Mike and his crew have now fixed two of my cars after accident and all I am going to say is amazing work and amazing people to deal with the communication is so easy and they do a hell of a job.. my vehicle look even better than the day I get her out of the dealership

Recently had the privilage of dealing with this establishment and needless to say they were EXTREMELY professional and courteous. After speaking with the owner and his nephew, Irfan and Kashif, both of whom were extremely professional and knowledgeable I was resoundly satisfied. In addition, Roger was extremely detailed in the work he performed. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone that is looking to get professional work accomplished! Oh did I forget to mention that they are an authorized / certified shop for many of the high end brands (i.e. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Acura, Infiniti, etc...).

This is one of the best bodyshop I have ever come across. The staff and the owners are extremely courteous and the quality of the work is unquestionably. They go above and beyond to meet and exceed the customer's expectations. I would highly recommend them for bodywork and paint job or any of their services, no matter what make or model car. They will get the job done with excellence. Keep up the good work guys. I wish you all the best

The best in the business at what they do! Very professional and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, or even if you had to drive a little to get there! Will process my repairs with them going forward and recommend all my friends and family as well.

Professional & amazing at their work. I had an RS5 that needed body work and Rob was detailed in explaining everything that needed to be done, kept me up to date with the parts ship dates and did a phenomenal job! Would definitely recommend!

I would take my car elswhere next time. For a simple paint repair they damaged my roof and stained the interior roof of my car. When i spoke to the owner he made it seem like nothing happened from their side and if i wanted to repair the roof it would be $800..save yourself the pain and find another shop that will care for your car not mistreat it.To respond to you my maxima was there and you painted the roof panel of my car.. The side molding that you stated to me was not easy to remove has fallen off completely and since you broke the clips is no longer fixable a new piece is needed. The owner looked right at me and said we should have done a better job..Yes you should have..Folks avoid circle at all costs.Service: Painting

Had some body work on my Torred dodge challenger. They did a phenomenal job. It went in with a LOT of paint chips due to rocks from a truck. The amount of attention to detail and the finish is like new. I'm taking my BMW there to be worked on also. They even painted my rear diffuser fins. Thanks Carlo, phenomenal work...I'm extremely happy.

Khashif is the best person to deal with , answer all your questions , concern and he go above and beyond to make sure that things get it done in timely manner! I really had an amazing experience there and would highly recommend to go and see khasif if you have any issues in your vehicle or you are involve in an accident , he will take care of all!

Insurance Co recommend this repair facility was given a time frame of approximately 1 week I understand there are unforseen circumstances wirh body work but the lack of communication over the 6 weeks was a joke every time I called it was a diffrent story thank God it was a lease repair was poor runs in paint orange Peel they did offer to fix it but I would be without my car again for who knows how long thank God it was not a personal vehicle

They had to tow my car after it was totaled. They helped me clean out the car they were so nice they took care of all the stuff in my trunk and in my car there were wonderful Group of people. Very caring and very nice highly recommend them.

Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. I made an appointment, when I arrived the rental car was waiting for me. Everything got done as promised and on time. It was really nice for them to open the shop on Saturday to pick up my car as they are normally closed on Saturdays. They did an amazing job with the car, it looks brand new!! Thank you so much Circle Collision Center for your professionalism and kindness. It truly means a lot!

Carlo and the team are super friendly and helpful. Most of all gracious in handling my special case where I had to cancel the work due to some magical car self-healing!My car bumper was dented pretty hard so I took it to the shop for a replacement. My insurance issued a check and we were all set to perform the repair except the timing didn't work out. I had a 2wk vacation pending so I elected to wait til' after I returned. Fast forward two wks, I return, and the car bumper magically fixed the dent on its own! I had left the car in the airport parking lot. Apparently being exposed to the elements can warp bumper dents back into place (it's called "oil canning" - look it up!)CCC had already ordered the parts but Carlo was so gracious in agreeing to cancel the work and return the part even though he would have to pay a restocking fee.Big thanks to him and the team and recommend CCC for their great service.

Circle Collision is the best! I had a tree fall on my car and the guys fixed it up no problem. Carlo and Mike are awesome! They do great work & even helped me out getting a tire after they fixed my car. I would 100% recommend Circle Collision if you need work done on your car. Had some fender work done and the guys here are fantastic...very friendly, honest and fair. Thanks!Edit: I happened to catch another review, in which they state that Circle Collision only want big jobs and don't take minor ones. That is unequivocally not true...at all. We brought my son's car in and it was very minor work. It took him less than 10 minutes and he did it with no issues or even an indication that he didn't want to do such a small job.Service: Body & Trim

This was the third time I've brought my car to Mike and his team for some minor repairs. Each time I have been treated with professionalism and courtesy. Equally important, they do fantastic work at an excellent price! Highly recommended.

