This was one of the easiest car buying experiences that I ever had in my 30+ years of buying vehicles. Mike greeted me immediately with a smile and showed me exactly what I was looking for. For the first time, I felt that a dealer was not playing games with me he was straight and to the point I felt he gave me a good deal, and we closed the deal in less than 24 hours!! I really did feel like a family member Thank you Mike and thank you All American Ford!!

Just bought a 2023 ford maverick, let me start by saying this truck took a year to come in! However Kris and the all American team really kept me in the loop about any changes that were coming!Kris who is a sales associate is absolutely amazing! He really went above and beyond to make sure I could walk away with my truck! He spent so much time trying to help us! He is so knowledgeable and speaks on a personal level not the typical sales pitch person! But still making it that he is professional! I cannot thank him enough! If we ever need a car again he s my sales guy!Greg I believe is his name is in the finance department is also great! Really went out oh his way to try and help us! He was friendly and understanding!The front desk staff are so friendly when you walk in everyone honestly!I had my almost 6 month old baby with me and everyone made us feel welcome even when she was talking loudly! From the second I walked in I was treated like family. It didn t feel like I was at a car dealership at all. No games no hassle. Just honest communication. I was offered to test drive numerous cars I was interested in. They took the time to explain every option that my truck had. Even set up all Bluetooth, radio and other related Apps on my phone.I drove myself to the dealership and realized I had 2 cars there. When they took my truck to get detailed they actually followed me home to drop off my car and drove me back to pick up my new immaculate truck. My home is 25 minutes away.The price blew away all competitors. Wasn t even close. It was a pleasure to get a great price without the let me talk to manager line.Highly recommend All American Ford.

Just finished purchasing my second vehicle from All American Ford in Old Bridge. Working with Jamie and Frankie has been an amazing experience. He was extremely polite, kind and professional throughout the entire process and even though I was just coming in for a test drive, he made me feel like my time was valued and important. Outstanding!! Easy Peasy ! Sent online inquiry Saturday about Bronco Raptor they had in stock. Responded quickly to my request and made appointment for today. Met Allan at 10, test drove truck then made deal happen. No pressure and came to agreement we were both happy with. Was driving it home by 12:30. Boom! Can t ask for much better than that.

They have horrible service. I purchased a brand new tow truck with them and we have been waiting since June for a reimbursement. We have sold the truck and we canceled the Gap coverage. But did not receive our money back as stated in the policy. They say they will call back and do not go through. Do not go for their policies and don't believe a word that they say. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful and professional service experience!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The new tech that they implemented is awesome, you get to know your wheel alignment status as soon as you get in. Then they send you video updates of what they re working on and what needs attention. Karen was a great service advisor. Definitely trustworthy and upfront dealership!! Highly recommend! They also have F-150 Lightnings already and a bunch of Broncos on the lot. Lots of great selection for a new car!

I wasn t sure which car to pick the manager, Joe PETA Took his time and help me through what I was looking for. He was very receptive to my needs. We found a car and he did everything that he can to make sure that my needs were met. The sales guy named Peter was also very helpful and took care of everything that I needed, I would really recommend anyone that s looking for a vehicle to go to All American Ford they will take care of your needs

MUST READ!!! We just purchased a 2023 Bronco. Our purchase had a lot going on for any dealership to handle. Fist I want to mention Susan, the finace department manager. She had her hands full with several of our obstacles but she persevered. She was busy and it was late, they closed at 6, we were there past 7! She still got the job done. Thank You Susan, although it was tough a few times during the deal, you made it happen. Thank You. Then Joe, the sales manager. Joe wasn't letting us leave without getting the deal done. Thank You Joe! Then Angie, our sales rep. Angie remained patient even with the rest of us conducting business like we were in the super bowl! Thank You Angie! The team at All American made it happen. Mark LaMonica is the best. He had the truck I ordered and did everything in as timely fashion as possible. Tommy the finance person was also the best he was very patient and gave us the best deal possible. I m already loving my 2024 Ford Maverick.

I just have to say this place is awesome. I bought 3 tow trucks from here in the last 3 years. Erin was my sales woman on each and was awesome every time. If I had any issues with the trucks, mechanical wise, Randy took care of it with no hesitation. Brooke in the service department is absolutely the best, another Ford dealership Murphy Ford destroyed my new wrecker that had a motor issue. They broke sensors, pulleys,Air tank fittings and cut my custom aftermarket lights with no regard. It sat idle in their shop for 35 days. I called Randy and explained what was going on. Without hesitation, he said get it here. Brooke and her team had to fix the motor and fix what the other dealership broke. Brooke communicated to me everything they were doing the whole time. I can t thank them enough. I definitely recommend this dealership. This is our first time on the Ford side of this dealership and I am impressed. Jamie was patient and understood what we were coming in for, took a few times for us to visit (more than we planned) but happy we took the time. He took his time, didn t rush our decisions and knew we were set on what we wanted so didn t try to change our minds. Would absolutely recommend and completely satisfied with our purchase!
