Elizabeth was very helpful during my whole visit at the dealership. She helped me with one issue that occurred at the beginning of the service. During my waiting time I was informed via text messages about the progress. I received video from the inspection. She answered all my questions and at the end of my visit she was very helpful with replacing battery in my car key (I forgot to mention about it at the beginning of the service). I m very pleased with her assistance and I will look forward to work with her during my next service.

Although I've had my car serviced here other times, today was with Kaitlyn. Needless to say, excellent customer service once again, explaining repairs, taking the time to provide quotes, and not pressuring customers to buy services they don't plan to. Also, the dealership is clean, had great amenities, including popcorn, hot chocolate and basketball...and some great Christmas decorations. I did not plan to spend three hours at a Subaru dealership, but I had a lot of fun.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from All American Subaru and have had the best experience. We will never go anywhere else. Recently I needed service on one of our vehicles and again had such a pleasant experience. My check engine light came on. The service department called me before I even had the chance to call them to schedule an appointment. Elizabeth is who handled checking me and and out. She explained everything that needed to be done and had me home with a rental vehicle while my car was being worked on in no time. Quick, easy & painless. Seeing the same staff at that location is also comforting. They all seem to enjoy working together which also makes for a much more pleasant experience.

Service was quick, they provided an inspection and replaced my faulty battery free of charge within warranty. They were nice enough to provide a loaner even though they had the car for only a few hours. Was happy with the outcome and people were friendly.

My 2020 Subaru Forester decided to get naughty and refused to start a few times requiring a jumpstart. When I came to the service department Liz took a good care of me, explained everything, was very knowledgeable and patient. A faulty battery has been replaced, software updated, tires rotated, oil changed. A very detailed 99 point inspection diagnostic was performed. I am happy with the service and the crew. Hopefully the problem has been fixed, will know soon enough. On my way home the car behaved nicely. Thank you very much.

This was my 1st service with my car and from the time I checked in until the time I left my service tech treated me like family. He made sure I understood everything and was willing to talk about anything I was unsure of. He checked on me and let me know upfront of any delays. I liked this experience much better than going to a quick oil change place. Thank you Subaru of Old Bridge for excellent service especially Mike.

I went in for regular service for my Subaru outback. Had a good experience all the way. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very nice interacting with Katie from the service staff. Michael did a fine job in handling my car and explaining all the services performed. I wish the technician had done as well.She never attempted to return my seat adjustment to somewhere near where she found it. When I got in the car, the seat was fully forwarded and the seatback was vertical, almost making it impossible to get into the car. She also changed the steering wheel height and the radio station. I sure hope SHE was comfortable.

Larry (our salesperson) was committed to understand our needs and preferences and we had a similar experience with Sara (service representative) when we took our car for servicing. Took our Subaru Crosstrek in for its 12 months/12,000 mile service today. Sara, our service coordinator, made the experience efficient and painless. She explained all the inspections and findings, the services performed and took the time to help me with resetting several of the instrument display options. Very satisfied.

Excellent service! Very happy with the overall service at All American Subaru. Staff is very professional, even asking me how my Thanksgiving was. I had a couple of questions as well about the car which were answered. As a matter of fact the first two questions that were asked of me was how I liked my Subaru as well as if I had any questions about the car. (Subaru really strives for customer satisfaction which is nice). strongly recommend this dealer to anyone owning a Subaru. Thank you Ashely for your help as well!

Employees are very professional and have a very positive personality when you are greeted and when leaving. Kaitlyn also pointed out some useful info about how my ez pass may be hindering eye sight performance. Nice service area. Due to some employees calling out sick for the day the wait was longer than normal, but I will go back due to the personal treatment by Kaitlyn and others..

Very professional and clean service from beginning to end. Nicely accommodating waiting area. Made me aware with thorough explanation of any other issues I may have after a complimentary multipoint inspection. Did not try to push sales/service on me which was appreciated. Would come back again for car service.