Mike and Carlo are great to deal with! Unfortunately, our family has needed their services several times in the past 2 years, but all the work they've done has been top notch. They deal with the insurance companies on your behalf and always make sure the repairs get done right. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else.

BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!!! This business is very unprofessional. The people that work there are rude and don t want your business. I d rather go somewhere else. I came in 3 times to try to get an estimate but was turned away 3 times. Had to take off work just to come to this place and I am furious because I ve made multiple appointments and waited to go and then turned away again. Don t even wasted your time talking to them. Just go somewhere else that will respect your time. The owner or the other guy said he was sick and couldn't look at my car LOL what a joke. There are better places for sure

CCC did a beautiful job repairing my bumper and returned my car to me much better than I left it! They included a detail as well - my car is still sparkling and I almost don't want to let anyone else in it! Extremely fair prices and great service. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. They fixed my car several years ago and the paint job has a lifetime warranty. If I ever notice anything on the car related to the paint or the clear coat, I just take it back and they take care of it for me! Mike has always helped me and he has always been professional and courteous!

Unfortunately we had to have our car repaired after it was hit. I checked reviews of body shops in the area and decided to take the car to Circle. Carlo helped me and was able to help get everything taken care of. Carlo , Jennifer, and Mike were pleasant and professional and Circle did a great job on our car. Thanks and will definitely recommend them .

Used this shop as a recommended shop from the insurance company. Glad I did. They did a great job. The only issue is the wait to get the car in. They are more interested in doing quality work than quick turnover, and I think that is worth the wait.

My family has brought multiple vehicles here for various repairs. We have always received exceptional customer service and perfect repairs. If you take your car here you can expect nothing less than respect, courtesy, and excellent work.

My insurance company sent me to this place after an accident to get my truck fixed. Repairs were not done properly. When turning there is a loud grinding noise. I brought the truck back left it for a week. Picked it up and the issue was not resolved. I returned again they checked it out and said a panel needs to be moved. I called and spoke to Carlo to arrange another drop off. I asked if I drop it off on Monday morning can I get it back on Wednesday afternoon? I was assured yes.I go to drop the truck off on Monday morning as agreed. Carlo was not in. The man at the counter was familiar with me and the issues with the repair. (This was Mike I learned later)He let me know right away he wasn't happy to see me. As I was leaving I reminded him I need it by Wednesday afternoon as I have a trip scheduled. He starts telling me the only guarantees in life are death and taxes. He also says he was right there when Carlo told me it would be no problem but He was wrong and they will just do the best they can. I said I can't accept this so he says take your truck I'm not dealing with you.After they repaired the front wheel there is a whining sound coming from it I told them about this also and they said it's under warranty take it to your dealer for that.I'm now working with my insurance adjuster to get the repairs done properly elsewhere.I posted a Facebook review and Mike has been harassing me on there, Being very combative and attacking me personally on a public forum. He also has His friends attacking Me.Repairs done wrong, and rude obnoxious unshaven owners. Stay Away!!UPDATE After Mike's rude outburst i was forced to get back in touch with My insurer and take the truck elswhere to have the repairs redone. I was with out the truck for 3 weeks while they disassembled everything and waited for the insurer to send out an adjuster. They found numerous problems with circles work. Bent used bolts were put back,the frame was not straightened,the cab was not in the proper position. Circle put back old parts that they got paid for to replace new! I was with out My truck for a month for the first repair. I made numerous trips back to seee rude Mike then left the truck another week with circle at which time they fixed nothing. Made several more trips there including the above mentioned time where Mike tried to be a tough guy. Now I lost the truck for another 3 weeks to have it redone elsewhere. So because of Circle I was with out My truck for an additional month. Since it was the same accident My rental coverage was used up. Who's compensating me for 1 month of Lease payment insurance costs rental costs and ubers ect? NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

This is the most unprofessional body shop I have ever been to. The owner Mike truly doesn't care about anyone. I came to him after hitting a deer and had damage to my car. There was absolutely no parking in his lot so I parked where I could. My sick child was sleeping in the car at the time and instead of understanding he kicked me out of his shop. He has no compassion for people or how his actions will affect others. He has a know it all demeanor and bad attitude when it comes to dealing with people and it shows! I highly recommend never stepping foot in his shop.

I went to Circle as my insurance company recommended them. I am satisfied with the workmanship. I would Highly recommend anyone need of collision repairs.
