I've been to many different auto care places that insist on nickel and diming you to death or don't clearly tell you what is actually needed or what was done to your car. Here, everything was great. Harry was quick, made things very easy, very clearly explained what caused the issue I was running into (brakes were old/rusty and he cleaned them), and took care of what was needed without doing anything that wasn't necessary. I would go back here in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

It was nice getting to meet Harry today. We got a lot done today. He knew right away I needed two new front tires and both front/rear brakes were about done. He then showed me my battery was corroded and the serpentine belt had little cuts in them. I mean initially it was just for an oil change but he diagnosed what truly needed to be done. I drive 600 plus miles a week in a Mazda 3.. have to prioritize my safety. He even ordered the parts that were needed in a good timely fashion. I gotta say there's a nice strong difference in my car. I hope it's continues that way so I can continue utilizing you for more business.

When you have a family with 4 drivers, it s important to have a solid mechanic you can trust. Although I hate spending money on car repairs, I feel that this place is trustworthy. The owner has even saved me money by telling me something I thought needed fixing did not need to be fixed. I d highly recommend trying this place for your auto repairs.

Definitely recommend 516 Car Care!!Harry helped me out on a busy Saturday after I drove to 3 other well known large commercial places that would not as they were too busy! Harry squeezed me into his busy schedule (same day) to plug a leaking tire! Thank you Harry for your professionalism and caring for a person to avoid more damage or getting stranded when the inevitable will happen...a flat!

I broke down on the parkway and the tow truck co. Asked me where he was towing me to. not being from the local area. I googled and called two places that looked good that we re about 5 miles away. They didn t answer the third call. I was lucky enough that Harry from 516 answered he was cool calm collected and exactly what this panicked frustrated female driver needed on a 95� day. Told him my car died and he said I could bring the car in. I m already happy at this point. Besides them having a very cool corner spot, multiple experienced mechanics, 4 garage bays, and air-conditioning, by the time I came out of the bathroom, Harry already had my car hood open and was looking to see what the issue was. Mind you he doesn t know me at all and when I had checked in with him, he had been taking calls left and right and local customers coming in and out and he knows everything, who s calling, etc. etc. Everyone knew him. I was already impressed and felt confident in my google search choice. .He patiently worked with my aftermarket warranty company, he knew the process he knew instantly what was wrong with my vintage car, and not even this flustered nervous Nellie lady could shake his very chill demeanor. He got my parts ASAP. He treated me like I was a respected regular. His prices were spot on an even though I live 40 minutes away, I m considering using them going forward. . If they will have me back!Can t recommend them highly enough!

Came in with an engine light, tire pressure sensor light, and traction control light and left with an empty dash board and two new tire pressure sensors! It was my first time coming to a mechanic without my dad and it went very well! I was explained what needed to be done with full transparency. I m happy to have come here for my car needs and will come again for future car needs. Highly recommend!

Harry runs a professional repair shop. His mechanic's are all nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Most important this is a shop you can trust. This shop is always busy which in my opinion is something positive. It tells me other customers trust Harry as do i.

Meet Harry. Owner of 516 Car CareIn Old Bridge. He has been taking care of my cars for years. Today my little speedster got tires, brakes, headlight, brakelight and tune up. I will just echo the reviews online and say that he is the best! Friendly atmosphere (he keeps drinks and snacks available for people waiting), reasonable prices and most excellent quality service. He even did some work on the front fender which has been broken. I had it wired up but he tidied it up without being asked and at no charge! Today his tire delivery guy didn't bring my tires so Harry jumped into a car and went and got them so I would get my car today!HIGHLY RECOMMEND 516 Car Care!Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

They did a great job on my car! They did my front brakes, new rotors, new tire and an oil change. They had it done faster than I thought it might take. Plus, the price was lower than any other place around. I will definitely take my car back here. I would highly recommend them!

I am visiting 516 Car Care from last 4 years and each time I used to get best car service. I like the way Harry receives customers and provide options after problem diagnosis. Very easy to enter and exit. Attendants are nice and very respectful. Perfect location between rt.9 and rt.18 0n 516. Friends of mine go there for fuel and have had repairs done to their vehicles. I have been going there for diesel fuel and will also have my services done by them also. Very convenient and very reasonable prices. Thank You

516 car care gives you outstanding service. I never had the bring my car back twice for the same repairs. It was always done right the first time. My family and I have been going to Harry for over 10 years now. He's very honest and very professional. I look forward to going back when I need my car serviced again. Thank you Harry!

1st time going to 516 Auto Care.Always passed it while driving around town.The day before, Harry gave me pricing on how much it would cost (over the phone), he also mentioned that I may need to replace a caliper, so he purchased it just in case. But it wasn't needed. I gave a down payment and came in the next day.As I sat with others waiting, I overheard a lot of customers saying good things about prior service they had, so this gave me some confidence that they knew what they were doing.I got to the shop close to my appointment time. Harry and his team came in at about 8:30am.Everyone inside handed over their keys and they got right to work.I had my back brakes replaced on my BMW X3. There was a small window right by the garage and I watched.From watching prior brake replacements, the technician did all of the steps that I have seen before.He did a GREAT! job replacing my Brake Pads and Rotors.He was very efficient and stuck to the repair and didn't take breaks talking or looking around (like some shops). I was in & out in about 1hr / 30min.I also mentioned how good of a job he did directly to the tech before I left.I have to say I was very impressed with the service from beginning to end and they have a life-long customer.

They are very good mechanics and know what they are doing...the prices are good and they do not try to sell you things you do not need. I have been bringing my honda accord here for the past 6 months. An old coworker recommended me this place. I always get great quality work done on my car. They are honest and professional. Every time i get work done on the car it s always as promised. The only downside is that they can take a long time to get the job done. But that doesn t bother. They can keep my car overnight because at the end of the day i know im getting top quality work done on my car. I can always trust their work and they always get top quality parts for the car. I 100% recommended this place to anyone. Even when I don t call to make an appointment they get the job done by the end of the day. Awesome place, very honest and professional people, something you don t see often nowadays. I ll keep coming back here for as long as i live in NJ and for as long as i have a car!

Harry and his team of mechanics are amazing! They keep my 2003 Dodge Durango with over 180k miles on it running like a CHAMPION! I will never have another reason to go to another mechanic. Harry and his team are hard working always getting projects I give to them done in a quick amount of time. Prices are always good and fair. Most importantly Harry and his team are honest. By far the best team of mechanics I ever seen in my life. No reason to go anywhere else they do it ALL! 516 Car Care is top notch service. Thank you Harry and your team of hard working mechanics. Harry is honest . His prices are very reasonable . He will never do unnecessary repairs .He will let you know if you have time to fix something . I have never felt pressured into doing a repair . You would be foolish to go elsewhere for your automotive needs . I was literally stuck. I called from my car to see if they could help at all, I wasn't from the area so I needed repairs completed that day. I coasted into their lot my truck giving a last breath 20 yards before the entrance. The price was as quoted, the waiting room had a/c it was spotless they even had free chips. They spoke to me each step and advised me at the end of possibilities of future issues. My truck is 16 years old. Polite,upfront,they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need at the time, most of all honest and kept their word. 516 Car Care are mechanics you can trust. Being a woman they didn't try to mansplain, they were all so, so polite and courteous.
