Lou and his crew do a great job and are very honest, highly recommend. They did excellent work on my 2010 Subaru Forester and I will continue to bring my car back to them! Very reasonable pricing as well.

Lou and the P.E.P. Crew does fabulous work. I brought my car in for maintenance knowing I needed new brakes. Lou went over everything with me. My car was ready in a day. Great prices and very happy with the work that was done. I can t recommend P.E.P. enough!

As always Lou and his staff at PEP provide prompt and excellent service. Lou always does a complete check and provides you with a complete list of required repairs along with an estimate of cost. The repairs are completed in a timely fashion. Everyone is courteous . I wouldn t trust anyone else yo complete my repairs!!! Fast and friendly service. I had a lot of issues with my car and needed a lot of work done, and I was still able to pick my car up the next day! It drives like it s brand new. I was recommended P.E.P service center to check my car before a cross country road trip and for repairs if needed and had a very positive experience. Lou and his team were some of the most Professional, honest, efficient, and effective mechanics I have had the pleasure to work with. They fixed my car, which needed multiple repairs, in one day, called me with recommendations before any work was done with quotes for that work, gave me very fair and competitive rates, and even saved the old parts and brought me into the shop to show why changes were necessary. They did not pressure me for unneeded or unnecessary work and were a true pleasure to work with! I will Absolutely be using Lou and his team for all repairs in the future! Excellent service as usual! I had an unusual problem with my 2008 diesel Jeep. Lou even contacted Jeep directly to get the answer he needed to complete the repair. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else for servicing. I've been going there for years.

Our 12-year-old Toyota was difficult to start the other morning. Once it started, we drove it to Lou's. He was able to assess the problem and returned the car the next day. Once again, Lou Franco put me on the schedule on somewhat short notice. He was again able to get us in early in the morning as we requested. The job was done quickly and efficiently, for far less than what a dealer would charge. I happened upon this wonderful garage just searching the internet when my car broke down in NJ on my way home to Canada. Thank goodness I did! I can t say enough about the caring and concern I received from PEP. Lou and his staff (Rich, Glenn & Danny) were so kind and caring. I spent a few hours waiting for diagnostics to be done and I felt like I was sitting around with friends. In the end, my car needed to go to the Hyundai dealer to be serviced. I had to fly back to Canada the next day and leave my car. Lou himself drove me to a hotel as I had to stay overnight, and sent Glenn the next day to pick me up so I could get my items out of my car. Someone must have been looking out for me leading me to this garage and it s wonderful staff. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and only wish they were situated here in my hometown in Canada so I could make them my go to garage. Thank you Lou and staff for looking out for this Canadian gal. I wish you all the very best.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Lou and his staff are knowledgeable , honest, fair priced and very professional. Our 2019 Car was leaking a lot of oil. They were able to give us an immediate appointment, diagnosis and fix the problem. We needed help at a very busy time, so we left our old car for a week. Its engine light was on, and needed attention. The car will go for inspection this week, and it should be fine. We have been using Lou and his team at PEP service center on Branchport Avenue for years. I won t go anywhere else with my cars. Not only is their pricing extremely competitive their service and commitment to their customers is unmatched!Last Friday I got a flat tire at work and managed to make it to Lou s garage. They were like a NASCAR put crew! They got the tire off, had the spare put in and the new tire ordered in about 5 minutes!The most important thing is that you can trust them to treat you right and price things fairly. highly recommend Lou and his team at PEP Set ice Center.Service: Tires

I've had several things worked on and fixed here at PEP service center over the years.. I am a hearing impaired disabled individual and they have always been kind, helpful, patient, and understanding. It is the reason I keep going back when and if I can afford getting work done. Happy customer.

Lou and the P.E.P. Service Center were recommended to me for both quality and honesty. I've used his services twice and definitely attest to both, and will continue to use them for my vehicle's needs.Honestly, my favorite part of having work done here is the communication. I'm never blindsided about something being done without a heads up, or an explanation. It's really awesome, especially coming from other service centers that can be radio silent about updates with your car.

We had an exhaust issue with our Subaru Outback that had confounded several highly recommend mechanics.But Lou and crew at P.E.P. figured out the issue, fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price, and they even got the car inspected!Plus they were a pleasure to deal with. Honest and reliable auto service. Lou and his crew are wonderful and I have confidence that when they tell me something needs to be fixed it really does. And their fixes work at a reasonable cost. Easy to make an appt or leave car overnight for any service. Highly recommend Pep Service Center

Lou and his team do great work. I trust P.E.P with all of my car care. Foreign and domestic. New and old. Lou has always been fast, honest, fairly priced and reputable. Sounds crazy, but I don t mind when the warranty expires and I get to go to P.E.P instead of getting ripped off or upsold at the dealer.

I don t normally use this facility for my car repairs.I was let hear because it was emission certified. I had a great experience the people were friendly efficient. I felt they were genuine in their handling my concerns about my car. The problem was fixed went through inspection the same day. My only issue was my check engine light came back on 3 days later. Lou has been taking car of my family's cars for years. I initially went to him to get repairs that my dealership said were needed. He looked at my car and told me that the issue was simpler than the dealership let on and that the fix was a lot cheaper. Needless to say he is a very honest person and an excellent mechanic.
