Almost painless online reservation experience. Had to call customer service since I could not complete the process. The young lady assisted me and loaded everything manually and completed my reservation. She provided exceptional customer service. I wish that I had made a note of her name so she could get the praise she deserves

Let me start with bad, What happened to real customer service people (not call centers) ?Tried to talk to representatives multiple times, when finally got through to a human I got a call center representative who doesn t even work for the company.They said they would have a property manager call me back three times received that answer, no call back! Called 4th time later in day and representative must have felt bad for me and called a location himself and finally received a call backThe associate that called me back was Tyler from Marmora nj location. Very nice guy , very helpful worked out my problem. They definitely need more employees like Tyler!With the outrageous prices they are charging now I think families are going to evaluate the belongings they are storing and just donate or dispose of rather than pay 200.00 per month for a storage unit that used to be less than 100.00. I don t believe this is the result of covid and definitely not from over staffing the facilities.I don t usually ever leave reviews but I think Storage Sense needs to revisit their business planBut keep Tyler he is definitely an asset.

Good luck trying to close a unit. Customer service is atrocious, and communication is abysmal.Update: after posting this review, Brittany reached out to me and went out of her way to make sure the unit was closed. Better late than never I guess. She asked me to update my review, so I'll give an extra star for her effort.

Britney was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole transaction. She made things easy and it didn t take very long.

Great experience with Britney. She s always extremely helpful, works with the customer, and makes the extra effort to accommodate the customer s needs.Pleasure doing business with her and Storage Sense.

Website was a bit of a problem in being a bit glitchy. Other than that once the information was filled out online and submitted we had access to the storage unit within an hour or two. Need to supply your own lock. Prices have gone up since I rented at this establishment a year ago but then again what has my gone up in pricing.If you need help via phone it goes to a call center as opposed to local employee.

I've been using a large unit here for 8 months, couldn't be more satisfied! Area is well kept and employees very helpful. Need to pick up some things before weekend, a very nice and accommodating employee making arrangememts to be there on Friday so I can pick up some things!! Going to help me, cant ask for better service!!

Brittany, the manager, has not only shown true customer service, she has helped me with my move in and account so much during such a stressful time!!! It's so nice to find businesses with great service!!
