring the car down so they could look at it made sure to ask if they would look at it once I got there and of course was told yeah. Upon arrival, I got told I'd have to wait 1.5 hours lol. Pretty sure they are okay but in my experience it wasn't. Maybe they didn't need more customers that day but don't tell someone to come down and then proceed to tell them yeah once you get here come in let us know and one of the guys will be out to assist you and then that potential customer shows up and you give them the old okie doke lol.

Unfortunately, I had the need to use D & M Auto Body for the second time in less than a year. My wife had her 2024 Lexus for less than 5 days before she was side swiped back to front by a careless driver. We had the car towed to D & M and in a short time had it returned to us looking as good as it did when it left the showroom. Another great job. I hope we will not need to use D & M again but if the need arises, we will definitely use D & M Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

I was in an accident in the beginning of October. Chose D&M to repair my car. Due to a parts shortage it took longer than expected. When I went to pick up the car at the beginning of November it looked better than it did when it was brand new. It rides perfectly and the paint job is phenomenal much better than the factory job. Hope never had to have to go back for the same reason but if I have another problem they are the first people I will go to. By far, the best Auto Body shop I've ever dealt with. Dennis was so professional and efficient. Our proposal was ready within a few hours of our car being dropped off. The estimated date of completion was exact and we even received an update mid-way so we knew when the car would be ready. The communication was excellent and they helped us maneuver through the insurance process. Our car looks brand new again.Definitely recommend them!!Service: Body & Trim

This is a very nice body shop. It is clean, the staff is professional and courteous, and they keep in touch with the customer.D&M took in my car without delay as promised. Dennis was welcoming, processed the online work with State Farm quickly, and arranged for rental car pick up. I was kept updated by text messages throughout. Most importantly, the body repair was done professionally and the car looks great. Thank you Dennis and the team!

D & M Auto Body always comes through for me! This time I needed a new windshield and a lot of scratches repaired. My entire interaction was performed stress free, professional, super quality, and on time! Can you believe that their prices are fair and a great value? Was in a small fender bender Dennis was very professionally and knowledgeable. Was informed about the status of my vehicle repair daily. He was even able to provide rental service with out me going out of my way It was like I never had the inconvenience of jot having my car. Dennis and crew replaced front bumper cover on my Lexus RX350. they also did major scratch and chips repair on the back and sides. They did an excellent job and the communication from start to finish was unambiguous and timely. I was so happy that I also got a full detail job done on my Honda Accord. Again, flawless work. Stellar service! Dennis was real patient with me and helped me find the right parts for my car. They then helped me swap out my grille, add a spoiler, and add a rear diffuser. Extremely happy with the work and the customer service.

Dennis was awesome! Super friendly, gave me updates on my car every week and returned my vehicle in even better shape than before my accident. Very professional, clean, gave me a fair price for what needed to be done to my vehicle. Dropped off my vehicle on Monday morning was very happy when they called to let me know the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up on Tuesday. I would recommend anyone who needs an autobody to go to them. I am very happy with the work they did and I am sure you will be too

The result is well beyond my expectations. As I picked up today, my finished car, it liked a brand new, and even unrelated dent is fixed - looking like a new car on a smaller budget. Dennis maybe be not the most social person, but his work speaks for itself.I will take my cars back here next time if ever needed.Service: Body & Trim
